We came in to get a new phone and transfer date on the spouse's phone. For starters, Josiah went to work (for nearly a half hour) searching all kinds of sales and special deals to benefit us. He located one we all agreed was pretty good, and from then it was a matter of making digital transfers and keeping us apprised of what was happening. Which Josiah did. He was sharp, knew his stuff, couldn't have been more friendly and engaging. He is a great advertisement for Verizon and this store. We'll come back for some additional matters shortly, but we think others ought to know of what we found. Yes, we had a little wait to get started, but that happens. One note: remember this is an affiliate store and not a Verizon corporate store (as in Avon and Waterbury), so they may have a few limits on what they can do. But we were very happy with our experience.

There is no winning with this firm. NEVER do business with verizon!! They overcharge and will not let you out of their phone plans. Went to tracfone and changed over, no problem. Purchased the byop card and 30 day plan for walmart (cost $20 for both). Got the phone switched over the same day. Good riddence to the $175/mo plan What a rip off!!

Older model phones are sold at extremely high prices. And, lie about Samsung phones to decrease their inventory of older models. They also charge $49.99 for transferring data from an old phone to a new phone, which the legitimate Verizon DOES NOT charge for. One restocking fee was quoted twice and then charged a higher amount when the phone is returned. Sales person was not that knowledgeable and needed assistance frequently. Legitimate, corporate Verizons are located in Milford and North Haven. They are helpful, professional, and have free or more reasonable prices. This place is a wolf in sheep's clothing!

I am a new Verizon customer…read more It has not been 2 months and unfortunately I wish I never went to this location. The promotion that was offered to me by sales associate Ryan had expired at the time my accounts/family plan was set up. I did not know this until I got my first bill. Now the Verizon team is not honoring their mistake, they are not honoring their signed contract and expects us to pay more a month or return our phones. So rather than honor their contract, they are offering a $600 giftcard which makes absolutely no sense. This promotion involved trade in's so even if we did return our phones....we could not get our old phones back. This situation has not been resolved yet but I felt it is important to let people know that you cannot trust the knowledge or service at this location. Why am I being offered poor options that results in paying more money a month due to their mistake and terrible customer service? As a customer, they would never allow me to ignore a signed contract or agreement but because they made a mistake....they can? Everything we had to do was outside the norm. Ricky worked patiently and efficiently to ensure everything we were looking to have done was done correctly and at a minimum cost. It took some time, but he stuck with it and explained everything along the way. Throwing another shout out to Ovi who was managing the store during our visit. He was friendly, made helpful suggestions and was supportive to Ricky (and our situation) while making sure the rest of his staff also had his support. A true leader. I was quickly approached by an associate, got the necessary information and later picked up my phone. From beginning to end, everything went well. Soon after, we stopped in to add my husband to my family plan. Although this was a long and time consuming process, the associate was pleasant throughout the whole experience. So glad to have this Verizon location nearby!
