Literally any of their drinks are fire - for matcha, I always turn to the cloud matcha and as far as coffee, you could get anything and leave completely happy as i've never gotten an astringent badly pulled shot from her and that's something I can't say for any other coffee shop. Food options are really good as well i LOVEEE the fatera and above everything, the owner and her family running this spot are the sweetest people and they give this small store such a beam of warmth and care. This coffee shop is SO good, and their staff is so friendly! It's always a hard choice between coffee or matcha, but I opted to get both and was really impressed by my two drinks. Their coffee has such a nice and strong acidity to it, and their signature latte is phenomenal. I also quite enjoyed their matcha as well. it was well blended but not as heavy as I expected, so I'm not entirely sure if it's ceremonial grade from Japan. A contemporary, cozy, and warm coffee shop. It's in a small shopping center than shares the same entrance as a grocery store. Great tasting coffee and interesting food items that you may not find at other cafes. We were there for coffee so did not have a chance to eat anything. The coffee is local led roasted and this establishment is women-owned. I liked that it was not overly acidic and had a smooth finish on my cafe latte. We were greeted on arrival and ordered iced coffee. There was something wrong with the machine so I could not order regular coffee. But, after sitting in the shop for about ten minutes, the barista invited me to place my order because the machine was working. I had a lovely experience at Crescent Coffee House. Everything I ordered was flavorful and satisfying. The Ethiopian pancake was outstanding it was fluffy, pillowy, and delicately sweet with just the right texture. It practically melted in my mouth and was easily one of the most delicious pancakes I've had in a long time. I also tried the Biscoff latte, which was rich, creamy, and full of that unmistakable Biscoff flavor. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, like sipping a dessert in a cup. The Foul was absolutely delicious. This traditional Ethiopian dish made with fava beans, eggs, tomatoes, sour cream, and jalapeños was savory, well-seasoned, and comforting. The flavors were layered and satisfying without being overpowering. Last I tried the Fatera; It was flaky, crispy, and stuffed with eggs, beef, onions, and jalapeños, but it wasn't spicy at all. The flavor was deep and well-balanced with those signature Ethiopian spices that make you want to keep going back for another bite. The baristas were friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The interior was clean and cozy, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a warm meal or a well-made drink. WOW... Get The sunset - hands down my new favorite refreshing drink for summer! Oh my, the flavors are delicious and the little bit of bubbly is nice! Pair this with a pancake (it's huge) or a Fatera (crispy pastry with beef and jalapeño filling). I took one bite and I couldn't put it down. Be careful, it does come out piping hot! I went here on a Sunday afternoon after my workout. It's a small shop inside an Ethiopian store. I ordered the cloud matcha, and the drink itself was pretty tasty. It was definitely one of the better drinks I've had in DFW. If you're a fan of matcha, I'd say this place is worth trying. That said, there are a few things I think the shop could improve on. For the cloud matcha, I think a sipping lid would have provided a better experience than a regular lid with a straw. With the cream top, it would have worked well if I could drink it directly along with the matcha instead of using a straw. My biggest complaint, though, is about the service. A white couple who ordered ahead of me had their drinks brought out to their table, but when it was my turn, I didn't receive the same service. That definitely rubbed me the wrong way and left a bad impression. Other than that, I still think this spot is worth checking out if you're a matcha fanatic. read more

10/10, great spot to bring family and friends. the cloud matcha was the star for me. I got it half sweet, which was perfect. I always appreciate when a shop offers customizations. My siblings tried the regular matcha with lavender syrup and pistachio chocolate lattes which were also really well made. I will definitely be back to try the food next time! Also, service was fast. We were a big group and there were other people in the cafe too, but they didn't make us wait unreasonably long. Just FYI for anyone visiting- the space is smaller, so it's not great for a big group (10+) if you all plan on sitting and hanging out, but it's great for a more intimate gathering. read more

As a local, I was excited to see a new coffee shop open nearby and finally had the chance to stop in. I ordered an iced vanilla latte (I know--basic!), but it was genuinely delicious. A bit on the sweeter side, which I usually don't prefer, but I still really enjoyed it. The young lady who helped me was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better.
