Lisa is incredible! She is our go-to for our 4 year-old goldendoodle and has been ever since she was a puppy. Our dog is very attached to us, but the minute she sees Lisa, she runs to her without hesitation. That is the best gift of all! Lisa takes the dogs to dog parks every day for exercise and socialization and sends us lots of photos along the way. Can't say enough positive things! read more

Ashley S is the best. She visited our kitties while we were away in May (apologies for the delay!) and we couldn't have been more pleased with her services. Her care and communication were top notch and when we need to be away in the future, we will be contacting her. Our three kitties were also thrilled. Thanks, Ashley!! read more

We had Jonas watch our new puppy and adult dog for the weekend! He did an excellent job at taking care of our puppy (who can be a lot of work) and treated our home with lots of care. I'd highly recommend Jonas and this pet sitting service! read more

Lisa is great! We've used her to walk our dog Louie 3 times a week for the past few months and found her and her team incredibly helpful. In addition to walks around the neighborhood, She takes Louie to the park, nature trails and other fun activities. Louie is very grateful for Loving Pet Care and so are we. read more

Eric took care of our 2 large mastiffs while we were away on a long summer vacation. He was wonderful!! He sent updates, photos and videos everyday, as our request. I could relax knowing they were well cared for and they loved having him at the house. read more

Lisa asked to meet our doggo before we worked out any boarding arrangements and I'm glad we did this. We had a good sit down conversation and Nena had plenty of time to case the extremely clean and comfortable place and meet Lisa's own standard poodle. On the evening of the handover, Nena was understandably nervous (she had watched me pack her things) but Lisa was poised and gracious and quelled Nena's jitters. During my absence, I received photos of my pup and communications were practically instant. Lisa keeps a cold house at night so be sure to pack a doggie sweater. Adorably, she said that Nena was welcome to sleep on the bed with her! Also, give yourself a lot of time to fill out really thorough forms. Lisa leaves no stone unturned. read more

I wholeheartedly, recommend Lisa! Trustworthy, dependable and loving. It's so nice to have total peace of mind when we leave our dog for short or long vacations or day care. We receive daily updates which make us so happy. Our dog is so in love with Lisa and runs to her and does not look back, which makes us so happy. Top notch! read more

In a holiday pinch, we reached out to 3 sitters we've used in the past (who were all fine but not amazing) it's no luck. Yelp to the rescue, I found Loving Pet Care, and Lisa saved the day! Her schedule was packed but she thankfully Catherine graciously agreed to do cat visits for our little bubba (a high maintenance, anxious Siamese cat). Catherine came by for a meet & greet and to learn about what was needed (getting in the house, where his food/toys are, etc). She was incredibly professional and SO kind! Bubba even poked his head out to meet her (he usually hides for hours). While we were away, Catherine communicated with us daily on how he was doing. The true testament was when I arrived home and Bubba didn't have any accidents/rebellious marking anywhere in the house (his "go-to" move of revenge when he's mad at us for leaving or wasn't given enough attention). Bubba & I LOVE Catherine & are so thankful for her!! read more

Lisa and her team at Loving Pet Care are hands down, the best in the business. "Loving" is the key to their care. I've used Loving Pet Care 3 times and will always be committed to them as our little Brussels Griffon comes back a happier dog every time we return from travel! Why? Because Lisa and her team give our dog the utmost attention and love - Gigi, our dog, gets to go out on the town and see things, and all the while I get consistent communication from Loving Pet Care- with photos - so I can see the happiness on Gigi's face! Also- Lisa and her team work with their clients to their comfort level - with things like pick up and drop off, staying at your home with your pet, taking your pet to her home for stay, etc. We absolutely LOVE Loving Pet Care!!! read more

I have used Loving Pet Care in Austin to care for both my cat and dog for the past five years. Every sitter that has stayed with my pets has been extremely kind, communicative, and extremely attentive to both my pet's and my needs. I am so grateful for their services and have felt completely comfortable being away and knowing my pets are loved and taken care of. While I do not know every sitter, Linda S., Alisha S. and Ashley S. have been fantastic! Most recently, many thanks to Ashley for her time and care with my kids. read more

