I did not have a good experience here. I ended up with an injured toe. I came in for a Mani Pedi. The manicure was so so. He shaped my nails and did a good job on the cuticles but he pulled the tools out from under the table and sprayed them with what I am assuming was rubbing alcohol. They were not in a sealed packet like I'm used to seeing. I could also see that the buffing pad that he used had been used before. That made me a little uncomfortable. The pedicure was a really bad experience for me. The woman did a good job of clipping, filing and cuticle trimming, and this time the tools did come out of a sealed packet, however, when she started to use the pumice stone, I pointed out that I had a thick callous on my big toe and asked her to pay a little extra attention to that. she started rubbing on it really hard and fast like she was sanding a table. It really hurt and I asked to stop. I ended up with a wound on my toe when she was done (see photo). When she started to polish my nails, she noticed the wound and looked at me and shrugged like "oh well". I will never go back. read more

I've been to QT 3 times and each time I marvel at how gentle he is and what a good job he does. My French gel manicure lasts close to 3 weeks. The salon is nice, clean, with friendly faces working there. They play nice music and serve hot tea. Yes I would recommend this salon. read more

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good pedicure experience. I don't believe the gal who was supposed to do my pedicure was trained. I got the basic pedicure and felt like I paid $30 for my nail polish to be removed... I was cut twice with the cuticle tools (which weren't new or sanitized, which I should have left when I noticed that....) and requested to be done with my pedicure experience. No polish, just over it. Yikes. Hope they'll look into their sanitation and employee experience soon. read more

This place is incredible! The decor and ambience are inviting and beautiful. The staff is very kind, attentive and truly do great work. I stopped by the Notre Dame location today as a walk in customer and had a great pedicure with Bruce! He was very kind and attentive and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a little foot pampering! He even added a couple of cute flowers to my big toes read more

My nail lady was out of the country, so I decided to try somewhere new. A gentlemen helped me and I was happy with the quick appointment. I went in with a picture an idea of what I had hoped for. Didn't expect the guy to give me so much push back on what " I wanted" he kept throwing in his advice and his tips when I didn't care for them. Tried to tell me what colors and what design. Wasn't exactly what I wanted but he liked his work so I let him finish. The work quality was ok and he did a decent job. I wouldn't go as far as saying top notch but I gave them a shot. Would I go back? Probably not. I know what I like and I want what I want. His work was good just not what I was looking for. read more

My friend and I went to get our nails done and we thought everything about this nail spot was so good! the service was so good and they were very carefully eyeing to see if it was perfect just so we could be satisfied with our nails. I like that they listen to what we want and they joke around with us which makes the vibe better, i would definitely comeback here again! All of the workers were very sweet and welcoming! my friend and I appreciated the fact that our nail techs kept checking up on us and reassured us about our nails but honestly they did a 10/10 job! 10/10 nail place. read more

Ok pedicure. Unsure about sanitation since they didn't take the tools out of an autoclave bag :-/ She didn't really get my calluses that good and rushed through my cuticles. Decently long massage though which is appreciated. I'd only give it another chance if I saw proof they autoclave their tools. read more

I went to this salon for years prior to the new owner/name. The owner is a rude unfriendly man that sits at the front desk at the new shop and monitors everyone and everything. It is no longer a personable place to go, tv's were removed, music was turned off and the employees were noticeably uncomfortable with the new owner present. One of the lady clients asked the owner about the alcohol that was sitting by the front area and the man said if his clients were good to him he would be good to us and offer it. Well hello....what did it look like as we (clients) were there getting YOUR services. Will never go back!!!! read more

I have gone here twice now to receive a pedicure. They seat you quickly but do not rush your pedicure to fit in more clients like other places. The time spent on the massage portion of pedicure is what makes this place superior. They massage each foot equally, they do not stay in one spot of your feet and they use good product. Gel nails here mean you walk away with professional looking nails that are NOT super caked on, no residual gel left behind on skin, and nails filed evenly. You will not be disappointed. read more

I won't be back. Thankful that Helen came over to paint the French tip (she's so sweet and great!). But I said at least 5 times to the guy doing my nails, this is too thick, it needs to be filed down by at least half the thickness.. owner (I think) said it's "already pretty thin". The nail is as wide as my finger on some nails.. looks like someone chewed bubble gum, and pressed it on my nail. I paid $60 and didn't get anything but the nails, no cuticle treatment. Also bled in two places. The establishment was relaxing though and the owner and employees are nice so I hope they fix the thickness issue. I want to mention right away they brought us water and the owner told the guy multiple times to make sure they were thin. *owner msgd me which I appreciate, very kind!* read more

Best nail salon in Chico! Owners and all technicians are friendly, excellent at their job, and make sure manicures and pedicures turn out exactly how I want.
