I was in search for a shop to replace the worn shocks on my Jeep. I decided to give Total Auto Pros a chance based on all the positive reviews and work they do with Jeeps. Their pricing was on the higher end, but I was hoping for better than the typical "Dealership" experience. I know I wasn't a big spender compared to some of the work they do, but I am still a paying customer - and customer service shouldn't end the moment the work is done. I also paid for an alignment after the repairs which I assume was completed. But, multiple requests for the alignment report have been responded to initally with excuses, and now not at all. I really hope Total Auto Pros and its staff can get its email and internet issues worked out. read more

Really impressed with the work that Total Auto Pros has done to my Jeep. I was referred to Scott at Total Auto Pros by my car salesman at Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep, as my car deal included for my new jeep to be lifted with new tires and wheels. As a first-time Jeep owner, I'm going to admit that I was a really difficult customer to work with (sorry, Scott!), as I was constantly changing my mind on what to do to my car-- and I mean CONSTANTLY. But after about a month and a half of deliberation, no matter how frustrating I was, Scott was always professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. He helped guide my decision on what to put onto my Jeep not just based on looks, but based on safety and functionality as well. And let me tell you, his advice came in handy. Not only did my Jeep look great, but it drove well also! Unfortunately, the first Jeep I took to TAP got totaled in an accident. Needless to say, everything was worked out and I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a new Jeep this last Friday. I will also be taking it to Total Auto Pros so they can create the build I want, this time I know what I want so it will be much, much easier and quicker! The sales rep I am currently working with from Total, Gregg, has also been very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt with correspondence. Total Auto Pros put on a lift kit and some after market rims and tires on my car through my dealer when I first bought the car. 2 years later I ended up with a flat and tried to use my lug nut key to change the tire myself and the key shredded the first time I tried to use it forcing me to call road side. They got me to the dealer and the dealer told me one, that my tire was done for, two that I had to get all new lug nuts because there was no way to get a matching key for my security lugs and three the lug nuts would not work with my spare. After getting a new tire (still under warranty) I stopped by the shop expecting the worst. After I told them my story and showed them the shredded key they gave me two new lug nut tools that worked and asked to look at my flat. I did make the dealer dig mine out of the junk pile and give it to me so I did have it with. They were able to repair my flat and sell me a nice rim to put it on for a fair price. So now I do have a full size spare that I can actually put on my car and use. thanks guys. read more

I recently went to a BMW dealership for service. After the service was complete they told me that the front strut mounts and front struts needed to be replaced due to a crack on the mount and the strut was leaking. The service advisor gave a quote of $1800. I work across the street from Total auto pros, I see a lot of beautiful cars and trucks parked right in front. I gave them a visit. I met Konrad. He gave me a big selection to choose from to replace the front suspension and strut mount. The quote I got from Konrad was 45% cheaper than the BMW dealership. We could not be happier. They have worked on both of our Jeeps 5 years apart. 3" Teraflex Lift Kit on both - tires & wheels on both. One of them has custom wheels with custom painted milled accents to match and Poison Spyder body armor. I had trouble deciding which wheels to go with and Konrad explained the pros and cons of both so I could make a decision. Konrad, Scott and everyone there was great (wish I could remember more names but there was not one person that was not great) . They told me an easy way to get the decals off without issue & fixed some stickers that I had put on incorrectly. I was down there almost everyday like a stalker checking on the progress and everyone was great about it - didn't seem irritated with me at all. I would recommend T.A.P. to everyone and do. I recently went here to purchase wheels for my Audi A7. I needed them to match my current tires. Although we did not find the right fitment for my car in the exact wheel I wanted, Konrad went out of his way to order several different wheels sizes to try them on my car until I was happy. It was a learning experience for us both to find out the wheels I wanted ended up rubbing on my calipers. What a big difference in customer service form Total Auto Pro to the cookie cutter Discount Tire I have been using for so many years. I find the guys at Total Auto Pros are far more knowledge on wheels and tires. I will be using these guys for all my tire/wheel purchase and some other aftermarket products. Their prices are as good or better then on the internet sites a well, I highly recommend calling them first before ordering online. This is the best place in town. Their customer service is outstanding. One time my tire went flat 2 miles away from the shop and they sent someone from their shop, took off the tire, took it back to their shop and put a new tire on, put it back on the car and then drove the car back to the shop. They have done custom work on many of my vehicles, wheels, suspension, body kit, paint, exhaust, stereo. They are truly a one stop shop for foreign, domestic, lowered or lifted. Initially I was very impressed with Konrad one of the sales people, I ordered tires for my truck and he was going to look at the sliding window in the back. I took my truck and dropped it off to have the work completed, went to work, about 3:30PM I called to see if the tires where completed and what was up with the window and Konrad had gone home for the day, so basically no call when the work was done and no follow up on the back window. They passed me to another sales person who could have cared less about me or my vehicle. I would not return to them for any further work! read more
