Had a terrible online experience here. My Items were sent to the wrong address and then returned to the sender. I was only partially refunded because I paid most of the bill with shop cash that I had that is now expired. This business is no longer answering my emails now. I loved this store. I loved the aesthetic and the overall selection of products they sell. However, when it came to the customer service, I was highly disappointed, especially by the girl with glasses working at the register. My friend and I came into the store to treat ourselves after a rough week. When my friend went up to the register to ask a simple question, the employee immediately told her, "Can you move? There are other people waiting." My friend had only been at the register for a moment and hadn't even been there for two minutes. The employee hadn't even answered her question before telling her to step aside for the two customers behind her. I understand that employees have to keep the line moving, but I think the situation could have been handled much more politely. She could have taken a few seconds to answer a simple question or at least explained kindly that she would be with us in a moment. Instead, her attitude came across as dismissive and impatient. Having worked in customer service myself, I know it can be challenging. Even with difficult customers, I always believed in treating everyone with respect and kindness. Seeing my friend treated that way was upsetting. We've both been through a lot recently, and this was supposed to be a small way to make ourselves feel better after a rough week. Unfortunately, the interaction left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I still think the store itself is beautiful and has great products, but I hope management addresses the customer service experience so that future customers are treated with the respect and patience they deserve. read more
