I came here for a team event filling up three bays (6 people per bay). We were all competing the same game, which was cool so we could see how others were doing even though we were not in the same bay. With so many people, we were able to get two rounds of the block game in the 90 minutes. Topgolf is pricey, but luckily this was on the company. Our package also included food and drinks. I have to say that the food was quite disappointing. We had salad, chicken, beef, salmon, mac&cheese, and some desserts. It was all quite dry or unflavorful. They really need to step up the food game here. It is also strange that they don't allow us to take home leftovers, so seem like a waste of the remaining food we didn't finish. The drinks were good though and I was able to get a few rounds in as they made sure to note our last call. read more

Came here for a work event, and I can see why people host birthday parties or corporate events here. It's mostly outdoor, there is enough time in between players to chat, and there's food available. Is the food amazing? Not so much, but it's good enough. We got barbecue meatballs, small bite-size pretzels, and some deli meats. Alexa was great and attentive, even though we were on the third floor. They were very welcoming and facilities were clean and spacious. I'm not so much a golfer, but could see how this would be a fun event for anyone - even a beginner. read more

Service was great but the food and drinks were a throwback to 90s-era bar food -- they clearly cater to a younger audience that isn't mindful of how they get their calories. Everything was big and either fried or cheesy or saucy or all three. The Mediterranean platter had red pepper hummus, babaganoush, and tzatziki but none were tasty. We had the pretzel bites which were decent, very saucy chicken wings which were sticky and hard to eat while golfing, and a cheese flatbread. Everything was more expensive than it should have been considering how much we shelled out for golf. The drink menu looked promising but the cocktails were overly sweet and barely had alcohol in them. The golf itself was a lot of fun - the games were easy and fun. We will go back and won't order food or drinks next time. read more

My second time. Both company related. This time was team bonding. It was the first time for our colleagues from Alabama and Poland. The security guards, people at the counter, and our server were all friendly and helpful. Thank you! The place is very spacious, clean, and well organized. Overall the food and drinks were good, we all ordered their smokehouse burger and the sampler for sharing. The food is all very filling. The different games are all fun. There are some for longest distance, some for accuracy, while others are for consistency. You don't have to be a golf expert to have fun. The only setback was that I ordered my burger with NO secret sauce. To their credit the server that brought it out saw it and told me the kitchen made a mistake before I had to tell them myself or before I took a bite. Unfortunately, I had to wait over 20 minutes to get the correct burger when all my colleagues had all finished eating. They should have prioritized fixing their mistake. read more

What a great place to enjoy indoor golfing activities, especially on rainy days. This was my first visit, and I was more than impressed with this superb facility. It is nearly perfect for families to engage in competitive virtual golfing while getting some exercise at the same time. Moreover, they also have plenty of delicious snacks and drinks to energize players. read more

I really wanted to give this experience five stars but the couches and menus were dirty. Thank God for mobile ordering. Now let me get to the good stuff! My work had a vendor-hosted hands-on workshop, so I was able to experience Topgolf. I'm no golfer, but the customer service was very friendly and helpful during my visit. I had breakfast and lunch catered by the Topgolf kitchen and the meeting room was nice except more electrical outlets are needed for laptops. I didn't stay for the range or happy hour, but I can tell it's an exceptional place for celebrations. read more

My coworkers and I attended a travel agent event hosted by American Airlines and Enterprise rental cars. We took up four hitting bays and we had unlimited plays for a couple of hours. This was my first time trying golf but I did my best. This is definitely an enjoyable sport to play with a group of friends. The food they provided was delicious and the drinks that were allowed from the set menu were great. read more

We have had fantastic times in the past at Topgolf. This time was not as great. I wish it could be more consistent. It was lunchtime on Sunday. We looked at the Topgolf App and it said that there was NO WAIT on the App. So we thought, great, let's get over there and order some lunch. But when we got in, the check in desk said no, that there was an hour wait, and that we were on the bottom of the waiting list. So far down at the bottom, that there was a first person couldn't find our request and a second person had to confirm our place on the wait list. So we're hungry and looking at an hour wait, so we decided to leave and get food down the street. About 10 minutes later, we got a text saying that there was a table available. Then our request was canceled immediately afterwards. We had to get back on the wait list. The app said 30 minutes at that point so we get back on the list, and ended up waiting about an hour. This is now two hours past the first time we put our name on the wait list. I don't mind waiting, but please get your staff and app times to coordinate their estimates a little better. With a little less attitude. read more

I went to TopGolf in El Segundo as part of a team event. The server who was assigned to our party was very attentive and the sporty atmosphere matched the vibe. The food was a taco bar and to be honest it was not quite as good as its counterpart in Montebello. The taco fillings were very large pieces and quite tough. The highlight of the food were the donut holes that were like mini churro bites with chocolate and raspberry sauce. read more

This review is for their party service. We organized a Spirit Night event as a school fundraiser and thoroughly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The rep, Desiree, was extremely helpful for coordinating and the staff on-site was extremely attentive. The kids had a great time and all families enjoyed the event. The food and drinks were good and what you'd expect from an entertainment spot. I haven't gone on a regular day, but this made us want to check it out. read more

