Hard ahh boba balls. The taro was alright, but a majority of the boba balls weren't even cooked. Like rock solid, uncooked.
Taro stormy with cream cheese and a lot more delicious tea on the menu. All their fruit teas are refeeshing as well. Very clean and they do have nice staff
I've been here a couple times and I love coming! Drinks are made in a timely manner and are delicious every time. The inside is super cute, thought there isn't a lot of space.
My friend and I went here a while ago and we got the Mango Stormy and Matcha MT with coconut lychee jelly. When I first tried the mango drink, I really enjoyed it. However, that didn't last long and I ended up not finishing it. My friend didn't care much for the matcha drink they ordered. Said that they've definitely had better, but that they really liked the coconut lychee jelly. Wasn't the biggest fan of this spot and I don't see myself going back anytime soon, but I know several people who love going here.

Cute little boba shop. A nice place to chill with friends or even study, but still small. I got the taro milk tea with pandan foam. Freaking delicious. Not only is it an aesthetically pleasing drink, it tasted so good! It was perfectly sweet, just the way I like.
I feel so mad right now. Today I ordered myself with kiosk for 2 herbals with ice and 5 herbal tea no ice. The drink gave me options for "no grass jelly" and "no crystal". So I chose 2 of ice drinks with 2x no crystal and 1x no grass jelly. When they call the order, it is missing one of 7 drinks. Okay. That was fine. He gave me the missing with the face like I'm asking it for free. Then the one my sis got have to be "no crystal and with grass jelly". He explained that they do what the label said. Then what's the point of choosing how many x for the options if it's gonna be none for all? Then we ask him to add grass jelly for the drink. He did it with attitude. He gave us the drink and didn't even seal it for me. We had to ask the girl to seal it properly. I can't believe there's such a worse service like this. I have never experienced this kind of service before. I'm very disappointed and never come back. Worse service ever!
This is a tough one. matcha strawberry latte: 1 out of 5 classic milk tea: 3 out of 5 thai milk tea: 5 out of 5 The matcha was not good in my opinion. It was too watery. classic mil tea was average. I have had better and I have had worse. thai milk tea was solid and yummy! Will definitely come back for the thai tea and hopefully find another drink I like. Other things to mention 2 out of 3 drinks were not filled and it took a long while to get my drinks. I will give it to benefit of the doubt and I will come back in order to try again and will update you!
Finally stopped by to try this place cause I didn't realize I had one so close to me (was about to head to Carrollton lol) the store is very clean and welcoming. Staff were very nice and helped me with a drink recommendation cause I couldn't pick between their fruit teas. Ended up with the kumquat lemon tea and matcha milk tea, both 70% sweet. It was the perfect amount of sweetness in my opinion. You could really taste the kumquat and it was refreshing. The matcha was good but had a odd taste associated with it, something I'm not used to in my matcha. The boba has a decent texture, was chewy but also felt like it was there for too long. The prices are fair and on par with other boba places. I would honestly come back again to try their other drinks!
Came during the 1st day of the grand opening for the buy 2 get 1 free deal. The store is decorated nicely, having an aesthetic feel. However, it can get very loud inside as voices tend to echo/bounce off the walls and tiles, so I could barely hear the cashier at one point. It probably wouldn't be a good place to study or have quiet conversations. I ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea (+boba), Hawaiian Green Fruit Tea, and Roasted Oolong Tea. While placing the order, the cashier misunderstood "roasted oolong milk tea" for "roasted oolong tea with cheese foam," even after correcting her, so they made the wrong drink. I always order "no ice" for my drinks, but this store didn't fill up my drinks all the way. There was probably an inch of empty space at the top for all 3 cups. This is an immediate turn off for me as they need to fill the cups all the way to the top, whether I ordered ice or not. The boba is considerably more expensive here at 85¢ to add on, especially because they give way less boba in each cup than is typical for all the other boba stores I've been to. The boba texture turned out to be pretty soft, lacking the chewy consistency I enjoy. The Jasmine Milk Tea is my go-to order to compare different boba stores. Their jasmine is disappointing because of the tea:milk ratio. The tea flavor is barely existent with most of the drink tasting like milk. I prefer a stronger tea flavor, so this drink isn't at the top of my list compared to the Jasmine at other stores. The Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea was great! I could taste a variety of fruit flavors blended together nicely. No artificial tastes. The fruit tea also came in a huge cup. My friend got the Roasted Oolong Tea. The oolong taste was bearable but not enjoyable. The pudding was sweeter than is typical. The 3 drinks took 15 minutes to make, even though there was only 1 order of 3 drinks ahead of mine. I'm not sure if I'd come back to this store but will probably give the new Carrollton R&B a try.
Drink: I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and honestly it was great! I prefer it more than Tiger Sugar, actually. The sweetness was just right, didn't water down/lose flavor as the ice melted, and the boba was perfect. Ambiance: Such a cute seating area. Very aesthetically pleasing and clean. Love the white and the music selection was pretty good as well. Service: The cashier was a bit rude to be honest; she was the only down side of this visit. I didn't care much though because I just have to order and go. Overall, would come back for the drinks because it was actually pretty good.

