I made an appointment online. Very easy. Picked which pedicure I wanted, any extras etc. they let me know that I would be emailed or texted to confirm which they did. Parking is ample and plenty! I parked right across from the salon. Upon entering it smells divine!!! Like lavender and lemongrass.. not sure what it was but it was so good ! Clean, elegant and quiet too. Not too big, not too small. My nail tech was Kristy. I showed her a picture of the toenail polish design that I wanted and she said "ok, I can do that for you". I chose the full moon pedicure that includes scrub, cream, paraffin wax and a 20 minute massage. It was wonderful and well needed !!! Kristy then began the nail polish and design. She took her time and even then she was quite fast. The design came out exactly as I'd asked. BEAUTIFUL!!! I was so happy and let her know. Kristy was kind and friendly throughout and so was the front desk assistant. There's an ATM inside for cash tip. I asked Kristy if she had other payment options (for tip only) and she shared her Venmo handle with me. Overall I was very very happy!! I found my new pedicure place and will definitely be back!!!

I told the receptionist the assistant didn't follow the 20 mins off and 20 mins on for the haircap. She left me sitting there for about 20 mins before she turned the time on. Put the cap on and set the timer. Followed by taking the cap off and setting the timer again for 20 mins! She also failed to leave me with the toner for an additional 5 minutes like Stephanie told her. She over processed bleach and under processed toner. So my hair looks terrible on the top of my head! I can't even run my finger through my hair not to mention some of my hair strands are white and not blonde!!! Stephanie if your assistant doesn't understand how important processing time is maybe it's time to teach her! I will never return and I don't recommend your Salon! You are very unprofessional! Offering to give me a deep hair treatment will not fix over processed brassy hair! Next time have some sense and call your client back! By the way I paid $440 for my hair! FYI by the way years ago she bargained prices so that's how it use to work Stephanie. I see things have changed! But the quality of service has gone down. The picture you took of my hair was a small shot. You never even sent me the pics which I asked for. You wanted to me to leave. Let's not talk about the choppy haircut you gave me to hide the broken hair. Not taking accountability or even caring for your clients is a terrible way to run your business.

They put us in the chairs, didn't even turn on the water and we sat. 35 min in, they started on my friend's toes. At the 50 min mark, I put my shoes on. The atmosphere was terrible, no one talked to us, no updates, NOTHING! They had the heat cranking to the point most were fanning themselves. My friend was able to get her pedi - avg at best. But that was an 1.5 hours I will never get back. How in God's name can a business operate with this level of service.

So when it came time to get my skin in order, I trusted Blu Water's technicians. I found Ivetta and I am SO glad I did. After I turned 50 I noticed my skin changing. A year later, my skin lost all of its elasticity and I was breaking out- no doubt a loss of estrogen and after taking some pretty serious meds. I scheduled an appointment for a specific service but when I showed up, Ivette took a look at my skin and made recommendations for a different service. After three treatments with her over the course of about two and a half months, my skin has completely turned around! It's absolmutely glowing! It's even, my pores are smaller and it's tighter. It was just starting to crepe- GONE! And even the dark circles under my eyes are lighter. It's abs amazing and I never thought I could be that woman with pretty skin. Thank goodness I came upon the reviews for Tram at Manificent Salon. It's at Salon Plaza in Rockville and she takes one client at a time by appointment. She currently has plexi glass fit between her and clients when in the pedi chair and at her nail station. The suite was so clean and she doesn't reuse items. Her work per the pictures is phenomenal. I felt well treated after almost four months without a manicure. She was super friendly as well. She used to work at a spa chain so you are getting a true spa experience. I'll be back. Glad I got in because as soon as reopening happened, she was booked.

She gave me a birthday pedicure, which was very interesting. It was a jelly pedicure, she put something in it that makes the water turn into jelly. That pedicure is usually $62 but during your birthday month she will only charge $32. It made my feet so soft!! I would highly reccomend it.
