I could probably sum up this entire review with: "G-d bless Rajmi" I had an event on Wednesday evening that I wanted to look my best for, and I (in true Mike B. fashion) left my eyebrows and haircut until the eleventh hour #WednesdayMorning. So I reached out to Rajmi through text (as she advises) and asked her if there was anyway she could squeeze in an appointment Wednesday morning or early afternoon. She comes back with: "Could you do 3pm." Of course... that was the only time I couldn't do. My haircut was scheduled for 3pm. And I asked her if she could do any earlier. I think she squeezed me in a really tight spot at 12:45 because midway through our appointment, her next appt had knocked on the door and was waiting while I finished up. So, a few things you should know: 1. Rajmi takes cash, card, or Zelle 2. Rajmi's studio is actually at her house in her basement. The house is very clean and welcoming. 3. Don't wear the pants that I wore HAHAHA. Let me explain... I was wearing these polyester synthetic style jogger pants, and literally my pants to Rajmi's chair were like oil and water. I mean... I literally was bracing myself the entire time against the foot bar so I didn't slide out of her chair. I guess at the end of the day, it caused me to focus on something else while my eyebrows were being threaded. And I'll be honest... I have 3 tattoos and I'd rather go through the pain of getting a tattoo then have my eyebrows threaded. No matter who does it, IT HURTS. BUT, the result is SO worth it. My eyebrows went from looking like dumpsters overflowing with hair to chic model eyebrows in the span of 15 minutes. Rajmi was so sweet the entire time. I mean... there's a reason why she has 37 reviews and a 5 star average. But honestly... look through all of her reviews. EVERY single review is 5 stars. Like her average is not 4.759865578766 stars. It's 5.0 stars. She has her licenses for esthetician work and microblading hanging in her studio. It's clear that she is very talented with the threading. She also was noticing how sensitive my skin was and applied some witch hazel after the threading which definitely helped. Rajmi told me that the threading would hurt less if I did it more often. Literally, the only reason I don't get it done more often IS because it's so painful. BUT that's me. And my wittle baby sensitive skin apparently. I will definitely be back with Rajmi soon, and hopefully I can get it together enough to make an appointment with some breathing room. My mother and I have been coming to Rajmi since I was in middle school. She was the first person and only person to ever thread my eyebrows. I am now 27 and I still travel all the way from NC just to have Rajmi do my eyebrows. I traveled here Thursday for my birthday and she was able to get me in after making my appt the same day when I was only 30 minutes out! She has amazing detail and is always accommodating and makes sure not to inconvenience another customer while being accommodating which is something I have always admired about her. She has truly perfected her craft. I can tell you now the 1 star reviews are not from reoccurring customers and do not reflect her professionalism and her craft she has and never will she butcher anyone's eyebrows. The problem with your business model is unlike any other threading service in Moco this is a one person dependent business model with zero flexibility for walk in like most places are in Moco or at least a willingness to accommodate and not make client feel uncomfortable and not welcome. Hence it appears very inflexible and there is no value to anyone for being a returning costumer because you don't accommodate period. If you have more than one person this lack of flexibility does not happen or if you create some room in your schedule or even attempt to talk to people who walk in and treat them like a client with respect it will be a huge improvement on your customer service.
