I visited this salon on Friday and, while the staff was courteous and the space appeared clean, the quality of the service was unacceptable. My nails had visible bubbles, an uneven and lumpy finish, and an issue with the clear polish application. I returned on Monday to have the issue corrected, but the technician only lightly buffed the nails and applied an additional top coat. This did not resolve the underlying problems and, in fact, made the appearance worse. As a result, I had to seek services at another salon to have my nails properly fixed. I am very disappointed with both the initial quality of work and the lack of an adequate resolution. read more

I needed a mani/pedi while I was in town, and chose Tati because they open early. I had about 2 hours, which I figured would be plenty for a gel mani/pedi (my local place takes 1.5 hours max, and often has someone start on the second service at the same time as the first, to make things go even faster). Unfortunately, the service took over two hours, and despite that, it really wasn't that great. At the 1.5 hour mark, I told the guy working on my nails that I had about 30 minutes left, and he said no problem, but kept stopping to talk to people around us, which was a bit frustrating. The guy doing my nails started with my pedi and he didn't even out the length, which seems basic, and within 2 days, one of the toes had chipped, which is bizarre. For the mani, the mani itself was largely fine, but he really didn't do too much for my cuticles and there really wasn't much time for lotion or anything like that. Overall, I would absolutely skip this place unless you have a ton of time and can come back when things chip 2 days later. read more

I called ahead and asked if they offered kids' pedicures, and I was told yes. I was also told my 10-year-old daughter's pedicure would be $25. When we arrived, they charged $30 and said it was because her feet were "big." They repeatedly commented on the size of her feet, which made her feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. She is a child, and her father is 6'5" -- her foot size is not something she can control. The entire experience felt unprofessional, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place at all. Worst experience -- we will never return. read more

I've been to Tati's a few times now and can safely say I've found my spot to get my nails did. Prices are comparable to other salons in the area and service is great. I find that when I usually do a regular gel manicure that the polish lifts within 1 week and it lasts at most 1.5 weeks for me. Annie suggested I try an acrylic overlay with gel polish on top. 3 weeks later my nails still looked great - no chips, lifting, etc. I'm sure the polish could have last weeks longer, but with my nails growing longer (I prefer them short) and the gap showing (my OCD kicks in) I came back in 3 weeks later. Annie is super nice and listens to what you want. If you're curious, she'll explain what's she's doing, step by step. I definitely appreciated this. I also usually get a regular pedi as well (either regular polish or gel), but one day when I have more time, I'll definitely splurge and get one of their pedi upgrades. In addition to cash and card, they also take Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. Super convenient! When you pay in cash, you get a small discount. read more

This location seems to be the best spot in town. It's always nice and busy which I would recommend making an appointment prior. I learned this the hard way my first time walking in without one and had to wait about 45 mins (which isn't too bad but if you're not available to wait) I got a gel pedicure done. Took mom here for a treat! Service was excellent. I got her the Deluxe Pedicure. It included a paraffin wax treatment, leg scrub, massage, and hot towel treatment. It was awesome, mom said it was perfect after a hard week of Pilates. She said she wish she had this kind of treatment when she was a runner. I came here today for the first time since I recently moved to the area. I am very particular about my nails because my last salon was so amazing but sadly too far now. I saw all these great reviews and decided to give Tati's a try. I would avoid TINA AT ALL COSTS. She was so mean to me. First of all I was trying to ask her if she could do a picture I had shown her. Very simple- just one nail with cascading sparkles and a sheer under color. From all the "amazing work" design pictures I saw on their Facebook page, I thought this would be so simple... what a lie. She refused to work with me on what I wanted. Then YELLED at me for not deciding a color and saying "you need to pick final color I cannot keep walking back and forth". How about you help your customer with her vision? She yelled at me if I slightly moved after an 1.5 hours in a chair... she's a bitter woman. She was awful. Then two seconds later when she probably realized her tip was being screwed, she decided to be nice and that kept going back and forth. My pedicure was fine, but my gel manicure is atrocious. It bubbled up on several nails. She didn't even paint the tips so my nail is still showing. It was a simple gel!! I couldn't even do any sort of design. It's like I was begging for proper service or something. Sue me. I still paid her a great tip for her time, even though I ended up crying in the car. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service at a salon. With so many talented technicians out there now, don't waste your hard earned money like I had to on her. These services are not cheap & I should not feel so rushed. This is the one thing I do for my self-care time. I will try again here one more time but definitely by another technician.
