Went to Lana's Lash Studio for the first time recently, and have been delighted and happy since receiving my semi-permanent eyelash extensions. First off, the studio is in a great location. This was my first time receiving individual eyelash extensions and they look amazing! I couldn't have been more pleased. Lea takes her time with each client in a private setting. She is very attentive to a client's needs and has a great deal of experience in eyelash extensions so she understands the importance of also taking care of your natural lashes. Lea is very professional, friendly and creates a very relaxing environment for the client. She also is affordable and has the highest quality lashes. Lashes look so natural and she offers a variety of lengths and textures to make sure the best lashes for you are used. The lashes make it so I don't have to wear as much eye makeup. Lashes look great, lightweight and not falling off. She also gives you a very nice gift bag after your appointment that explains how to take care of your lashes, a lash shampoo and helps you set up your touchup appointment. I keep getting constant compliments with the lashes, I am really enjoying this natural look. This is definitely a 5 star service, every single appointment. I have been a loyal customer for almost a year next month. I can truly say Lea is the BOMB with these lashes!!! I hate going salons, I love the fact she does private sessions, it makes me feel special and comfortable. Lea is very positive and gentle, I love the environment. I give her major kudos, for someone who works from home she is very professional and her energy is amazing. Not only that, it takes a lot to operate a business from your home. Safety is ALWAYS important, I can understand why she doesn't release a lot of information (direct location). Lea is very informative and sets all expectations prior to appointments, which is very beneficial when preparing and arriving. I find it quite disturbing by the reviews I have read because I have never witnessed any of the behavior or cons some have mentioned. I am a HUGE advocate of small businesses, some people are inconsiderate but the good thing is those who truly know Lea's talent and her demeanor wont settle for the poor reviews. Text me (didn't even call) the day of...shortly before my appointment to tell me she "forgot" to coordinate her online booking system and needed to cancel my appointment for that day. For so called "professionals" that have the nerve to charge late fees or have strict cancellation fees and don't have the same respect for you as a customer or client is surely laughable. But I guess I shouldn't have expected much from someone who works out for their home and doesn't have a legitimate business location. She seriously asked if I wanted to rebook with her after I cleared my day to accommodate my CONFIRMED appointment. Keep in mind the online booking system charged me a booking fee despite her cancellation. I probably dodged a bullet with this one but she appears to be rather young and has a lot to learn about business. I don't care how good your work may be: it's nothing if your tacky business practices overshadow it all. Serious lack of professionalism and lack of professional courtesy. I was referred by another client of leas when I saw the beautiful work done I was so excited to book an appointment. She does tend to book up very fast so I would recommend to book way in advance, but her quality of work is amazing. Takes he time and I couldn't have been more happy when I left her studio. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing (I think I dozed off a couple times)lol but she didn't seem to mine. I cant imagine any bad reviews for this lady unless they are just being difficult clients. Cant please everyone I guess. She was very flexible with her hours (I had to be at work at 9 am ) and she saw me at 7am. Very dedicated to her clients and she seems to work really long hours. I never had lash extensions until this year and oh, boy, Lea knows what she's doing. My lashes are generally pretty light and sparse, but she gave my eyes that glam I've always been missing! They're full, long, and flirty! I've bought so many falsies and have never touched them since. My extensions doesn't give off that fake look, which I enjoy. I usually get the two week fill-in to refresh my lashes. Prices are reasonable. Her schedule is by far the most flexible I've seen! I've gone to her at 7:30 am in the morning before. That to me is insane dedication. If you've never gotten lash extensions before, you should let Lea be your first! She won't disappoint. She's also such a sweetheart! :) read more

I have gone to several lash places over the years, and Lea is the best! She always offers a comforting environment and her volume lash sets are top notch. I also have noticed more retention with her sets than from other lash professionals. The environment is soothing and relaxing and Lea is always friendly and professional! This place is perfect. Very personal experience and private. I dozed off a few times because my appointment was so early in the morning. She's flexible with times which I also like. My lashes feel soft all the time versus when I've went to. Others and they felt heavy and uncomfortable. She's also easy to book which I like online. LITERALLY AMAZING! I got my lashes done for the first time from somewhere else and they were horrible! When I found this place online, I called ahead and she fit me in the next day! My eyelashes literally look incredible now! The best part is she's not only precessional but professional as well.