We had a bday celebration for my son and I there on the 25th. It was perfect. Alessandro took really good care of us and so did the rest of the staff. Very bad experience. I had a bachelors party and we had put at a 2 hour bay. One hour in, 3 people in red shirts came up and said the bay was reserved one hour in and told us to leave the bay. There were 6 bays next to us that were open. They said it was this specific bay and the ones that were empty were reserved. So we were forced to leave 1 hour early. They took off the other hour off our bill however we had a party of 8 and 1 hour is not enough. We originally had 2 hours on our bay. The red shirts staff are blunt, rude, and don't care about customers. read more

i paid full price for water downed drinks. the service was terrible. i had to box up my own food and was being pushed out. we got drinks at the main bar later and the staff seemed inconvenienced by us while they were busy pre closing and, again, gave us another round of watered down drinks.if you want to pay full price of your hard earned money to receive overpriced watered down drinks and the most mediocre food you could have, along woth bad service, you should definitely come to topgolf!!!! read more

Service is horrible. Double charged us. And waiter was rude don't want to go again. Don't recommend this location. Food was overcooked too.

1 star. Manager Kinsey made what should have been a fun first Topgolf experience for my parents extremely disappointing. Despite making a reservation, we were placed on the very edge in the worst spot on the bottom floor while many better bays remained empty the entire time, supposedly reserved for guests who never arrived. When we asked to switch, staff refused and were dismissive throughout the visit, and Kinsey was completely unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us at all. After reading other Yelp reviews, it seems this is a common issue with reservations and customer service. Definitely not the experience I wanted for my parents' first visit, and unfortunately we won't be returning. read more

Topgolf is where golf meets high-energy entertainment, making it the perfect spot for a fun night out--even if you're not a golfer. The mix of interactive games, a lively atmosphere, and solid food and drink options create a unique experience beyond just swinging clubs. I came here for a company event, and we had a private room on the third floor with great food and drinks. Even though I'm not really into golf, I still had a blast. The energy here is contagious, with groups celebrating, competing, and enjoying the vibe. Unsurprisingly, this place is always buzzing--definitely a top choice for a fun and social outing! read more

I finally let my kids talk me into going to Topgolf with them, we went on a Wednesday and took advantage of half off golf. . My sons play golf and I've always been a little hesitant because, honestly, I was worried I'd be the worst one there. Even though I don't play golf, it was actually really fun and not nearly as intimidating as I thought. They have all these different game modes you can pick from, and even my youngest, who's 7, was able to join in and have a blast learning how to swing and hit the ball. It was surprisingly satisfying once I got the hang of it! We also had a super friendly server who really made the experience great. He was cracking jokes, checking in to make sure we had enough drinks and food, and was just super accommodating overall. We tried a bunch of different food items, and it was a bit of a mix. The cheesy macaroni bites were a hit, they came with ranch and a creamy tomato sauce, and they were super flavorful and cheesy. We loved those. On the other hand, the "Nacho Average Nachos" were kind of a letdown for us. They were more like tostadas with beans, and honestly, none of us really liked them, kind of bland and not our favorite. We saw good reviews on them, but they just didn't do it for us. We also got the Wing Trio (boneless, so we could use forks easily), and those were really good. We had Asian sesame, lemon pepper, and barbecue flavors, and all three were tasty. Another standout was the hot honey pepperoni pizza, it wasn't spicy at all, just delicious and a little sweet, and probably one of my favorites. We did try the chicken katsu sliders, and those were a miss for us, they were a bit too sweet and got soggy, so not really something we'd order again. But we ended on a high note with the Topgolf donut hole-in-ones. You get to inject them with chocolate or Bavarian cream, and my kids absolutely loved them. They were super fun and really delicious. All in all, it turned out to be a super fun outing for the whole family. If you're not a golfer, don't worry it's definitely a place where anyone can have fun. And the food, overall, just adds that extra layer of enjoyment. Definitely a great spot for a family outing! read more

We just brought six kids here, ranging from ages 8-12 years old and we had an absolute blast to celebrate a birthday. The daytime parking on a Saturday was outstanding. The bay we reserved for two hours had ample space for all these boys plus two adults. They loved the various games. They've got clubs onsite for adults, kids, right or left. The food is fantastic and they even comped our boys some injectable donut holes. It's super clean. Our server was phenomenal. We would easily return again with our family. There's a reason this is called Top Golf and not Bottom or Mid Golf, and my experience at the El Segundo location quickly cemented this as one of the Toppiest Golf places I've been to. My party needed to reschedule our reservation and it was a smooth process. All we needed to do was walk-in and go straight to our booth upon arriving. While we experienced some technical difficulties from getting our game started, the staff was kind enough to extend our time slot for us to get our two hours in. We had pretzels for snacks and that was alright, but Jhay(?) was the top server at Top Golf El Segundo. She constantly checked up on us and made sure that we had everything we needed. So five stars for all that they did. For two hours, we played four different types of games. I won two of the four games despite this being my first visit to a Top Golf. But that's my hubris talking. I'm glad my first experience with Top Golf was Top Notch with the Topmost service at the Top Floor. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a good time. read more

