This was my first time ever getting my lashes done by a professional lash tech! I was a little nervous when I booked my appointment but I have no regrets. Vicky was so nice. She asked me what style I preferred. I'm a volume girly but she recommend the "Hybrid " design for me so I went with her choice for my eyes and face. The process takes about 45-1hour so be prepared to sit for a little bit. She was gentle and careful and it was not painful or unpleasant. It felt like a feather gently poking you on your eye lids. Haha. I don't know how to describe the feeling but it felt like eyelashes being installed piece by piece which is cool. The outcome looked amazing!! Being a lash strip girly and getting this service change my perception on why people get this done! It looks so natural and professional! Versus the strips. I'm hooked! These last up to a month or so and you can get fills done too! I love it! I'm so happy that I found a place to get my lashes done at now. Where I'm comfortable because it's hard to find a nice place with nice people. Location is perfect!! Plenty of free parking and it's located on the 2nd floor of the cigar shop! Horrible customer service. Not accommodating at all. Made a massage appointment to find out at the time of the appointment that I couldn't use a Groupon voucher because vouchers are only valid for the first time customers (even though you can buy up to 3 vouchers on Groupon but apparently can only use one of them). The cost was astronomical the baby lash install. I chose the size that I thought was at least 15 in but when the tech finished she info me that they were not 15 in. but 9-11 inches which is extremely short as I said baby lashes $149. I expressed my dissatisfaction & extreme disappointment and I was told to come back so that she could remove the baby lashes for what I really wanted which was 15 in. I thought that was very nice & appeared to be great customer satisfaction/customer service. However, that was not the case at all. This place is a hidden gem! I reached out to them through Yelp to ask about their availability since it was after hours and got a response nearly right away. I was able to schedule an appointment with the slightest of ease. When I arrived, the tech was behind 10mins but it was no big deal. After seeing her results I would have waited longer if I needed to. She was super sweet and guided me through the options since it was my first time. I decided to go with the sexy look (longer lashes at the outer edge) but still keep it natural looking. She was absolutely gentle through the whole process that took about 90mins. PLEASE, do not go here. This is the most unprofessional "salon" I have ever been to. It starts with a very creepy two story walk up. When we left the lights in the stairwell did not come on by sensor until we were 2/3s down. Technician never introduced herself. The sign in sheet gave 4 lash options, but I was told that as I came in on a Groupon that I could only have one kind. That would not have been a problem if the kind was not drunk party girl. The application was somewhat painful, she was not great with the glue and had to keep scraping it off. When don the lashes started and ended about 1/4 from both ends of my natural lashes. Highly recommend ignoring the good reviews and get your massage elsewhere. Now that I am reading them back I see it's only good reviews for lash services. I showed up a few minutes early for my 11 AM aromatherapy 60-minute massage. When I walked in there was no one inside. A worker finally walked in and asked me if anyone else was here and of course I said no and that no one has helped me, but she just continued to unpack. By 11:05 I asked how long it might take for my massage to start and she was like oh and showed me to a room. My massage started around 11:10 and it consisted mostly of a woman rubbing lotion on my body, often with one hand which led me to believe she was on her phone. During the massage, she said "one minute" and opened the door and began talking to a man during my massage while I'm laying half naked on the table. I did not get any aromatherapy and got hot stones instead which I began to contest but she cut me off and began to do them. When wiping me down she took the towel off of me completely and I laid there exposed which made me really uncomfortable and there was a huge lack of privacy during my experience. My 60-minute massage ended at 12 although it began at 11:10 but I couldn't wait for it to be over anyways. She instructed me to get dressed and meet her outside and left the door open when she walked out - cool thanks! When I walked out she said how are you tipping cash or card? I work in the service industry and still did not think this service deserved a tip, however decided to Venmo her. She was very rude and when asked how much I tipped I said $5, she laughed very loud and said $5??? I was so upset I just left but really wish I explained that she did not deserve a tip in the first place as they were not professional, didn't respect my time, or even provide the service I paid for. I will not be coming back and highly recommend that you go somewhere else also. read more

Finally someone picked up and says "text me name and what you want"! What kind of business has someone like this answering the phones? I had purchased a Groupon for a massage and the Groupon rules stated (copy and pasted from actual Groupon: "Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Not valid for customers active within the past 36 month(s). Limit 3 per person. May be repurchased every 120 days. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services." I had visited the spa once before but it had been longer than 36 months ago. BEWARE: the owner / manager will respond: "Groupon only good for first time customers". But where does that state so in the Groupon Rules??? I am escorted into the Massage room, already changed / undressed and trying to relax for my Massage. The lady (who is the same one I believe to be answering the phones) comes in and tells me "I have seen you before and you can pay cash today, I won't accept your Groupon". I told her the Groupon rules and that it had been years since I was there and to pull up my file which she refused to do. After about 5 minutes of arguing about this. You can imagine the stressed, vulnerable state I am in with a towel wrapped around me. I get up, get dressed and walked out. I called Groupon and was able to get a refund. Don't give this place your business! There are so many nice places around the corner from them. Despite the Groupon issues, they are rude and have horrible customer service. They need a major education course in how to deal with customers with respect. You can choose from 4 styles of lashes and can even make small modifications to help you Get the look you want. You might be skeptical when walking in, but trust me when I say this is the place to go. CiCi is awesome! She takes her time in getting to know exactly how you want the final product to look like. She also places each extension on meticulously and I never have any issues - no burning, uneven lashes, or a heavy feeling on my eyes. Her lashes last a pretty long time, with proper care. I find that even after 3 weeks, I still a good amount of extensions left. I always leave satisfied and she has great pricing. I would recommend bringing some headphones to listen to music, relax, and maybe even take a little nap. I've tried a lot of different places but this is my go-to! read more

