He came today (Tuesday) and fixed the oven, just in time to save Thanksgiving. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend A&M Appliance Repair.

I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this company. After hiring them to repair our…read moredishwasher, communication became impossible. What happened: -They claimed to have ordered a part but provided no tracking information or proof of purchase -Multiple emails went unanswered -Calls were routed to an answering service that couldn't connect me with anyone who could actually help -No follow-up, no resolution, no accountability Bottom line: If you can't reach a company to get updates on your repair, that's a major red flag. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually responds to customers.

Update to my previous review: I was contacted by the business and was told that the reason for…read moretheir lack of communication was due to being a victim of a cyberattack. As I had no other way to verify this, I took them at their word and accepted their explanation. For full transparency, however, it is worth noting that this communication came less than 24 hours after I had posted my initial review. The repair technician arrived at my home the same day, and spent approximately 90 minutes going back over the previous repair work and going much more in-depth in this second go-round. After completing the work, he explained what he did, what he found, and then ran a cycle through my dishwasher. The next day, I ran another cycle, and the leaking issue had been fixed. As I am someone who does believe in giving people and businesses second chances and opportunities, and because I have seen them perform excellent and professional work before (see my original review), I am likely to give them my business at least once more to see that this experience is an outlier and not their typical course of business.

Mohamed offered a same-day inspection, quickly diagnosed the problem, and scheduled a follow-up once he had the parts. With parts in hand, he quickly remedied the issue, explaining the cause and the fix in full. Quality DC sent Ben over and he found the problem right away. In 1 day, he got me the part and fixed it. And this was no small job. I have an older central air unit with the AC on the roof and the fan in my crawl space. He got in the crawl space and figured it out. Almost more importantly he explained exactly what was wrong. I had water in the pan... why? The fan died. So my unit was freezing the dead fan & when it thawed, the water would fill the pan, set off the sensor and kill the power. Also, my unit is old. I bought the house 7 years ago and the AC was already there. I know the last owner. He didn't install it either. Ben got the right motor in 1 day. The price was perfect. I googled the motor price and he charged me the bottom dollar. I even had him over to flush the coil 2-days later. I trust this company and I'm going to tell all of my neighbors to exclusively use them. A++

We originally reached out to Sterling Appliance, who referred us to Top Notch because they were…read morefully booked for several weeks. Our LG washing machine had been stalling out with an error code indicating an issue that was likely a failing vibration sensor, this would leave our clothes partially washed and sopping wet. John from Top Notch came to our house, observed the washer failing to complete a cycle multiple times with the same error code and listened to our concerns. After leaving to research the problem he left a voice mail later that day saying that he had consulted a colleague and suggested that we were just loading it incorrectly, he then described in detail how to properly load a washing machine. For context, we had been using this washer for three years without issue before it suddenly started failing mid-cycle, we are also both in our mid/late thirties so we have some experience doing our own laundry. We decided to go back to Sterling Appliance who believed us when we said there was a problem and they replaced the board with the sensor. Unsurprisingly actually performing the repair was more effective than gaslighting us about it and the washer is back to normal
