I went here for the 1st time because I was in the area. It's a small store but friendly people. It was weird that the bathrooms require a key to use. They were fully stocked on the drinks. I will say they were quick at preparing my order. I love sampling all the different flavors. Will be back if I'm in the neighborhood again. read more

My first time into an HTeaO and I was shocked by the amount of flavors of both sweet and unsweetened teas to choose from. I was able to sample multiple flavors and liked them all equally the same. the peach ginger tea is bomb. Sometimes I get a gallon to drink at home. The cherry is also delicious, has hibiscus and its so refreshing for the summer. They offer fresh fruits inside if you want to go in. I have not been inside any HteaO. Its much faster in the drive thru read more

For a tea lover like me... this is like the holy grail... and because it's in Texas every flavor has a SWEET and unsweetened version!!! It's heaven. You can also test samples which I definitely did as I wanted to see what the flavors were like. They had several peachy/mango-y flavors were all tasted similar but still very good. For instance, the Georgia Peach tasted more ripe almost than the regular peach. I tried a blue berry tea that was surprisingly refreshing too even though I'm not a blueberry fan. I ended up going with a large peach sweet tea and it was just what I needed. If I lived near one of these places I'd be here all the time-- the only issue I've run into here is that they aren't necessarily open early. I tried coming here 3 other times over the last year and it seems that they're only open at like 10 or 11 which is kind of late for me personally. All in all, can't wait to come back !!! read more

I tried this place of business on yesterday, June 25, 2024 . I arrived to place an order with Cousins Maine Lobster Roll . When I mentioned I wanted ordered my food . I wanted to make mine a meal. The order taker said given the parking lot they were in they couldn't obliged. When I asked how long my 2 Maine rolls would take the reply was 5-7 minutes. This was a first time experience. The outside of the store was clean. Inside clean and several drink dispensers sitting on a long counter . I can't believe I didn't count . I would guess possibly 20-25 flavors on display . There were small cups that could be used to taste the teas . I like several and decided to get a huge Sweet coconut . The most Texan thing I have found so far. It's a tea shop that sells different flavors of iced tea that are sweet & unsweet. The pure joy of seeing this shop led me straight to their drive through. I decided to get a gallon of peach& ginger sweet tea and a Texas Chai for myself. It was definitely worth the drive! During happy hour they have cups of teas 1/2 off. I've been looking forward to visiting HTeaO in Garland for quite a while. The day I went, it was quite busy, with around 20 other tea enthusiasts sampling various flavors. I joined in and tried a few myself, including the sweet tea, sweet tea zero, and raspberry tea. I wasn't in the mood for a large drink right then, so I was pleased to find out they sold gallon-sized teas for later enjoyment. In the sweet tea section, there were five 1-gallon containers, but only one was marked with today's date, which I grabbed. I even checked with the cashier to ensure it was sweet tea, and she confirmed it. However, when I got home two hours later (I live quite far from Garland), I discovered a mix-up. The gallon I brought home wasn't sweet tea at all, but peach tea. This mislabeling was quite a letdown, especially after such anticipation. Hence, I'm giving only 1 star for this experience, mainly due to the frustration of having a mislabeled product. The interior of the shop was setup more or less like a gift shop with yeti coolers and other accessories and cups and mugs galore for sell. read more

Let me start off I love this place, the variety of tea is awesome, it's the StarBucks of tea. There are little taste cups so you can taste the tea before you make a cup and the snacks they have a great also. The inside is always so clean and the service is nice and helpful just ask. I'm writing a review after a staff member gave me a free tea. It was super unexpected but appreciated. He said to spread the word around, so here I am to pass the kindness forward. I've seen a few locations of HTeaO in DFW, and I was curious as I love tea - whether it's from the motherland (China) / Asian tea or some Southern-style black tea. For my tea lovers, please be aware HTeoO is mainly centered on Southern tea flavors. * Customer Service: Super friendly staff. (1) On my first experience, I mentioned it was my first time here at their drive-thru. The woman on the mic said I should come in to sample all the teas. I did. She gave a quick and informational tour. She informed me of the app to get reward points. I downloaded the app after I left. (You get a free large tea just downloading and signing up for the app). (2) Today, I was craving some late night tea, and I asked the staff if I could re-use my large cup from my first visit. The guy was chill, and said I could. I also mentioned I'd be redeeming my app reward. When I went to the counter to use my reward, the guy just said to keep the reward to use it another time and gave me a large tea on the house! * Tea: The website says there are 22 flavors of tea made fresh every hour. There's also a limited time flavor as well. The tea's brew tastes clean to me. It's not too steeped that it tastes bitter. Personally I think their tea can be steeped a bit more for a stronger flavor, but it's just my preference. It still tastes fresh. * Ambience/Products: Super clean and organized facility. There's paper sample cups, plastic cups of various sizes, crushed pebble ice, and add-ons (fruits, mint leaves, citrus fruit slices, etc.) for your tea. They sell merch, snack, Yeti items, and tea by the gallon. I sampled all the tea flavors in my first visit - both the sweetened and unsweetened version. My personal favorites (and I'd encourage mixing other flavors around. I did blueberry + mint in my first visit.): - Blueberry Green Tea - Mint - Almond Green Tea - Georgia Peach - Peach Ginger - Sweet Texas Chai - Root Beer (limited edition; this and the Sweet Texas Chai surprised me. Thought I'd hate both, but the flavor is subtle.) * Constructive Feedback: It would be really cool to see HTeaO as a company have reusable cups instead of single-use plastics for tea consumption - like an incentive program for folks to re-use their cups. This isn't a problem unique to HTeaO, but it would be awesome to see a company reduce plastic use. service stinks I will never return! we stopped every day after work and each would get the "complementary " fruit ( lemon limes or oranges and suddenly today it was limited to ONE no where does it say limited to one and for 75cents each I would not have put an extra piece in my LARGE tea!!