Came here for an event and it was nice. We had our own section so they had the food buffet style, but they brought out fresh stuff the whole entire time. I really enjoyed the chicken mini corndogs and the chicken tenders. The service is good once we arrived and the place was clean. It wasn't too crowded yet for Sunday, but it seems like it gets crowded later on during the day like in the evening. I did enjoy myself. I have no complaints. I don't like golf (besides mini), did a driving range once - didn't like it. I am the last person that would make an effort to go to Topgolf. Until one day, my work decided to have their holiday party there and now I cannot stop thinking about Topgolf, can't wait to go back, and am a huge fan - it was so fun! When I first heard we were going I scoped out their social media and my two goals going into the day were 1) Do not let go of my club and 2) Do not fall in the netting. (Thankfully, I did neither!) We had a large group but it was super easy and fast to split up to our various stations and get our instructions and profiles into the system. They had an amazing buffet with so many small bites, chicken sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, potstickers, pretzel bites, and charcuterie! I'm leaving so many out but it's all good! We each got two drinks and the wait staff was super efficient and got our orders correct! I love that the clubs come in various shapes and sizes and heights. The gamification of the course is what makes it so cool so I got Top 6 (behind a real golfer) just because I managed to steer my ball over bonus areas. I am lame. I did not snap any pictures for this trip, but I cannot wait to go back with my kids. I have so many weekday discounts and great prices on appetizers! read more

I recently had an interaction with Sai that left me disappointed. Throughout our conversation, her communication came across as passive-aggressive rather than professional or solution-oriented. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, her tone and responses made me feel dismissed and unwelcome. Customer service should leave guests feeling heard and respected, even when there are disagreements or policies that need to be enforced. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience during this interaction. I hope Topgolf takes customer feedback seriously and continues to encourage clear, respectful, and professional communication from its staff. A better approach to customer concerns would go a long way toward improving the overall guest experience. read more

First time at a Topgolf location. Was in the South Bay having lunch and my nephew wanted to try this place out. We didn't make a reservation and just walked in. It's a bit pricey, unless you have a coupon or gift card. There are several games - you hit targets and earn point and score the most to win. They have in-house clubs and drivers. They come in 2 lengths. You have the option to bring your own clubs if you'd like. We ordered a couple of their desserts. it took awhile for them to come out - I have a feeling it's a scheme to keep you renting the lane... The food was ok. I wouldn't get it again though. There was plenty of parking and they have EV chargers on premise too. Check your bank/credit card offers to see if they have a cash back offer. It's definitely cheaper to just goto a normal driving range. But if you want the games and atmosphere, this may be for you. read more

I had a very unfortunate experience at Topgolf El Segundo on January 18 that I feel others should be aware of. During my visit, I was accidentally struck in the head by a golf club. The team lacked empathy and rushed me to leave as if I was a nuisance to them. The impact resulted in a hematoma and bruising on my forehead, nose, and shoulder. I experienced nausea afterward and had to see a doctor. I also had to take time off work, including missing an important onsite meeting with executives. I understand that accidents can happen, but what was especially disappointing was how long it took to reach a resolution. I first reported the incident shortly after it occurred on January 18, and it was not until March 31 that I received a final response that Topgolf would not be providing any compensation. As a gesture, I was offered another visit to Topgolf, including a room for 6 people for 2 hours and a food and beverage voucher. However, after sustaining a head injury at the venue, it is difficult to feel comfortable returning to a place that now feels unsafe. The situation involved medical symptoms, visible injury, and professional disruption, so the proposed resolution did not feel appropriate. I tried to handle this privately and patiently over the course of more than two months, but ultimately felt that my concerns were not meaningfully addressed. I followed up with the team just last week but they did not respond. I am sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions, and also in the hope that Topgolf will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future. When a guest experiences a physical injury at an establishment, there should be a stronger effort to demonstrate care, accountability, and resolution. I hope Topgolf will review its safety awareness practices around swinging clubs and improve how customer injuries are handled going forward. read more

All of my family was able to rendezvous here for a weekday birthday celebration. Two hours allowed us to play multiple rounds with a full rotation of people. They offer game modes that even the playing field a bit but definitely a spot to work on your shot. From a golf stand point, if you are not able to get a tee time on a course, it would not be a waste to bring your clubs or gear here to play the game here. Came here for a fun date night with my partner and had a blast. This was my second time at the El Segundo location, but I've also been to a few other Topgolf locations--and this one stands out for having an actual golf course attached, which I'm tempted to try one day. The driving range experience was super chill. Clean bays, great vibe, and you'll find all kinds of people--from friend groups to families--just having a good time. We split a sangria and played a few games. I've had their food before and it's surprisingly solid for what you'd expect at a sports entertainment venue. Bathroom facilities were clean, service was efficient, and the pricing wasn't too bad. It's definitely more affordable if you come with a group since the bay cost (around $60-$80/hr) is per bay, not per person. Pro tip: Come earlier in the day or on a weekday to avoid the crowds and peak pricing. Great spot for a casual hang or a low-pressure intro to golf! read more
