However, in the last year, this place has completely turned around. The new Brewer is fantastic and is making some very well- crafted and tasty beers on their system here. Honestly, I don't think I've found one that is in a style that I prefer, that I don't care for. And there are some real gems on the menu. Lately I've been enjoying the sweet toffee notes on the Oogie boogie and I highly recommend it. I also come here pretty consistently for fun trivia and might come here for other events down the road. I like the staff, I like the owners, and I love the Brewer.

Sure it's not WeldWerks crazy but it's certainly more adventurous than a lot of breweries offering wise. Was a nice day so the patio was lively. The old brew house has now been converted to additional seating and it can also be rented out as an event space. They've added a permanent food truck in the middle of the patio. Burgers and salads but some nice side options as well. Four or five tables for seating directly across from the truck and some lower seats to lounge or chill as if you were around the campfire. Not needed for this year's mild winter but patio heaters too! Inside you've got bar seating. Plenty of tables both high and low. Even a quieter "kids nook" with some toys and a number of books. Huge perk as a parent is that BOTH bathrooms have a baby changing table! Small thing but a rarity these days. Especially having one in the men's room at all. Game and novelty vending machine adjacent to the brewery merch. They have a large number of board games for rent as well as hosting a number of game nights. Great space and vibe. A very mixed crowd of people and pets. Didn't mention this before but dogs are allowed inside AND on the patio. Long overdue for a return but really glad we stopped in today. Last time Odd13 was doing their own thing. During Covid they were bought by 4 Noses and now that's the whole Wilding Brands (Stem, Station 26, Denver Beer Co, etc.) They did have a few 4 Noses beers on but I'm glad to see they still have a healthy Odd13 selection. Their patio is wonderful when it's available and the inside space has several different heights of tables with either backed chairs or backless bar stools. I am sober from alcohol so don't have much reason to drop in on my own; there is only one NA on tap and it's always a kombucha. Boring. There are so many killer NA ciders out there these days. It's up to SVC whether to welcome in the sober, the pregnant, the "I have a test tomorrow"... their choice is no, and that's fine, they pay in lost income. For those who do drink, though, there are 30+ on tap (which is why it's so disappointing they offer nothing for the rest of us). I've had their ciders before becoming sober and they have lots of options from pucker dry to knock-you-out sweet and everything in between. Lots of fun collabs with distilleries and wineries lend themselves to unique and funky batches. I love their quirky Japanese snacks and beverages, it really lends a goofy flair that gives the place a lot of charm! There are also some real food options these days as well which is nice to support effectively metabolizing alcohol so customers don't go home drunk. Ciders can sneak up on you!

I had Moondoor Dunkel because I love the dark beers. It was a nice Dunkel. The taproom space was very loud. There is no sound dampening at all so it was really hard to carry on a conversation. It was too cold and drizzly to sit outside as we would have moved otherwise. We sat near the door to the brewhouse. There were employees periodically entering and exiting the door. Whenever that happened there was a very unpleasant waft of off smell. It did not smell like wort or fermentation but more methane like. We finished our beers and headed out.

He was quick and helpful and seemed to have a great rapport with the regular customers. The beers were ok. I tried 8 different ones. My favorite was the Frost Bite. A mint chocolate oatmeal stout. It was very good. Their blood orange ipa was especially good as well. Their honey red "cream ale" is definitely not a to style cream ale so heads up if you're ordering it expecting a cream ale. Their peach blonde was pretty good as well. I wasn't a big fan of their Mexican lager taco matic and the peanut butter blonde. I'd probably try the cherry Belgian strong again as well. Overall they do have some good beers and some that I wouldn't try again. But they're worth supporting!! I wish they would have something that talked more about their beers. As a brewer I'm interested in some of the ingredients they used in their brews so I can understand more of what they are shooting for flavor and style wise.
