When I was in Springfield looking for another shop, I stumbled upon Celeste Watch Company. Such…read morebreathtaking art. The woman herself, Celeste, was at the shop when I stopped in and was so warm and welcoming. They have a variety of designs. I especially liked the one with a peacock design, and there was one with some leaves blowing that I was quite taken with. I also saw a beautiful one with a compass rose that was a wooden dial. There was even one with a Sasquatch! They also take commissions and you can send a photo of your pet with which they'll create a watch face. You can't get more unique than that. The watch materials may include wood, mother of pearl, abalone, and so on which makes them really just stunning. I'd love to get one of these sometime because they of course are practical but they're also a beautiful accessory and fashion statement. I was given an Apple Watch that I never actually wanted (it has a couple useful features) and can go many months without wearing or thinking about, but something like this would feel much more practical to me (if for no other reason than having to charge up a watch is just ridiculous to me). I think at some point I'll be back in person or via their website to buy one of their pieces--it's a matter of narrowing it down to which of a few designs I really want.

I had a pretty amazing experience with bowtech. It actually started off with a bow that I…read morepurchased back in 2017 and unfortunately I noticed an issue with the riser after 7 years. Bowtech stood behind their product even though it was years down the road and they sent out a replacement for free when I contacted them and explained the issue. I'm now back out shooting a 2024 Amplify which is an entry-level bow but it's very adjustable and it's an extremely solid shooter. They definitely bent over backwards and during the replacement process is very straightforward and clear communication which is something really appreciated. What happened here sir

I bought 1 bow from them, $1350. The Bow n Arrow shop in San Diego upsold me strings saying Bowtech put the wrong size strings on their bows. I said put the damn strings on and don't ever sell me anything again. The bow was still defective after the fancy strings were clearly not the remedy.. as this is the worst stare the bow is in of the whole 1 year aggravation. It's a lemon, they all refused to take responsibility or refund it as I demanded throughout the terrible experience, they blamed and insulted me for it, hid behind faceless screen names and verbal floundering.. and now the piece of junk is a dusty reminder of archery business. A few ruin it for the bunch. I'll never risk more than $400 for a bow now. I happily still shoot my $205 G1 Bear Cruzer. I shoot a 95% Vegas accuracy.. and climbing. This bow has been trusted and reliable for 5 years now. Not one wear n tear issue, and it's about 100,000 shots in. Same limbs and cams, and it is going to the big 2025 Vegas Championship open. 7oz bow weight.. no stabilizer.. top pin.. no mag.. blurry eyesight.. all fun. My own trusted bow work. Ako Six The real deal, no matter the cost. note: if you work for either Bowtech or Bow n Arrow Shop san diego, and didn't speak up, don't bother me now or in the future. Neither you or the companies deserve my courtesy or respect. I don't fake smiles or handshakes. I don't care what it looks like. I don't care about PC nonsense. REAL people only.