Lisa is AMAZING. I have a very senior dog and Lisa has taken the most wonderful care of him. You can tell she is a true dog lover - she not only takes care of him, she really loves on him. My family has also used Lisa for almost 10 years for their own 2 dogs and couldn't recommend her more highly. She is a fantastic communicator and sends lots of great pics. I couldn't trust her more - thank you Lisa! read more

My husband and I recently moved back to the Austin area and although we've used some services for quick dog walks or check ins, we hadn't had the chance to find a boarding place for him. When we had to head out of town on short notice we found that any place with even decent reviews was booked up or had a long waiting list and we thought in-home sitting might be the best bet. I reached out to Lisa and she was extremely quick to respond. I appreciated that she was realistic with me about possibly not having someone to cover the time we needed but she worked with me, was very communicative throughout the process, and wound up connecting us with her sitter, Elena. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. Elena was communicative, thoughtful, and so gentle and kind with our fur babies. We were gone for five days and she checked in with me every day, sharing photos and updates about how they were all doing and even scheduled time for us to visit with them over FaceTime. We have an anxious, high energy dog and a pretty cranky cat and we came home to them happy and well taken care of, not stressed in the least. To top it off she left our place exactly as we'd left it, you never would've known someone was staying here. It was so nice to come home to our home and pets having been so well taken care of. While in-home sitting is not cheap by any means, Loving Pet Care was well worth it. We'll absolutely be recommending to our friends and using them again in the future. I'm certain their entire team is wonderful, but I highly recommend requesting Elena if she's available! read more

My pup is the most important thing in my life. I love him with all my heart and soul. Naturally, I am careful and picky about who I leave him with. Well, Loving Pet Care is the perfect name! My pup is always so excited to see Lisa! He gets more exercise, love, care, and pets than other places he has been to. I'd trust Lisa with my life, and my boy couldn't be happier. read more

The most wonderful feeling is dropping Barney off at Lisa and seeing his tail literally do multiple windmill circles in his excitement to see her. Lisa's care for Barney takes the anguish out of leaving him when we leave town. It's his home away from home. It actually feels like we're giving him his own little vacation as he gets to go on multiple fun walks and play with other dogs at the parks she takes him to. Having Lisa as our pet sitting/walking option takes away all the guilt from going away. read more

Lisa and her company have always been an absolute pleasure to work with. She responds quickly, clearly cares about the animals in her care, and is excellent with handling even more complicated requests. They have taken care of our cat and dog multiple times and it's always gone really well. Both are elderly animals who require extra care and, in a few cases, specialty medication instructions. She has always taken this in stride and done a fantastic job. We often try to get family and friends to help us out when we are out of town but these guys have come through in the clutch every time we have needed them. read more

Honestly- she failed the phone interview. Seems to think her perogatives around my pets' care & security of my home supercede my own, as the OWNER of both my home, and my pets. When she's paying for my pets' vet care & prescriptions & food & health insurance, and walking them 3-4 miles EVERY day, she can have a say in how they are provided for, and who takes responsibility for them at each part of the day. Till then- she needs to remember she's a service provider, ie. a potential employee interviewing for a job. I seldom encounter professional service providers who seem so entitled and wrongheaded. Her idea that a new/untested employee/service should be given complete responsibility for the safety & security of my pets & home is utterly ridiculous. read more

Ashley Sanchez watched our 5 dogs for multiple nights and she was amazing. We got daily summaries with photos and she went the extra mile by making sure the house was in great shape before our return home. She is amazing and we'd highly recommend her for anyone. Thank you! read more

What an amazing service and people who work here! I found this company back in 2018 in need of some 5-star care for my kitty [I'm very overdue for this review]! We got paired with Toni and she really set the bar high for what an exceptional pet sitter is. She would send cute photos/updates of our cat or the two of them hanging out together! She definitely kept this cat-lover's mind at ease while out of town. Linda also filled in for us once and was just as amazing and personable. I would trust anyone from Loving Pet Care to come and watch over our cat and I highly recommend them always! read more

