Clean environment bathrooms clean massage was more of a body rub. Shouldn't be asking me if I'm leaving a tip in the beginning of service. Hand Job offered but maybe if there were sexy white topless girls or in a bikini I would of been harder lol not tryna get a BJ or hand job from my grandma. Bring more younger (college age) attractive girls then more business.. but let the client decide how much to tip. Thanks Iheart! On 8/23/2023 I scheduled a massage for 2pm, then I was told by the attendant to come back at 3pm because the masseuse was busy. When I returned there was no masseuse and the attendant (the woman who takes your money) turned out to be the masseuse ! I was flabbergasted; it was clearly a "bait and switch" routine. read more

Avoid this place. I bought a Groupon for my husband who wanted a deep tissue massage. The masseuse had tough hands and he joked that she could rip his spine out. No ambiance. The room was so dark and small he had to use his phone to get dressed B/c he couldn't see. We paid for an hour but only got 40 minutes. Well... first things first I booked my appointment and when we came in the woman told me that they only booked an appointment for 1, not 2. I explicitly told the person on the phone that my husband and I were coming in. We rescheduled for later that day and came back. I would normally have disregarded this and been happy, but the experience continued to decline. After coming back the second time, we came in and were shown to our rooms where I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes without being tended to until I proceeded to come back out and ask someone to help me. After a few minutes the woman came back in and proceeded to try and tell me that I was on the bed incorrectly, but we could not communicate because she didn't understand English. The massage took place which was mediocre, but for the living social deal - I won't complain too much about how the massage was under impressive... but what bothers me more than anything - incorrect scheduling, lack of ability to communicate, and more than ever - there were multiple issues to follow. Including the fact that both my husband and I felt itchy the rest of the day. Needless to say, we won't be visiting this establishment again. read more

Not the best massage; I'd really call it a "rub". I really need someone to dig deep and almost hurt me (in a good way!). This was much more of a relaxing "rub your back until you fall asleep" kind of massage. It was ok, but not what I needed. The only thing is that when I would start to relax, my massage therapist would shout to her co-workers through the door during my massage and put me on high alert. SERIOUSLY, lady?! I could hear literally everything: new customers coming in, the conversations of people outside of my room, the toilet flushing. Every time I got relaxed, I was rudely awakened by some new noise. Also, I didn't get my full hour. I know because I texted my husband when I was about to lay down for my massage, and she ended about 15 minutes early (per my timestamp) FYI: there was a huge language barrier. I walked in and tried to explain that I didn't have an appointment and that I would like to know if they had openings. She picked up her pad of paper with phone numbers on it, and pointed to a number that she thought was mine. She wasn't understanding what I was trying to say. I just needed a massage and picked whatever random salon that could get me in, but I can see now that this was a mistake on my part. Next time I'll be more selective. read more

Booked yesterday for an appointment today. Booked a 60 min Deep Tissue with Katie. She was amazing and I can honestly say this was one of the best massages I have had. Before we started, I told her to focus on my upper shoulders area and she really did - and finished there as well. And she worked on me for the full 60 min. I would HIGHLY recommend. read more

The first time I went here I really liked my massage. It was a good massage with friendly staff and owner. The second time I went here the owner was still friendly. I think maybe the language barrier can be an issue. My massage was very unusual. I can't put my finger on it exactly but- well yes I can. She only massaged one spot for the whole time almost. I can't see a clock so I had no idea. You're getting a massage and time is hard to judge. There was some more weirdness I don't want to get into. I'm not going back. There are other massage places where I don't feel uncomfortable. I do appreciate the banana at the end. But, I can get a banana on my own. I can't massage my own back. read more

I have been to numerous massage spas in this area and the massages I receive at iHeart Spa are hands down the best. The key is to ask the owner Lisa to do the massage ... every massage takes away the aches and pains and leaving my body refreshed and rejuvenated. And ambience is very nice as well. Weird experience..... I walk in, say hello and they just say "come on back". I've never been there, did not have an appointment nor the apparent time to ask about pricing. They just assumed. Anyway, I ended up getting a 60 minute massage which was good. Deep tissue for most of that time, for $45. My massage therapist took care of my issue which brought me there in the first place, although as warned, I was sore for 2 to 3 days afterwards. She did repeatedly say "trust me"...not sure if that was a warning or genuine! Good massage service, so why the 2 stars you wonder. Here is where it gets interesting. I paid using a credit card and was speaking to the therapist while my card was being swiped, therefore not paying attention. Not sure I needed to. 3 days later I happened to be perusing my credit card transactions and came across purchases not made by me. 2 on the same day as my massage charge, and 2 more a day or 2 later. All from websites of course. Now I am not accusing, just assuming. Could be anyone right? I have not had to deal with credit card fraud for many years (luckily), but I find it very strange that after I visit a new establishment (new to me), my credit card information gets lifted and used. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this after visiting this place. Again, not accusing, but I find it rather coincidental. Skimmer? RFID reader? Maybe their neighbor has an RFID reader? Not sure. Word of advice, leave your valuables in your car and pay cash..... read more

We paid $45 for an hour long full body massage. The ambience was pretty nice and relaxing. The spa has individual rooms, as opposed to the curtained off spaces we've seen in a lot of other budget spas. My masseuse spoke limited English, but she got across enough for me to know that I was to change out of my clothing into the spa-provided t-shirt and shorts...freshly laundered, I'm guessing. The massage itself was great (for the price). She didn't ask about any existing issues or what kind of pressure I liked, but her technique and pressure were fine for me. My hubs enjoyed his massage, as well. When we were done, they gave us some water and a couple of fresh bananas to set us on our way. The spa appeared clean and well maintained, which I'd expect from a new establishment. We'll definitely go there again when we're feeling the need for a good, inexpensive massage. read more

I was fine with that but I purchased a massage from Groupon and it was not letting me see the voucher so it took some time. She was very impatient and was speaking Chinese to another lady and thought I did not know what she was saying but I did. She was saying I was waiting her time. No frills, $49/hour massage. Not sure if a "technique" was used... felt more like a rub down. My masseuse was kind. I think they had an ancient Asian soothing soundtrack playing in the background.... I have been to this spa twice now, with two different masseuses, and both massages were excellent. The women had strong hands, which I find to be very important, and seemed to really know what they were doing. The pressure was just right. The price was very reasonable. I have paid for much more expensive massages elsewhere that were not as good as this one. read more
