I rarely write reviews but I definitely wanted to take some time out to write one for Norris because she deserves it! She is one of the best lash artist that I have been to (I have been to many over the last 5 years) and on top of being amazing, her prices are reasonable as well! When I first came to her, my lashes were pretty unhealthy because my previous lash extensions were too heavy for my natural thin lashes so I ended up with multiple bald spots and even thinner natural lashes. Norris helped saved my poor nonexistent asian lashes back to normal and now they are healthier than ever! She worked with me to determine the right lash diameter that my lashes could handle and we would adjust it at every appointment. I've been coming here since January and i'm always super happy with my lashes! she is the first and only lash tech i've ever seen, and my first time she was super helpful with showing me sample pictures to help me get an idea of what i wanted. I'm not really sure what the negative review about the cheetos/cats is talking about. It's very cleanly, i've never noticed any smell, and after all the times i've gone in the cats have never even been in the same room. she's super sweet and we usually chat a little while she's doing lashes. I usually get them touched up every 2-3 weeks just because i like having fresh lashes but honestly they'd probably last longer, the retention is very good. Norris is fantastic for numerous reasons - but here are the top 3 why you should go to her (review based on lash extensions) 1. She's talented. Her lash styling is beautiful, matches the aesthetics of your eye, and is customized to what you like. 2. She cares about the quality of your lashes and her work. Personally, she revived my lashes from having fallen off (probably 80% lost), bald spots and everything. She put me on her "plan", held me accountable for the progress as well, and gave me the realistic lay of the land, knowing that what I wanted would only be achievable over time. Several weeks later, my lashes have revived and look fantastic! 3. She's dedicated and flexible. What other lash experts do you know who offer appts at both 7am and 10pm, on a weekend nonetheless? Great for moms with tight schedules. Frankly, I was a bit hesitant to write this review as I was worried Norris would book up quickly and not be able to accommodate my challenging schedule. I understand it being a pet friendly house but her cats were sitting on my body the whole time. I was covered in fur when I left. Her cat was play biting my hand, which is pretty uncomfortable when you can't see anything. I got them done on 5/4 by 5/7 a lot of lashes had fallen out. I understand that they fall off but it's been so much. I sleep and shower with a mask on to prevent them from falling out. I got them done in February and was really satisfied, not so much this time. I reached out to her today- 5/7 and she responded but mostly arguing about why I was wrong, eventually I just said I would go somewhere else, but she kept sending messages... I just wanted to see if there was any way to fix them. I'm probably the only person who's had a bad experience, and I never usually complain but I guess the way she handled it rubbed me the wrong way. Hopefully this is helpful. It was easy to get to her comfortable home for my lash appointment with Norris! She was kind and welcoming and we had great conversations. I chose the classic lashes as my first eyelash extensions for a trip I was going on to try them out! I was overall excited and when the final results were done by Norris, the lashes were full and beautiful! I loved them very much! Soon after the second day my right eye's lashes were falling out which I assumed was normal and I brushed them through as needed on a daily basis. After four days of having the lashes half of the lashes that were placed on my right eye fell off while my left eye's lashes were still in tact. The left eye was perfect but the right eye was very sparse. Overall the right eye's lashes just continued to fall out until no lashes were left after the first week and one eye looked full and the other was just wonky and did not match up. I had to wear glue on lashes so that they would look even. The results were beautiful but I don't know what could have gotten wrong with my right eye's lashes. That's the only reason why I took one star off. Happy with the results at first but disappointed at just after a couple days of having them and quickly losing the lashes. read more

If you're a busy person with weird hours this place is a gem, appointment scheduling is easy and you will leave knowing your lashes look as natural or dramatic as you want! I've been coming to Norris for my lashes for at least 6 months. I used to go to the one in NYC and one in Virginia. I am happy now that I don't have to travel far to have my lashes done right. The experience with Norris has been great and positive. I can't think of things that I dislike.