Elena took such loving care of my fur baby dog while I was on vacation. During the meet and greet, I could see Elena's genuine love and care for animals, and my dog and Elena immediately connected. Elena sent pictures and updates to let me know how well things were going. As an additional bonus, I came home to a spic and span home! (This has not been the case with other pet/house sitters.) Dishes were washed and put away, sheets and towels were cleaned, beds were remade, etc. What a gift to come home to a happy dog and a clean home. I highly recommend Loving Pet Care and Elena! read more

Hey Lisa, I did respond. I responded to your co-worker who private messaged me. Please stop updating your response and saying I haven't replied and insinuating that my review is false or otherwise. It's insulting, especially on top of our experience with your business. read more

I called last minute for our senior French Bulldog and Lisa found us an at home sitter within a day. Naomi and her family were fantastic with our dog who was very nervous to have an overnight stay. Katie and I just adore Lisa! I had a situation come up where I needed someone last minute over the New Year holiday. I have NEVER used a pet service before. Either Katie goes with me or she stays with her Granner in Houston. Seriously, I fly in and out of Houston solely so I can leave Katie with my mom. I didn't have any time for that this time. I spent the entire day before I was supposed to leave looking at boarding and pet sitting options. I read one million reviews (it felt like it, anyway). I kept coming back to Loving Pet Care and Lisa. I finally bit the bullet and gave her a call at 4pm on Friday. Within seconds on that phone call I felt so comfortable with Lisa. She happened to be nearby so she stopped by for a meet and greet within the hour. After meeting with her I knew I picked the right person to care for the most important little girl in my life. You just know, you know? She took such good care of Katie. Lisa sent texts, videos and pictures the entire time. I was so relieved and pleased that I could enjoy my time away without constant worry! Lisa will be my go-to from now on. Katie and I are thrilled we found her. THANK YOU LISA!! read more

I was in Austin, staying in a hotel, and even though Austin is a super dog friendly city I wanted to get out a couple of times without my two dogs. I am super thankful for Lisa and Loving Pet Care! My dogs went to her house for doggy day care and they and I couldn't have been more pleased. Lisa was super responsive to my many emails and texts beforehand and during my dog's stay at her house. I visit Austin often and will definitely use Loving Pet Care again. read more

Elena cared for my cat while I was away for vacation and worked miracles. Bubba is an elder cat and has his issues with meds and behaviors, and she handled them all beautifully. As others have said, daily pics helped ease my mind that he was well cared for. They clearly got along beautifully, and I could tell from the pics that he was comfortable with Elena and getting the good attention that he needed. Elena also went above and beyond keeping an eye on/asking about plants that needed watering in my garden. Very appreciated during a late summer trip. Bubba usually lectures me sternly when I get home from long trips, but this time, though he had a thing or two to say, he didn't seem nearly as stressed as he has in past. I think close attention to his needs and good quality care helped put him at ease. I really appreciated the time and attention Elena gave my fuzzy buddy! read more

This was by far the best pet service we have ever used and we will only ever use them in the future! One of our pups is picky on what dogs he likes and doesn't like, so we really didn't want to board them and have him crated all day long or risk him having to be alone. I loved the at home care option Loving Pet Care offered. This let our dogs stay in the comfort of our own home, be together and not have to worry about them being around other dogs that my pup may not have been nice to. Will S. was our pet specialist and he was absolutely amazing!! I really can not say enough great things about him and the level of great service he provided us! We went out of town for 5 days and were a bit worried about leaving our pups for such a long time frame. Will came over the week before we left, met the pups, did a walk through of how their day is spent and made a great game plan for all of us. Each and everyday, without having to ask, Will sent us a text with a wonderful update and a bunch of photos of our pups enjoying outdoor time as well as getting lots of ear and belly rubs! Needless to say our pups were in great hands with Will (and got spoiled just as much if we were there lol). We will absolutely use Loving Pet Care every time we travel in the future and we look forward to checking out the other services they provide too!!! read more

We've been boarding Cody with Lisa for about a year now, and she has been an amazing care giver to him. Lots of love, lots of exercise, and plenty of socialization keeps him happy and busy while we are gone. Daily updates, photos/videos to make sure we are kept abreast of his daily routine - all makes us feel very comfortable and happy with his stays with Lisa. We could not be happier and recommend her very highly! read more

