He shaped my nails and did a good job on the cuticles but he pulled the tools out from under the table and sprayed them with what I am assuming was rubbing alcohol. They were not in a sealed packet like I'm used to seeing. I could also see that the buffing pad that he used had been used before. That made me a little uncomfortable. The pedicure was a really bad experience for me. The woman did a good job of clipping, filing and cuticle trimming, and this time the tools did come out of a sealed packet, however, when she started to use the pumice stone, I pointed out that I had a thick callous on my big toe and asked her to pay a little extra attention to that. she started rubbing on it really hard and fast like she was sanding a table. It really hurt and I asked to stop. I ended up with a wound on my toe when she was done (see photo). When she started to polish my nails, she noticed the wound and looked at me and shrugged like "oh well". I will never go back.

My new Cat eyed nails were done perfect. So caring. Their salon is clean and my service was done with much care.

I'm visiting from NYC and found them on Google after choosing places in the area, it was such the perfect choice! I needed to take my 3-week acrylics off and wanted to replace them with Gel. My nail tech was 11/10. Although it's normal/expected to ask nail preference questions/be respectful, she really made sure I had a great experience. For example, she dedicated a lot of time perfecting the design I wanted (like she erased the hearts multiple times so that I got excellent nail art - see picture). Whatever, I decided on a "margarita" which ended up being strawberry wine and a lime. Umm... that's NOT a margarita. Yes, I know this isn't a bar but my thoughts are: If you are going to offer a drink, make it with the correct ingredients and/or have what you offer in the fridge. Good thing I brought my own drink, not an alcoholic beverage but 100% better than what they offered. You get what you pay for I suppose, lol. Moving on to the pedicure... They have an outstanding color selection for solid colors, jelly, design and glitter colors in both standard nail polish and gel polish. (Best color selection I've ever seen!) An older guy walked in from the back, sat at the foot of the chair I was in, said hello and did his best to ask what color I chose. He didn't speak English at all but he tried so, 'A' for effort. I chose a Classic Pedicure, and he did a decent job. He didn't make any conversation since well... he couldn't because of the language barrier. I didn't mind, I chatted with my friend, zoned out and scrolled my phone. I don't have any complaints, he gave me a basic pedicure which was all I wanted. I trimmed my nails directly before going in because I don't like when the techs cut them since often times they cut them into a shape that I don't like. I asked for "no cut, only file and cuticle removal" so that's what he did along with the massage and painting my nails. I will definitely be visiting this place again, but I'll choose the guy that did my friends nails. I thought hers paint job looked better and her nail tech spoke English so that was a plus. Overall a good experience, just make sure to bring your own drink unless all you want is water or white wine since that's what they seem to have an abundance of.

All I got was the nail color ( I added on the gel x service too ) and nail shaping/cutting. Once the nice guy asked how I like them I said they look great but.. that's it? No cuticle care at least? ( what I desperately needed!) and he said I needed to ask for that in the beginning. He went ahead and did it real quick but still left with my hands not taken 100% care of. You can still can still hang nails, redness, etc. Never have I had to ask to make sure I get all services they display on thier website and in house that you're paying for. Figured since it's advertised it would come with those basic needs ( which usually did come with it before!) I guess it's frustrating I'm paying for the full service and spending the money especially for gel x add on, just to get 50% of the experience. Even gal next to me just got regular gel and she got the massage! Shouldn't be consistent service? I feel crazy for questioning it and maybe that's normal but for sure make sure to ask for the whole package if that matters to you is the point of this post.
