The real disappointment came seconds after receiving the drink, upon that first sip, I was so shocked at the mediocrity of the drink that my hand accidentally slipped and my drink fell. We let them know hoping for gracefulness, but this $7 financial burden of accidentally dropping my drink, became a $14 financial burden. The staff did not care. The only reason I mention this, is I feel like 90% of small businesses will usually comp this, in the spirit of good customer service, as it was a genuine mistake. But I found myself down another $7. So overall, drinks are like a 7/10, C grade, passed but nothing special. Was really disappointed in the customer service, even though it was my fault I dropped my drink.

It felt like the AC wasn't on, or it was broken. In texas, you definitely need to have running AC.
