He has no history of biting, but being a husky he can be vocal when getting groomed. Due to that, we put a muzzle on him. We were told at the store muzzled dogs cannot be groomed due to "policy". It would be nice to know that BEFORE we arrived.. and have a notice when booking the grooming online that even if the dog is not aggressive to not show up with a muzzle.... That happened to me once where I had to go home. Even so, this time I forgot it-- left it on the counter next to the front door! but luckily I was able to get an electronic copy and that's sufficed.

Of course, anyone who knows Bettas knows you can't put them all together--they'll fight with each other--so they definitely need their own little space in a tank! They also have other pets available through private vendors, along with plenty of supplies for just about any type of pet owner. To top it off, they even offered my dog a little treat at the end of our visit, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. It's the little things like that which make the experience memorable. They have a very clear process of how to use the dog wash. I believe it's 15 or 18 per dog and you have a limited amount of time. I usually take both my dogs for a wash and never use up the time. Things included in the dog wash: - private room - variety of shampoos - conditioner - towels - doggie perfume (that's what I call it haha) - ear wipes - blow dryer All products are dog friendly and very gentle on my little dogs. I also like to buy all their food from here. They have a special where you can buy the same brand for a number amount of times and then you get the 12th bag for free. I'm on my 5th bag so far so I'm looking forward to my free bag! Actually today, for purchasing the bag, I got free treats. I really like the variety of good kibble and wet food they offer. The service is beyond great. Everyone is extremely friendly. They offer you free beverages when washing your dog, offer to take your dog food to your car, and are so sweet to pets. I love it here. They were always SO warm and welcoming when we walked in and so helpful finding our baby Jake the right kind of food. 2) Speaking of, they carry the BEST food, treats, toys and bath products for our now two dogs! Psst... they have cat stuff too. 3) Did I mention they are so darned caring? We just went to visit their new spot located right next door to the best vet ever - Paz. Our new rescue dog has been eating grass and apparently not getting enough nutrients so after visiting Paz, we went next door to get some recos from our trusted friends at Prime Pet. Of course, they knew what to send us home with. We picked up some new grub, the boys picked out a couple of treats that smelled good to them (ahem, it all smelled good to them) and we also picked up an adorable squeaky toy that resembles mama's favorite treat - a bottle of Tito's Vodka. ;) I highly recommend making Prime Pet your go-to for pet supplies. If they don't have something you want, let them know! They're also taking all the precautions during COVID so you can be sure you feel safe when shopping. She helped me pick out the perfect gifts, especially for the cat-related items since I don't have a cat myself. I was shopping for an 8-year-old who has two cats, so I wanted the best toys. I ended up choosing a faux rabbit foot toy with feathers for self-play, a classic "Lambie" plush, and a handmade hemp catnip mouse with a long tail for interactive play.
