I went in without a reservation. It was quite busy but the queue moved quickly. I went in for a replacement phone. Tim helped me and provided great customer service I would recommend this location. My experience was positive. read more

I went into Spectrum today to get a new modem for one of our 7 accounts and was disappointed by how the manager, Omar Galan, spoke to not only me, but the customer before me. I think his intention was to be professional, but it truly came out pompous, condescending and overall rude - especially to the customer before me who he was basically yelling at. I heard everything Omar said very clearly to the man before me and I was almost on the other side of the store. "I'm explaining this to you in the simplest way possible" was said when the customer was asking for further explanation. He also walked out frustrated and it flustered me when I realized I would also be helped by Omar. I'd be okay with his tone if he let me explain the situation first since I had been dealing with it for hours on the phone before even stepping into the store AND if he had better knowledge of what he was doing - at several points he wanted to give me handwritten paper receipts for equipment which was unnecessary - thanks Josephine for stepping in and correcting that and also for being kind to me and the customer you were working with. I also want to give a shout out to the guys that were working Thursday afternoon when I had to do the same thing for another account. They were all kind, helpful, let me talk and even gave me a form to help activate my new equipment, which Omar did not... read more

Service was good and returning old equipment was fast and easy. Just don't call Andy "sir" he doesn't like that.

I've been an internet customer for over 4 years with Spectrum. I recently decided to add home phone service in October of 2023. The service didn't work right away. We were sent a replacement modem, which also did not fix the problem. Finally, last week we had to have a technician come to our home to replace the modem again. Because of the issues I requested a credit for the months the service wasn't working. I was told that they couldn't actually verify that my service wasn't working so they could only offer a $10 courtesy credit. After about an hour, they credited me for a portion of the fees, which I appreciated. I would imagine a long standing customer, who actually added service, could've been treated a little better. Does Spectrum not stand by their services and products? I would have been embarrassed that a customer received multiple malfunctioning pieces of equipment. read more

!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD in my life ( and I have been doing customer service for almost 30 years myself ) MANAGER GERALD IS SO MEAN AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE!! I went there to switch to spectrum and buying the full package internet cable and phone plus cellphones and I found there was someone already using my address as a service address !!! They asked me for a lease that supports what I'm saying and I provided it along with my new state issued ID that has the same address and I confirmed I've been there for at least 7 years even before the current customer!!!!!!! WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED ?? Instead he insulted me and insist that I have to have the landlord signing the lease first ( even after calling the current customer and making sure that the cutesy customer used my address by accident he still telling me that I'm playing games !) DON't be fooled by the new promotions it's not worse or if customer service is horrible plus wait line was almost insane ! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WILL ADVICE ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO USE SPECTRUM AND ILL TAKE MY 22 stores out of spectrum as well ! BS HE WAS ON HIS PHONE WHILE THERE WAS LINE OF CUSTOMERS WAITING TO BE SERVED . OUTSTANDING! read more
