I am a new Verizon customer. It has not been 2 months and unfortunately I wish I never went to this location. The promotion that was offered to me by sales associate Ryan had expired at the time my accounts/family plan was set up. I did not know this until I got my first bill. Now the Verizon team is not honoring their mistake, they are not honoring their signed contract and expects us to pay more a month or return our phones. So rather than honor their contract, they are offering a $600 giftcard which makes absolutely no sense. This promotion involved trade in's so even if we did return our phones....we could not get our old phones back. This situation has not been resolved yet but I felt it is important to let people know that you cannot trust the knowledge or service at this location. Why am I being offered poor options that results in paying more money a month due to their mistake and terrible customer service? As a customer, they would never allow me to ignore a signed contract or agreement but because they made a mistake....they can? I signed the same documentation as sales associate Ryan did and that is not valid? Was I taken advantage of because i was a new customer? read more

Giving a shout out to Ricky in the New Milford Verizon location. We came in today with lots of challenges from setting up a business account to transferring multiple numbers from different accounts and changing providers. Everything we had to do was outside the norm. Ricky worked patiently and efficiently to ensure everything we were looking to have done was done correctly and at a minimum cost. It took some time, but he stuck with it and explained everything along the way. Throwing another shout out to Ovi who was managing the store during our visit. He was friendly, made helpful suggestions and was supportive to Ricky (and our situation) while making sure the rest of his staff also had his support. A true leader. Because of our complicated set up, I've never gone into a cell phone store without it turning into a nightmare. Today I left extremely impressed. Thank you, Ricky and Ovi! read more

Beware this is not a Verizon store, and they will not honor Verizon promotions. The staff lied about the promotion that would be credited to my account. Save yourself money and headache, and go to a real Verizon store. read more

I had the best experience recently at this retailer. My iphone had some major issues, I went in to buy a cable to connect to my mac, but got way more than that. Christopher serviced my phone, way more quickly than a trip to Apple would have done. He was knowledgable, kind, but most, he fixed the issue in a short period of time. I live in NYC, I would honestly take a drive up to New Milford to buy my next phone from these guys. Big bright store, with lots of inventory, and two staff members who went above and beyond to answer questions and solve my issue. I should add, I ended up buying the cable, honestly I wanted to buy a phone from these guys because of the customer service I got there. Huge fan. Thanks again to you Christopher for going above and beyond. read more

Place scammed my 80 year old father then had the audacity to scream on the phone when I called them to see what happened. I would disconnect Verizon but they told me this is not an actually corporate store and they apologize for the horrible service. So now we are out $700, hope they sleep better. Thanks Omar and Shaun. read more

This review is written about Malcolm who gave me excellent customer service. Malcolm was patient, efficient, kind and very knowledgeable. He spent the time with me to make sure I understood all the various phone and financial options. It was important to him that I found the right choice for me and I greatly appreciate that. Malcolm went above and beyond what he had to do for me and he did it in a polite and friendly manner. He is an asset to Verizon and this store. Thank you Malcolm for going the extra mile for a grateful customer. read more

Thank you. Matt Lopes for taking so much time answering my questions. I will be coming back to him for all my families wireless needs!

Unbelievably slow service. No consideration for people waiting patiently for help. It's as if they are looking to make each customer be in the store as long as possible. 8 service desks, only 2 staff with active customers, 1 already walked out after waiting too long, we have no option but to wait. Horrible! Stay away! read more
