Nice shop with lots of options for blind ones and art canvases, with the pokemon card one catching my attention. Bought a nice bag, a pusheen squeeze and some Needohs. Unfortunately, they didn't disclose or didn't know the Needohs were counterfeits. The 7.99 should have tipped me off but I'm a new buyer of these kind of things.

This place is so healing to my inner-child. Once you enter the room, your life changes. Nothing is the same. If you're looking for sonny angels, smiskis, etc. COME HERE! They have such a variety! You absolutely can't get bored coming in here. The service was amazing as well, the workers at this establishment was checking up on me to see if everything was good.

While shopping for mofusand toys online, my search lead me to Top Canvas. For those of you who love toys and collectibles, this store offers a wide variety of merchandise. Located on the corner of Main Street and Garfield Ave, it is a great place to visit while going for a stroll in the heart of downtown Alhambra. Plenty of great eateries and cinemas in the vicinity as well. A free parking garage is conveniently accessible right behind the shop, in addition to street parking. Although the shop is small, they were able to feature hundreds of items without it being overwhelming. As a newbie to the current line of collectibles, Top Canvas serves as a great introduction to the new trend. As I walked in, a young woman politely greeted me and offered me assistance. Upon request, she promptly directed me to the Mofusand plushies and a wall of keychains. She took down the plushies from the shelves, so I could take a good look at all of them. And then, I spotted one very adorable Hello Kitty plushie holding a strawberry which totally makes a great Valentine's Day gift. For less than twenty bucks, I quickly secured my choice and went on to explore the rest of the shop. The average prices range from $9.99 to $29.99, so you can build up your collections without breaking the bank. Top Canvas is a great place for buying gifts on a budget, as they offer so many cute things for under $20. I also purchased 2 Lokiki blind box plushies as gifts. The gift recipient seems to love it, because it's always fun to open up a blind box. She totally adores her Lokiki plushie. Without a doubt, the highlight of my visit is the wall of Mofusand keychains! At $9.99 each, big or small, these are just too darn cute to pass up. I want them all!! Some of the more expensive and fragile collectibles are showcased behind glass. Great for avid collectors!! Tired of shopping on Amazon like me?? Then support your local business and come to Top Canvas. It's so much more fun to go shopping at a brick-and-mortar store where one can actually physically feel and touch what they're buying.

They have a pretty great selection here. And they utilize the space pretty well cause it feels big. They have claw machines, blind bags, stickers, figures and other anime/manga related items. Prices pretty reasonable too compared to other places and the staff was really hospitable. Thank you!

I've passed by Top Canvas a few times and I thought they only had claw machines from the outside point of view. I was in the area and decided to stop by one evening. To my surprise, Top Canvas sells many items that I would find at Pop Mart! I felt relieved knowing I don't have to drive all the way to the mall just to buy some! For claw machines, they used tokens so you need to exchange cash for tokens at the counter. The lady who works there is very nice. I also asked if I can buy the whole set and you can! I definitely spent more money than I should have. Stop by if you have self control.

My son was looking for smiski while we were in LA. They are these mini glow figures in different poses created by Japanese toy company. The store had them, but it was way more expensive than the other places. They also had a bunch of Japanese toys, plush toys, lots of figurines, and wall art. Both walls are lined with claw machines. Be ready to spend $40 in less than 10 minutes and win nothing. It was a cool place overall, but expensive.

Reasonable prices and a huge variety of blind boxes! Staff is also very sweet. She checked in the back for more inventory of a blind box that was low in-stock on the floor. I was really grateful and happy with the figures I got. They have Pop-Mart, Sanrio, Lulu the Piggy, Sonny Angels, and more! I can't wait to come back here :)

New claw machine and cute merch shop that opened across the street from the theater! Another neat place to do things when you're in the area for a movie, meal, or stop at Gallery Nucleus. It's well lit, workers are pretty nice, and aside from crane games, they also have anime and cute character merchandise, plushies, and trinkets to purchase, LOTS of blind boxes, and some anime goods as well. At the front they have large statues of Arale, DBZ, and One Piece with some small backdrops for the perfect photo op. Currently, their machines have Squishmallows, various different size and style Mofusands, some strange Korean slug series, and Mario plushies. Nice place to drop by for sure and PS if you follow them on IG you get a small gift (nice pen!).

Such a cool place!! My friend told me about them having a lot of blind boxes and collectibles so naturally I wanted to check it out. It's such a cool little shop! They had a bunch of claw machines which I thought was fun. They had a lot of Sonny angels too! I love that they have so many different types of Sanrio plushies!! I'm definitely going back when I'm ready to do my Christmas shopping for my nieces and nephews!

Now, they were all no Stewart comic book store but out of all of the ones in the area, this was the best by far. Chill vibes, plenty of comics, easy access, and easy to purchase at the end. Only critiques I would give it would be to have a little more for the other collectors. And what I mean by that, have a couple more action figures, Funko, pops, etc. that will probably bring in some more people for sure. The other thing would bethe music playing in the speakers. Didn't care too much for the rock, but still all in all, nice place to go. There's plenty of parking and easy to find.

The emphasis, though, is primarily new and recent comics. Passing through on a rainy afternoon I was pleased to find its location is near a few important stops in Pasadena, and there's some parking available in the private lot. I was mostly there to check out the selection and see if they specialized in anything unique. Not to say they don't, but it's still a well-stocked store. I was the only customer and enjoyed the classic jazz playing in the background. Pro Tip: Most established comic shops have subscription plans paid annually, or one-time up front. A customer goes through Comic Book Geek to pick their titles and sometimes preferred cover art, and the shop pulls their requests and holds them until the customer picks up the stash.

That's pretty great for a store where I don't have a pull list. The shop is very organized with tons of new and back issues. I had a nice time chatting with an employee at checkout about the books I was purchasing. He even gave me a free comic similar to one I was buying that he recommended! 5 star service and selection. I'll be back!

The had comics for half a centuries ago to most recent versions. There were comics of all popular, lesser known, smaller, bigger all sorts of varieties. In front side of the store, there were kids versions too. Other than comic, they also had posters, pop art figurines, neon superhero signs and few other things. The store was mostly organized and boxes were labelled. But needed a lot of patience to dig through their giant inventory. Some of the most sought after ones were placed on the wall shelves by the register. My daughter picked couple of Sonic books. The staff member was friendly and quickly did the checkout. They accepted cash and cards. While we were at the store, we saw many comic fans coming into the store. They do not allow drinks and food being carried around. There's a table in front for guests to leave them while walking around the store.

Circumstances brought me to this unique and fun store that is practically hidden on the first floor of what appeared to be an abandoned mall in Chinatown, the Bamboo Plaza. Had I not known about this store and its location before visiting, I probably would not have entered the plaza. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Natalie one of the store owners. I then met with Alan, her husband and co-owner. Both were super personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I overheard them conversing about some of the products with other customers in the store. They really knew their product. The store was jampacked with products from floor to ceiling. I was overwhelmed with how much there was to see. There were so many different model kits to choose from (Pokemon, Bandai, Gundam, etc.). They also had figurines, model paint, books, stickers, Gundam decals, Book Nook and Wonderland items, Pokemon Mini Building Blocks, other building blocks, DVDs and other fun items. Everything was well stocked and neatly organized. I appreciated that most of the items were displayed behind glass so that you could see the actual product vs just looking at the picture on the box. Even though I am an adult, I felt like a kid in a candy store. I did not leave empty-handed. :) If you're looking for a wonderful brick and mortar hobby shop with Asian flair, I highly recommend this shop.
