I went on 9/26 with my partner and we both had a wonderful experience! I got a full set Gel-X nails with hella designs on it and a gel pedicure. It was $115 for the nails and $55 for the pedicure. My partner got a gel pedicure with designs and it costed $68. Nina did such an amazing job on my nails!! Unfortunately I don't remember who did my toes or who did my partner's nails. I needed a mani/pedi while I was in town, and chose Tati because they open early. I had about 2 hours, which I figured would be plenty for a gel mani/pedi (my local place takes 1.5 hours max, and often has someone start on the second service at the same time as the first, to make things go even faster). Unfortunately, the service took over two hours, and despite that, it really wasn't that great. At the 1.5 hour mark, I told the guy working on my nails that I had about 30 minutes left, and he said no problem, but kept stopping to talk to people around us, which was a bit frustrating. The guy doing my nails started with my pedi and he didn't even out the length, which seems basic, and within 2 days, one of the toes had chipped, which is bizarre. For the mani, the mani itself was largely fine, but he really didn't do too much for my cuticles and there really wasn't much time for lotion or anything like that. Overall, I would absolutely skip this place unless you have a ton of time and can come back when things chip 2 days later. read more

I have always been able to walk right in here without any waits. Le does my pedicures and she is SO sweet and patient.

I visited this salon on Friday and, while the staff was courteous and the space appeared clean, the quality of the service was unacceptable. My nails had visible bubbles, an uneven and lumpy finish, and an issue with the clear polish application. I returned on Monday to have the issue corrected, but the technician only lightly buffed the nails and applied an additional top coat. This did not resolve the underlying problems and, in fact, made the appearance worse. As a result, I had to seek services at another salon to have my nails properly fixed. I am very disappointed with both the initial quality of work and the lack of an adequate resolution. read more

When I went it there was a good bit of people inside. I thought that was a good sign, I showed a picture of a basic Frenchie with drawn flowers on a set of nails, they told me that they would be able to do the design I requested. I have a long natural nails so I requested an acrylic overlay. The woman I had over drilled my nail, leaving no apex. She broke several of my natural nails, I ended up needing tips on almost my whole hand. The nail length is inconsistent and after they drilled my nails, to the point of soreness, I was told that they couldn't recreate the design. Attached are pictures that of my nails and then the inspiration picture. I was charged $80 and my nails are hurting as I'm typing this. Please take my advice and stay away! read more

I've been to Tati's a few times now and can safely say I've found my spot to get my nails did. Prices are comparable to other salons in the area and service is great. I find that when I usually do a regular gel manicure that the polish lifts within 1 week and it lasts at most 1.5 weeks for me. Annie suggested I try an acrylic overlay with gel polish on top. 3 weeks later my nails still looked great - no chips, lifting, etc. I'm sure the polish could have last weeks longer, but with my nails growing longer (I prefer them short) and the gap showing (my OCD kicks in) I came back in 3 weeks later. Annie is super nice and listens to what you want. If you're curious, she'll explain what's she's doing, step by step. I definitely appreciated this. I also usually get a regular pedi as well (either regular polish or gel), but one day when I have more time, I'll definitely splurge and get one of their pedi upgrades. In addition to cash and card, they also take Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. Super convenient! When you pay in cash, you get a small discount. read more

Chose Tati based on reviews. I was a walk-in. Two technicians looked at my feet before agreeing to a pedicure. Somewhat embarrassing as numerous other customers where in the salon. Technician asked me not to watch what she was doing and just "look out the window or something." To sum up my visit this is NOT a salon for a basic mani/pedi. No doubt these folks are creative in their craft but their customer service NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. If you are over the age of 50 --- go elsewhere as this place isn't for you! read more

I called ahead and asked if they offered kids' pedicures, and I was told yes. I was also told my 10-year-old daughter's pedicure would be $25. When we arrived, they charged $30 and said it was because her feet were "big." They repeatedly commented on the size of her feet, which made her feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. She is a child, and her father is 6'5" -- her foot size is not something she can control. The entire experience felt unprofessional, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. If you want designs and perfectly shaped nails, she's the one! I'm sure others here are good too, but she's my girl! I'd suggest making an appointment, rather than just walking in. I don't understand the point of letting management know that a certain nail tech has done your nails in an unsatisfactory manner to only have management vouch for that person and have the same person do the nail service. I paid all that money for horrible quality nails, with a reference picture for guidance, getting the assurance from management and STILL having the nails come out not looking like the picture.
