I came to get some dog food. I am new to this area and had to find a new place to get my dogs. Food prices are a little bit higher. They did have quite a few sales, but overall have a great selection how much larger selection than I thought for being a smaller store cats dogs reptiles fish they have a little bit of everything. Have given this place a chance 3 times for dog grooming. Each time they do a horrible job. From not trimming the nails to not cutting the hair properly. Would not recommend this location as the dog groomers seem to be very inexperienced. Look elsewhere read more

Absolutely LOVE this location (and every location we have been to)! I bring my dog, Remi, here to get his nails done. We ONLY come here. Today, we saw Alondra and she was AMAZING! Staff is always very helpful and always checks on me while I am waiting for Remi to be done. We have seen other people here as well for Remi's brush outs/nails, but we are going to make Alondra our go to from now on. So sweet and makes Remi feel comfortable. Sometimes Remi throws up after appointments due to stress (very normal for him) but today he did not. We love y'all!! read more

This is definitely my favorite location! I've been to many different locations all over the US but this one is consistently clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful and sweet to my dog. The dog wash is the main reason I come, it is ALWAYS clean, the shampoos are always full, the towels are nicely folded and set up like a little doggie spa. Grooming services I'm not sure what happened to the last two girls who used to be there that were very very good but after they left, pet supplies has not gotten good groomers who give good service. I have gone in two times now for a nail trim for my dog and get turned away to be told to come back tomorrow. They have a sign saying walk-ins are welcome, but then turn you away because there's only one groomer and she has no time. read more

I have come here a couple times now, I like having a nice pet store in town but I can't handle people hunting me down in here. I really can't stand when staff in any store swarms me when I first walk in and I really don't like it when everyone working there has to follow me around asking what I need. A nice "hello, if you need anything, I'll be over here" will suffice. I just want to shop in peace and not feel like I'm being hovered or constantly watched and stared at. If I need help, I'll ask. Some people like that, and others just don't. I also don't appreciate when they push to take all the stuff I'm picking out to the front because I like to see what I'm getting and continue to make decisions. Brought my two 20 lbs dogs here for nail grooming on two occasions. The first time the groomer provide a price of $8.00 for trimming plus an additional $8.00 for smoothing the edges with a Dremel tool. My dogs are not tolerant of nail trimming. Yesterday my wife brought them in for nail smoothing only. She was charged $16.00 for each dog. I called this afternoon, spoke with the groomer who seemed to defend their mistake. I asked to speak with the Mgr, after holding for 5 minutes I ended the call. I called back & asked for the Mgr. He must have been briefed because he defended what the groomer told him. I'm a man of principle, it's a shame a comparatively new business would misquote prices, risk losing future business as well as receive a poor review instead of correcting the error! Please no one go to Petsmart again!!! This place is half the price of anything you pay for at Petsmart. Andalina was super helpful and sweet! She was super comforting at the fact that I stopped by to get a cone, while my cat is in surgery. My nerves were so high and she's so sweet to share her story of her cat to get soon to be spayed. Anyways, this store is super cute, organized, and most importantly AFFORDABLE. ($7 cones here and $30 cones at Petsmart INSANE) Thank you. read more

I am very impressed that this little store has so much to offer! I been going to big box stores prior to my move to Buda and I had no idea on what I was missing out on. They have everything you need and more. (And the prices are competitive too!) What really impressed me was how clean and healthy their fish looked. In big box stores you usually see all the bettas on the brink of death but not at Pet Supplies Plus.. the bettas were happy, healthy and lively. They have my business and I can't wait to come back. Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I was drawn in on the AWESOME dog washing station. I have used it twice and love it. All I have to bring is my boy. I've spent many years going to big box pet stores and didn't realize what I was missing. This store is small but has everything you need. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful, always greet you when you walk in the door. They've always got awesome coupons! I went to this store the other day and forgot my coupons. Darrin, the store manager, told me to just come back in and they would credit me. This was at almost 9pm, when they close, and Darrin still invited me to come in to take care of it. I was impressed with the customer service and they didn't seem put out on me being there when they were trying to close. For that, I will always go to this store for my pet care needs!!