Great service over the holidays! Will was our cat sitter, and when he came for a meet-and-greet, I could tell they would be in good hands. Cats are notorious for making you earn their love. It was clear that in the last few visits, Will was their new best friend, based on the happy close-up photos he was able to get (including playtime ones). We needed someone for 10 visits over the Christmas holidays, and he sent reassuring notes and photos each time, twice a day. He was also very accommodating when we explained one cat's detailed medication regimen. He also left the litter boxes and feeding areas tidy. The pricing for holidays was also quite reasonable. I'm so pleased, their service truly meant one less stress factor in holiday travels. read more

How do I possibly capture in words the best pet sitting care in Austin? Lisa has changed our lives for the better. There's a peace of mind you can't replicate when we leave town for a trip and our fur babies come back with the biggest smile on their faces because of Loving Pet Care. We feel an immense amount of comfort knowing our pets are in the most loving hands, not to mention the best pet photographer in town! It brightens our whole trip to get our daily pictures of our pups. I can't say enough good things about Loving Pet Care. To know Lisa is to love her. We feel very fortunate to have found her. She loves your animals like her own! read more

Kimberly has been my catsitter for over a decade. I have always had a wonderful experience. She communicates and sends pictures at each visit. My house is always a tiny bit tidier than the way I left it. Bowls are always washed and litter boxes clean. It's nice to come home and not have to do chores! Also if I forget to let her know I'm back home she checks in. I feel confident that my cats are in great hands with Kimberly! read more

We have used Loving Pet Care twice now to care for our dogs while we were out of town. The first sitter was Laurie and she was amazing! Laurie sent us pictures of our dogs daily, texted frequently with updates, and left us a thank you card with a picture of our dogs on the front of the card! The second sitters were Elena and Bill. Elena and Bill were both wonderful as well, communicated daily about our dogs, and were both equally as amazing as Laurie. Having never left our dogs in a kennel and we never will, we'll continue to use Loving Pet Care Sitters. We highly recommend this service for the safety and care of your pets. The sitters will offer to walk the dogs, water plants, etc. Thank you for the excellent customer service and taking care of our extended family! read more

Overall, Lisa and her team are as good as it gets. She has a natural ability to connect with the animals, which makes me as a pet parent so much more at ease. Knowing the stress of me going away will be alleviated by the dog being with someone she likes is essential. As well, I have to give high marks for communication. I receive regular updates, including photos, of my child. Not only do I believe she is happy, I can see it from her interactions and demeanor. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone at Loving Pet Care; they are truly professional and dedicated. read more

I have used Loving Pet Care for a number of years now...The name of the business is spot on. My dogs are very well taken care of by devoted, attentive dog lovers! When away from my 'babies', receiving pic & updates of them helps when I'm missing them! I've been known to be a little... neurotic, let's say? Getting a dog was a huge deal for me, because I tend to be overly cautious and protective, and hated the idea of having a dog locked up in a crate for hours at a time. I contacted Lisa about dog walking, and she referred me on to her partner, Kimberly, who is closer to my neighborhood. Kimberly came over for a meet and greet with my pup, and I knew right away I could trust her with my baby. When she comes over she sends me a text describing their activities, and sends a photo of my girl looking happy. I'm so relieved to have someone who cares as much as I do looking out for my dog, I highly recommend Loving Pet Care! read more

My wife and I have two dogs and two cats and they are our babies. Being new to the area, we hadn't yet established a relationship with a pet sitter. The person we had in CO was amazing and we were afraid we wouldn't be able to find someone here for our 8 day vacation in October. My wife found LLPC on yelp and the reviews were amazing, and now I know why. Jennifer, one of Lisa's overnight specialists, was the person we hired to stay in our home. She was fantastic! We were out of the country but still had access to wi-fi, so we really appreciated the pictures and updates several times a day. It made our vacation so much more enjoyable knowing our 'kids' were totally fine and happy. Also, we feed our dogs raw food, so there is a lot of portioning and thawing, etc. She didn't miss a beat. When we got home, our pets looked great, not stressed, our plants had been watered and every attention to detail had been taken care of. Highly recommend! read more