The avocado was pitch black and completely inedible. When I pointed this out to the young staff member, she simply replied, "That's just how avocados are," and told me to throw it away if I didn't want to eat it. When I handed the drink back, she removed the avocado pieces and returned the same drink to me without offering any replacement. She refused to remake the drink or provide a refund. I would not recommend this boba milk tea shop to anyone. The customer service was extremely poor, and the avocado milk tea was terrible. read more

They just released a seasonal dessert drink called the Avocado Chè and it's one of the best things I've ever tasted! I love a Vietnamese avocado dessert, but they also add noodle jelly, boba, avocado pudding and creme brulee cream which elevates this dessert even more. I downed the whole thing on my 5 minute drive home. Aside from this, I love how they're always experimenting and releasing new unique flavors of drinks and desserts that you can't get anywhere else. I come back just to try their new menu items. Please keep introducing new things like this! read more

Drink: I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and honestly it was great! I prefer it more than Tiger Sugar, actually. ried both locations : Carrollton and Garland. This chain offers their own distinctive boba teas series. Hawaiin fruit green tea with fresh fruits chunks and slices in xl size is refreshing. Their Coconut coffee with Pandan flavored foam is unique and surprisingly good. Honeydew stormy seems more artificially flavored. Interior was clean and ikea modern, especially Garland location. Kiosks ordering is a plus. read more

I came here after I ate at Saigon Block. It's right across the street. Place is cute and very clean. They have 2 kiosks to order now. I love it bc its convenient and you can get in and out. Only reason why it's missing a star it bc my drink was ok. The roasted oolong w Pandan foam and grass jelly is my fav, but the grass jelly was gross. It was very weird tasting. Made the whole drink gross. I was so disappointed. The store in Carrollton does is right. Not sure what happened here. Got my hubby the passion fruit drink and he said it was good. I'll have to try my drink again next time wo the grass jelly. The parking here isn't bad either. It's located in a shopping strip. Staff was fast with the orders. read more

R&B has been my new favorite boba place in DFW. So much so that we purchase one half gallon each week. It's $18 which is more than what most other shops in the area charge but it's worth it to us for the quality. However, I was very disappointed when my husband ordered our usual today and when he got home, found that the jug was far from full. I reached out to the owner on FB and she explained that they started using a new mixer which causes foam to fill up a large portion of the jug. From her response, it seems like they were aware of this problem with this new machine but was not proactive to ensure their employees compensated for this while making the drink. No offer to correct this for us other than to say she'll ask her employees to do better in the future. Be aware when ordering to go and ensure you get what you are paying for before you leave their shop. Disappointed. read more

Totally upset about this place for the first time trying. Got 3 orders with Crystal boba for the topping and charged .85 cent for that, but did not have any topping for the drinks. The order details is 30% sweetness like you see on the photos, but it's super sweet like 100% sugar. The staffs kinda didn't pays attention at all, one was eating, one was on the phone and chatting. The cheese foam, they were left it out, not in the fridge? 100% don't recommend to try this place read more

Yet another tea spot to explore in the DFW area! We were welcomed with bright decor, a clean environment, and amazing service. The employee working the front register was very attentive and took time to answer several questions we had about the menu. The #1 Hawaiian Fruit Tea was refreshing! It comes served in an extra large cup (think take out soup container) with chunks of fresh fruit. Perfect for a hot day in the Texas summer. The #10 Taro Story was smooth and delightful. The cheese foam was a nice touch to this spin on a blended frozen taro drink. 50% sugar hit the "sweet" spot for me on this one. Highly recommend giving this place a try! read more

I had the brown sugar boba drink in a bear bottle. I really enjoyed it, it tasted kinda like cereal milk but better! The bear bottle was super cute but overpriced at $1.25 on top of the drink price. My friends had gotten the dragon fruit drink and I wasn't a fan, it tasted kinda like cough syrup to me. Also the peach black tea with aloe, which also wasn't crazy about, but good for a low sugar/sweetness drink. However I would definitely go back for the brown sugar boba milk tea again. The shop itself is very cute, and a good chill/hangout spot! read more

Got here Sunday around 2pm, only ones in here. Customer service was good and the place was super clean! The decor is super cute and makes the store look bright, and modern! So cute. We love the herbal tea, it's super refreshing! Highly recommend. The brown sugar milk is just sweet milk with boba pearls but my cousin loved it. read more

OMG so good! The boba is perfect, nice and smooth and just a little firm - no crunchy center here! The inside is beautifully decorated, a nice and clean look with lots of foliage (fake but still). It's just a very aesthetically pleasing place to walk into. The staff was great and super friendly. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there was no one else in the store. Just an overall great experience, definitely coming back next time we're in Dallas. read more

If you are a fan of fruit tea, this place is definitely a must-try. I had Hawaiian fruit tea, and it's DA BOMB!!!. No artificial flavor added, it's all made from real fresh fruits which is the key for a fruit tea. I didn't try the milk tea, but my friends did; and they loved it too. Will absolutely come back to try what else they have. Not to mention, the shop is nicely decorated, and staffs are friendly read more

I came when it was a soft opening. They are having promotion by 2 get 1 Free. The place is aesthetic, the staffs are nice and so patient with me since I had a large order. I got the classic milk tea which is pretty good. I can taste the tea more than just a milk. However, I asked for no ice on both of my drinks and it's not even full, that's a minus. Overall, it's quite good, you should try it out! read more
