I've been going here since this place opened, back in 2011 I think. This place has a great variety of selection of pet products, especially for dogs and cats. Most everything is as natural as it gets for pets. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and respectful to my dog when I bring her. Some of the stuff seems a little pricey but it's generally worth it. Five stars. read more

I was looking for a specific raw food for my dog, they had it... Natures variety grain free gluten free called Instinct. They had several varieties... I had been looking for this food at a different location from the place I had been getting it, because of storage reasons... It's a very nice shop, employees are very nice and helpful! I am so happy that Tomlinson's moved into our neighborhood. The staff is incredibly helpful. They leave you alone if you know what you need, but are quick to answer questions and provide assistance if you require it. They always ask about my dogs, how they are doing, etc. For a small-ish store, they have an impressive selection of pet stuff - organic food, treats for achy joints, and even biodegradable poop bags. I recently went in 5 minutes before closing. I apologized and promised to hurry. The staff told me to take my time, and that I was welcome to stay as long as I needed. This place knows customer service. After purchasing a toy for my 7 month old puppy advertised as long lasting and durable, I took it home only for it to be shred to parts in roughly 30 mins. Feeling a little uneasy about spending $15 on a dog toy a $3 toy from Target would of accomplished, I decided to take it back. While not entirely certain what the return policy was, I was going in hoping for store credit knowing full well they could simply divert me to the manufacturer for a refund or replacement. Not only did I get store credit with no questions asked, I received a kind, pleasant concern for my overall satisfaction. The staff at Tomlinson's are great. I've been trying to get better foods for my cats, and I wasn't exactly sure where to go, so I tried Tomlinsons. The lady there was very helpful in helping me find a food that is high in protein, but not as high in price. I want to feed quality food, but I can't afford some of the higher priced brands. I came in feeding hills science diet which wasn't making my dogs condition better it was making it worse. These guys put me on the right path no more diarrhea or loose stool. I have always had great experiences there, but sometimes they just go above and beyond. Any time I go in there, there is at least one person greeting me (no hunting people down like in PetCo/PetSmart). They always grab my heavy food and take it to my car without even being asked. Yesterday, they were out of the food I needed. Stacey knew it had been back-ordered without even having to look it up, and knew exactly which store to call to find one. Just as I had the thought that it was going to be inconvenient to drive around to pick it up, Stacey said she'd be going there to get the food that night or this morning and would call me before noon to tell me it was here. She just called, on time, to let me know she had gone and picked up the food I needed. I am pretty sure not a single person at one of the big-box stores would have considered doing this. They con you into signing up for the pet club or whatever to get 10% off all food, but then just mark up everything 10% and label everything in the store with the pet club price to make it look like you are getting 10% what it should cost anyways.
