Mychel did an incredible, no amazing, job with my hair transformation. The shine and vibrancy when in the sun just leaves me obsessed with my color. I mentioned at least 4 times about darker dye and how it chemically burns my scalp, but I was told all color dyes are the same and that Mychel uses all-natural products and promised it wouldn't be so dark. Well, it's exactly what happened. My scalp is on fire, and I'm having an allergic reaction to the darker dye. My haircut looks horrid and not like any of the pictures I showed for inspo. Sadly, an epic fail all the way around, and headed to urgent care. My hair has never been so short. It will take a couple of years to regrow it.
