I would reccomend this spot if you like thick, al dente noodles and a creamy broth. Their "rich" broth is quite heavy so I always go for their light option but it is still rich and creamy. The noodles are thick and have a great bite. This place does add ALOT of bean sprouts so I reccomend either opting out of it or asking for less. I've tried both the chashu and the kaarage and I prefer the chicken kaarage more. The chashu is quite nice but way too fatty, you can also ask them to sub for a lean cut. This is a place I would reccomend if you havent eaten all day and are really hungry, it is really heavy and filling. For drinks I would recommend tried their lychee cocktail for a refreshing cocktail. However, one drawback with this compared to the classic is that the sesame is very overpowering. The chasu was delicately firm with melts in your mouth goodness. The egg was excellently done with a still runny yolk. The butter added a silky smooth texture and right amount of saltiness to the broth, that each spoonful was cherished and appreciated. The plus factor for me was that the bowl came pipping hot. Good meat to fat ratio for the chashu slices (I like having a rough 80% meat to 20% fat ratio, which I think they have done nicely).The broth was flavourful (not too salty), but on the slightly heavy/oily side.
