He has no history of biting, but being a husky he can be vocal when getting groomed. Due to that, we put a muzzle on him. We were told at the store muzzled dogs cannot be groomed due to "policy". It would be nice to know that BEFORE we arrived.. and have a notice when booking the grooming online that even if the dog is not aggressive to not show up with a muzzle.... Would understand and would not be writing this review if it was posted during booking to not showed up muzzled. Took to Petco with no issues....

He's usually really anxious, and when I came in to pick him up, one of the girls was sitting on the floor with him, just petting him. Excellent customer service. Their prices are reasonable and they did a good job. I would definitely go back. You should know that you need to have proof of rabies vaccination with you. Otherwise they will not see your dog. That happened to me once where I had to go home. Even so, this time I forgot it-- left it on the counter next to the front door! but luckily I was able to get an electronic copy and that's sufficed.

Because of how I was treated, I will no longer consider shopping at PetSmart. I hope management takes customer service more seriously so that other customers do not have the same experience.

They have a very clear process of how to use the dog wash. I believe it's 15 or 18 per dog and you have a limited amount of time. I usually take both my dogs for a wash and never use up the time. Things included in the dog wash: - private room - variety of shampoos - conditioner - towels - doggie perfume (that's what I call it haha) - ear wipes - blow dryer All products are dog friendly and very gentle on my little dogs. I also like to buy all their food from here. They have a special where you can buy the same brand for a number amount of times and then you get the 12th bag for free. I'm on my 5th bag so far so I'm looking forward to my free bag! Actually today, for purchasing the bag, I got free treats. I really like the variety of good kibble and wet food they offer. The service is beyond great. Everyone is extremely friendly. They offer you free beverages when washing your dog, offer to take your dog food to your car, and are so sweet to pets. I love it here. My dogs love it here. I will be continuing to be a customer here :)

Anyhoo, I love them. 1) They're just so darn caring. We met them yeeeeears ago when we lived across the street from their OG location. They were always SO warm and welcoming when we walked in and so helpful finding our baby Jake the right kind of food. 2) Speaking of, they carry the BEST food, treats, toys and bath products for our now two dogs! Psst... they have cat stuff too. 3) Did I mention they are so darned caring? We just went to visit their new spot located right next door to the best vet ever - Paz. Our new rescue dog has been eating grass and apparently not getting enough nutrients so after visiting Paz, we went next door to get some recos from our trusted friends at Prime Pet. Of course, they knew what to send us home with. We picked up some new grub, the boys picked out a couple of treats that smelled good to them (ahem, it all smelled good to them) and we also picked up an adorable squeaky toy that resembles mama's favorite treat - a bottle of Tito's Vodka. ;) I highly recommend making Prime Pet your go-to for pet supplies. If they don't have something you want, let them know! They're also taking all the precautions during COVID so you can be sure you feel safe when shopping. If you're coming in, parking is horrendous due to its location in Seaholm-- especially when you're carrying out a 25 lb bag of dog food each month. They need at least a 5 minute parking zone designated for pickups! Do yourself a favor, take advantage of their free local delivery instead

She helped me pick out the perfect gifts, especially for the cat-related items since I don't have a cat myself. I was shopping for an 8-year-old who has two cats, so I wanted the best toys. I ended up choosing a faux rabbit foot toy with feathers for self-play, a classic "Lambie" plush, and a handmade hemp catnip mouse with a long tail for interactive play. I even learned a lot about catnip, which I had heard of before but didn't actually know much about--this staff is truly knowledgeable! I also brought my dog with me, and not only did he have a blast playing with other dogs, but the store also gave him free treats to try.
