Chau is the absolute best. She is a perfectionist so every nail is perfectly sculpted and painted. I get acrylics and I have gotten pink and white. I have gone to many other places and no one can do my nails like Chau. The only thing I don't like has to do with the pedicures. I wish they would use only brand new products for each person. They do have sanitized metal items for each pedicure but they should have new files, toe separators and slippers. I don't get any callous removal so I can't speak to that. You have to call and make an appointment, no way to walk in unless your getting eyebrows waxed. They also do eyelashes and facials. By the way, I have been going here for 9 years. read more

They did a decent job. I spent about $80 for a pedicure and gel manicure with rhinestones. Sadly, my rhinestones fell off the same day. When I went back to have them fix it they asked me what I did to make them fall off lol but they did fix them at no charge (minus the rhinestones). The fix was subpar considering they wouldn't listen when I tried to tell them what color i had picked (they had to repaint the one nail on each hand). When I pushed and said it was color 122 he put that color on and then snuck another color on top. The result? My ring fingers are a shade darker than the rest. Smh. I'm glad I found this place will definitely be going back in two weeks for a fill-in and pedicure again. Tina did my pedicure very well. Now, only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars, because of the other lady who did my nails not going to say her name but her quality of work is excellent, no complaint there. I think I love them most for their quick & cheap eye brow waxing. They do a very good job. Don't be afraid to ask them to touch it up if it's not exactly how you wanted them. $8 + $2tip = $10. I've been going to this salon for over 3 years now. I go every two weeks and they all know me pretty well. Going there every two weeks for a fill and a pedicure once a month, I do spend a lot of money there so I was beyond infuriated when I called to make and appointment. Tina asked me to come in earlier and I told her I couldn't because I was working. She said she was really slow. I said I would be there at 7:00pm and she agreed. I walked in at 6:55pm and she had taken a bunch of walk-ins and said very casually "yeah, sorry" nothing I can do. I wasn't taken til 7:35pm. The lack of a sincere apology and the fact that my appointment meant nothing and like she didn't care after all the money I give them every month???!!!! Horrible Horrible Experience. I went in to get a full set. I wanted to get my nails done but my regular salon was Closed and I had read reviews on Yelp that they had matte top coat so I went to them. I went at 6pm on a Wednesday well before their closing time. I sat down with a man and told him I would like the nails filed in the coffin style. He charged me 5 extra just for the shape. When he was cutting the length he kept keeping them longer then I liked and when I made a comment about it, he just gave me an attitude and rushed through the shaping process. I paid before he painted my nails and as soon as he was done painting he got up packed this things and left. Ofcourse now the shop was closing and I was the only patron left. I made my way to the drying station and was waiting for my nails to dry. After a few minutes the owner and employee got into a huge fight which made me uncomfortable- soo i left before my Nails could dry completely. The next morning I noticed some of the nails had dried badly so I called in and asked if I could come in later that day. The lady said yes and I made an appointment. When I came in I was treated as an un paying customer and was services in between customers. They did not care about my business at all. So much so that When I noticed the nail polish she was using was different from yesterday's- she said it would be okay and just layered all my nails with the new polish. In the end my nails were two different colors, poorly shaped, and over priced. I will never come here again and suggest you save yourself the hassle. There are many nail salons in the area- one across the street: diamond nails that provide much better service. I gave them an extra star for being open later read more

This is my second time coming to this salon. I called in advance to make an appointment an hour before close. I walk in and the guy in front is friendly and smiling. I asked for a manicure and he asked if I was the one with the appointment. I chose my color and the nail tech began working on my nails. He asked if I wanted gel and I said no, one to the guy in front and another to the nail tech. They really push hard on getting gel nails done but I don't like the effect it has on my nails after. My nail tech was very fast/rushing and rough. He kept grabbing my hand and pushing it aside when he was done with it. Not very friendly/professional. When he was cleaning my nails he made 4 of my nails bleed and then he dowsed with the disinfected which burned badly and then continue to work on my nails and didn't even say a word! I told him it was too rough and he still grabbed my hand as if nothing happened. In the end the nails looked good, $13...can't beat that price. I went to this place for the first time and it will be the last time. I went to get a spa pedicure with gel nail polish. I had an event I needed to attend and was going to wear open toed shoes. Came in to the salon without an appointment, Vanessa took me within a few minutes. Then everything fell apart. She left several times for the phone, for gift certificates, waiting on the lady next to me. She was obviously frustrated and rushing around. Ann did my eyebrows and will probably always do my eyebrows. I'm willing to make the drive from Hagerstown where I live just for her. She was so sweet and when I went to have them done she handed me the mirror before she started and asked what I wanted. That's never happened to me before. I loved them when she was finished. No shocked or confused expression from my eyebrows. They just looked great. Usually the next day I see an error and will pencil them a little to get a good look. Not today. Fred was rude front the beginning telling my boyfriend where he couldn't and could sit when no one was even there maybe 4 other customers. Ana did my full set she was honestly nice until when she asked me how long I wanted my nails and I called my boyfriend over for an opinion and she tells me I should be able to decide on my own. I am able to make my own decisions but I brought my boyfriend for his opinion which I value and he was paying he deserves to have a say. Ana then made my nails way shorter than I asked and she made them filed diagonal. And left paint on my fingers.
