So often I end up waiting in spite of having an appointment and that is very frustrating. I had a pedicure with Nam, who was excellent--professional, attentive, and did a fantastic job. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Been here 3 times and they're always nice and accommodating but not the best with nail design, specifically floral designs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This time in particular it feels rushed. The surrounding of my nails were not cleaned up and the side of my nails were not painted. Picture attached was what I wanted versus what I got. I would still come back and give them another chance cause the prices are good and people are nice. I personally just need be sure to voice my concerns immediately and come in the middle of the day so it's not rushed and definitely choose to have nail extensions instead of my natural nails cause it ended up being way too short. read more

I am not one to complain about small stuff, but holy crap this woman was so rough and kept telling me what I wanted was not doable which I was okay with I get people don't have practice in some skills but she was beyond aggressive and couldn't care less about my satisfaction. Not only did she cut me but I didn't get the essentials of what nail salon is supposed to do! I did not get lotion after my nails are supposed to eat we're done I did not get any cuticle oil on them. Let me walk out of the nail salon with my nails looking like this she noticed that something was wrong with my thumb and she didn't bother to fix it. I am so appalled and disappointed because I just moved to this neighborhood and I've been trying to find a nail salon and this one has the best reviews and I'm very upset at this is what my outcome was. Update: it hasn't even been 24 hours yet and my nails started to peel, I called the salon and spoke with the manager and she was very kind and apologetic. She offered to do my nails again for free to correct the issue, I am not sure if I will go back anytime soon as I just am disappointed with the initial service but I appreciate the response the manager gave me. read more

This is my go to salon. I like the open floor plan, cleanliness and the ability to get an appointment in advance that's always honored on time. I rarely have to wait. If I have an appointment I walk in, pick a color and it's show time! The owner Linda runs a very smooth operation with her staff. It's always very busy so if you are coming in as a walk in. Definitely be prepared to wait. Reservation are highly recommended as the day progresses. I go here for SNS manicure, and spa pedicure. Plus Linda is wonderful at doing eyebrow tinting. Checkout my pictures. It lasts about two to three weeks. It's just coloring, but she is an expert at shapping my eyebrows and filling in some of my eyebrow area where my hair no longer grows. This way it looks like an even and full healthy set of eyebrows. It's like magic! I have sensitive skin and the coloring doesn't bother me at all. If anyone is looking for a better way around having better looking eyebrows I highly recommend tinting with Linda! You can adjust the coloring to your preference darker or lighter. Linda is very good at getting the shade you want just right. Sometimes I want to be more bold so I ask for a darker tone. Then there are times I just want to be suttle . She hits the nail on the head each time. On average sns manicure and pedicure will run you about $80. Pretty reasonable for the service and also competitive pricing compared to other salons. They usually open by 10am. The spa is in the spectrum shopping center. There is mad dog cafe, a Greek restaurant, Starbucks, California tortilla many other eating facilities. So it's nice to go on a spa day and treat yourself to some lunch afterwards. Plenty of 2 hr free parking right on the street. If you are looking for a new nail place come check them out. I asked for eyebrow wax and tint. The wax was fine but you could tell she missed spots she could have cleaned better, little hairs she didn't pluck away. When it came time for the tint she made a terrible shape, it looked like that meme of the chihuahua dog with drawn on eyebrows. I'm taking bubble round at the front and curved to the end. Mind you I had my babyshower the next day, I was freaking out. On top of that I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and received unwarranted "compliments" like I carry so well but I look tired. Or their usual tactics of "I see you have mustache I can take care of that for $8". Absolutely trash service and I tipped only because it's a habit for me. Then I got the mgr involved because I complained that the nail tech buffed the chrome correct on the right side but not left side. He then corrected it. However, I came home showed my finace my nails and he laughed and said "did you do your own nails"? I hope you did not pay for that? Nails did not even look professionally done. I live nearby and have been going to this salon for a few months now. I have gotten my nails done by a few different technicians here and so far, Anne is my favorite! She is pleasant, takes her time, and has great attention to detail. She always double checks to make sure I'm satisfied, which I appreciate. I even made sure to go to the ATM to have cash for the tip to be turned away because apparently someone had me down mistakingly for Thurs 5 pm. I have a standing appt every Thurs at 430 elsewhere which would have prevented me to make a 5 pm here or anywhere. Next appt available 2 pm on Monday as if I don't work. Shame on me for trying to give this place a chance since it's in the community when this is their 2nd time not respecting my time. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. This place is only good if you get the techs that know what they're doing My while experience was painful. My nails were already suuper thin and he just the machine to continue buffing it out and it started to burn my fingernails. To continue he glued the tips half wayy through my nail bed and now they feel like they're going to come off any second. He used SOOOO much arylix and my fingers were so thick. I hate thick acrylics and he continued to file them down but theyre just not good. I've been to this place previously and had a different nail tech and she was super nice and amazing but can't say the same for this experience. Employees and owner constantly overheard talking about customers and making fun of them (heard them make fun of one woman's feet, another's weight). Amazing what you learn when you sit with an online translator open and see what they are saying in another language. As a walk-in customer I found I was hurried along with poor service - maybe making an appointment helps that but doubtful. Poorly painted nails - and they cut my cuticle on pinky finger. I came in with completely clean natural nails and this experience ruined them. I should have trusted my gut though when I saw the bottle of Nick Repair in my technicians basket and ran, but I foolishly thought, oh my I'm sure they won't need that. Nope, cut the hell out of one of my cuticles and it bled the entire time. 6 days later it has finally stopped hurting. Yesterday, my gel manicure completely peeled off. I've never, ever seen gel peel off. If anything I usually have to scrape it off over an agonizing few hours of acetone. The one thing they had going for them was a really friendly staff. In a pinch I might go back, but definitely won't be my first choice. read more
