Had a terrible online experience here. My Items were sent to the wrong address and then returned to the sender. I was only partially refunded because I paid most of the bill with shop cash that I had that is now expired. This business is no longer answering my emails now. I'm only getting back $3.70 and NONE of the figures I ordered! I will NEVER purchase from this unprofessional business again! If I could give them less than one star, I would. Small shop, but lots of different blind boxes that I typically cannot find anywhere else! I visited because I saw on their website that they had this super cute cat blind box that would've been a perfect gift but shipping is a flat $5.99 so I was hoping to buy it in store to save on shipping costs. Unfortunately they don't sell that blind box in store and it's online only (which is odd since it was shipped from that location? So idk what the deal is there). They sell opened characters as well which is nice if you don't wanna gamble on a blind. Wish they allowed you to trade though as the prices are the same :( Overall, a nice store and staff was nice! I drive all the way to the mall and the worker says they don't have any. Apparently they don't update the website anymore. The service is great! There's usually one person in the front as the cashier! There's a variety to choose from such as Pokémon, Stitch, Digimon, Yugioh, Sanrio and more! I would say that this store in the Santa Anita Mall is the BEST bang for your buck! Usually, Smiskis costs $15+ but at this store you get it for $12.99 each! HURRY AND GRAB your blind boxes! TIP: Nemo Stop is at the second floor near JINS eyewear and across from Sunmerry Bakery! In addition, there's restrooms right next door! Been to this location after learning about it from anime expo a while back. The service here has always been awesome with helpful peeps with excellent suggestions and a great variety of merchandise I'm interested in. They carry many gatcha sets that I'm personally interested in and since I hate gatcha at the same time I always buy the entire case to finish a set with the exception the chaser (special variant) sometimes break it just to avoid FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). The store offers a 10% discount when you guy the whole set. I met a awesome rep Luis which was fun, super enthusiastic and actually took the time to help me find everything I wanted. Then at this years wondercon 2025 and I didn't even realize I was at a Neko Stop booth and Luis is there again! Luis rocked the convention floor and I ended up visiting this location to buy more sets that I didn't find at the convention. Luis is proof awesome service with a personality builds loyalty of customers and yes I'll definitely be back and wish Neko Stop success. Ran into Luis working the Neko Stop booth at Wondercon this year and came to see him at the store. He recommended and showed us some Sanrio sets I wasn't aware of and helped us find box sets corresponding to the displays. We'll definitely come visit him here again. There is a great variety of blind box and other anime/Japanese pop culture collectibles. They also carry various loose Sanrio goods, QPosket, and keychains. The keychains are really cute and often feature liquid centers. One of the best perks of this shop is that you get a 10% discount off purchasing entire blind box sets. Some (not all) of the display items are also available for purchase so if you're lucky you'll find the item you're looking for without having to crack open a single blind box. read more

Super cute shop offering Japanese brand items for sale such as some from Sanrio and some from Anime related items. They were hosting a Spring break sale I'm assuming when I walked into browse today. The store was extremely organized and makes it easy to find what you need or don't need. I'd stop by here again in the future when I've broken a keychain or some thing....there existed a keychain sale today but just recently bought some Super Mario ones.... read more

What an AMAZING shop!! My bf and I love collecting and opening blind boxes. It's such a bad thing to spend money on but addicting and very fun! It's always cool to get something as a surprise especially if the set has some really cool ones. Until you get to the point where you want only one thing from the set and spend so much only to not get it LOL. We came across this shop after having dinner (but also browsed while waiting for our table). They have tons of blind boxes! We get the Pokémon re-ment ones pretty often so it's nice to finally find a place that has multiple sets and at a great price! We've been to other shops and they really overprice it but this place is great! I can't remember what the deal was but if you spend a certain amount on blind boxes, you get coins for their gacha machine for an extra freebie blind box. I love places that do this! Neko Stop! You can't miss this kawaii store with their cat mascot in the iconic ban symbol. They're located on the second floor of the Westfield Santa Anita mall. At first they were a kiosk with a couple of racks, but have upgraded to a brick and mortar store. They also have stores in Burbank and Little Tokyo. This is your one stop shop for all things cute, Japanese, kawaii, and moe (yeah I said cute in 3 different ways, don't sue me). They have a plethora of blind boxes (anime, video game, kawaii mascots, collectibles, animals, etc), cute character socks, clothing (Poke'mon/Ghibli sweaters and shirts, seifuku school girl style tops, etc), stationery, patches, buttons, plushies, lanyards, keychains, jewelry (earrings, bracelets, necklaces), gift items (greetings cards, etc) and other miscellaneous accessories (hats and such). There's a cute mirror in the back to check yourself out in your new drip and a neat manga wall (hell yeah I'm big enough of a weeb to identify every single series on there lmao). Some current sales included 10% off if you purchase the entire blind box (if you're a collector or have people to split with) and 3 pairs of socks for $10. Some anime items they had were from: Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, the Promised Neverland, Sailor Moon, Poke'mon, Ghibli, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, One Piece, HxH, DBZ, Detective Conan, etc. Most of it being Poke'mon, Demon Slayer, and JJK. For video games, they had Kirby, Animal Crossing, and surprisingly enough, Identity V. Cute character merch included San-X characters like Rilakkuma & Sumikko Gurashi and Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty and gang, Aggretsuko, etc. Be sure to shop around and check the prices though because I have seen some of those earrings on Shein/Romwe for cheaper prices, though I'm not sure if the jewelry here is imported and authentic. Same goes for their clothing since I also have seen some of those pieces on Taobao. Amazing store that is located in the second floor! I had to go in to check it out as soon as I see the kawaii or anime-related display and I wasn't disappointed. I wasn't planning on buying anything but I couldn't resist the Pokémon blind boxes. Just bought one of the Terrarium Collection 7 (Pikachu and Growlithe) for $17.63. Damn, these Pokémon blind boxes at Neko Stop! Neko Stop is located right next to Sunglass Hut on the second level towards JC Penny. Honestly, I didn't think about stopping in. When it comes to Kawaii Stores, I usually pass by them. However, the Pokémon blind boxes drew me in and I ended up getting two of them. The first time here, I was just checking out the various merchandises (disappointed they didn't have anything Hamtaro). By my second time, the Pokémon blind boxes were calling me again. Not gonna lie, they're hella expensive, but the two that I blindly picked were worth it since it was both Pokémon that I wanted if I couldn't have Dreaming Case 3 with Pikachu or Galarian Ponyta and Terrarium Collection 7 with Pikachu and Growlithe. Am I gonna splurge on more boxes? Hmmm, maybe, maybe not.... I also purchased an Eevee (with its various evolutions) Pocket Monster keychain holder too. Great place and one of the few stores that offers Military Discount! It has a variety of things such as socks, keychains, cards, clothes, blind boxes and my favorite - plushies. Within the things mentioned above they have a variety of characters with a limited selection. They have Sanrio, Pokémon and Summikko Gurashi. It's not a lot but from what I saw in the display case they had some exclusive Sanrio plushies (My Melody, Hello Kitty, Cinnamon Roll and PomPomPurin). They only had one version to each plush but for my interests they had the perfect one. Price was great on the Japanese Exclusive PomPomPurin x Shibanban. And the price was awesome! It's really expensive online but here it was 30$. Would definitely recommend checking it out. read more