I literally could not say more complementary things about the experience I had here. I was going on vacation for 10 days in Spain and wanted to get eyelash extensions done for the first time for my trip. As a first timer, I totally did not know what to expect. I first called in to see if they had a quick turnaround appointment and it turns out they have an ongoing promotion for first timers where it's 50% off whatever style you choose. Keep in mind this promotion is BETTER than the Groupon they have currently running because you get to choose any style of lashes you want, plus it's less expensive than the Groupon. After fitting me in quickly and efficiently, I met CiCi on the Wednesday evening before my trip for a very accommodating 6:30pm appointment (since the session lasts at least 90 minutes). CiCi was so patient and knowledgeable and answered the million questions I had to choose the style of lashes and lash count that was right for me. I was astonished at the results. Having the Asian curse of thin, tiny, straight nothing lashes, I could not stop staring at my new, long and voluptuous lashes in the mirror. They were also really natural looking. I'm writing this review after my vacation and have to report that not only did I not have to wear any makeup my entire trip because I enjoyed the look without having to wear mascara or eyeliner, that after many days on the beach, sweating during sightseeing tours and just general wear and tear, my lashes are still intact and looking great. As my friend and I were attending a wedding this weekend, she informed me that she needed to get her eyelashes done before the wedding. Most of the time I would have declined as I did not want to sit in the waiting room twiddling my thumbs and flipping through my phone waiting on her to get her eyelashes prettied up. She told me it wouldn't take more than an hour, I agreed to wait for her while she was getting her eyelashes done. As I was waiting, the manager Vicky (eyelash specialist) noticed that I looked tense, and I should get a full body massage while I was waiting. BEST decision and recommendation ever! My massage therapist was an older lady named Coco, who definitely had years of experience, knew what areas of my body were tense, and the pressure points to reduce all the knots in my back. Coco made sure all the areas of my neck, shoulders, and back were addressed. As she finished up, I saw an angry but beautiful date staring at me since I was supposed to be waiting on her to get her eyelashes done, not her waiting on me. My now girlfriend no longer will take my to get her eyelashes done, as she ended waiting outside the waiting room twiddling her thumbs for about 30 minutes while i was given the therapy of youth! I came out feeling relaxed, no longer tense, and felt like I was 18 again. If you ever get a chance to take your girlfriend, wife or female friend to get her eyelashes done here, make sure you ask for Coco, she will make sure you leave out of this place feeling young again and able to bend over to tie your shoes again like you were young again!! I want to start off that this review doesn't reflect on their actual services. I was happy with their eyelash extension service, which is why I returned with my sister. But it's about the experience I had with their Groupon. Very disappointed with their transparency and lack of communication about things. On Groupon, it mentions that you cannot use the same deal again in less than 6 months. Fine, it's been almost a year. No where does it say that these deals are for 1st time customers only. And if they are, they need to put it on the deals themselves before people buy them. I walked in there ready to go but immediately was told I couldn't use the Groupon because I had been there before. I wasn't able to get my refund because too many days had gone by. I don't often use Groupon so it's frustrating. She still had the audacity to say I can use it for one of their other services in a condescending tone. I only wanted my eye lashes done. It was a complete waste of time and Groupon. Which could be easily fixed if this was communicated before purchasing. Very, very frustrating experience. Not very nice experience overall. read more

This was my to go place for lashes for years. Ever since cici left the experience has been pretty bad. The second to last time I was there they canceled my appointment and claimed that they called me at some other number. The last time, they didn't even show up until 20 minutes later, again saying they called me at some number and didnt know if I would come or not. The person who did my lashes irritated my eyes with how she put the tape on. She kept pushing down on my eyeballs as she worked and at one point she accidently poked me hard with something. Found this salon through Groupon and thought I'd give it a try. I don't get consistent lash extensions but I know enough to know what to expect. The room they place the lashes in was so dark, silent and warm and was a little uncomfortable for me. I also don't think they changed the covering that clients lay on because it was crinkled before I got on the table. My biggest issue was that The lash tech ended up glueing my right bottom corner lashes to my lash extension and I couldn't open my eyes all the way. She tried pulling them apart but it hurt and was glued so I'm pretty sure she had to take small scissors to CUT my lashes to separate them. I was so scared I left sweating :(. Probably wouldn't recommend just because the overall experience didn't make me feel great. read more

I left work early, drive 25 minutes to the location and as I pull into the parking lot, the vendor calls me and asks me to change my appt. It was 4:30 pm. I said I couldn't because I wanted the lashes for vacation and I have a 9:30 am flight the next day. She then asked if I could keep myself busy for a few minutes. 15 minutes later she texts that I can go into the office. It is small dingy and uninviting. After a 20 minute wait, I asked one of the employees how much longer it was going to be. She then said probably another 30 miuntes. I left.
