She has pretty flexible availability and the longest I've ever had to wait to get my dogs in with her has been like a week - which I really appreciate! My dogs always come back looking exactly how I have asked and Kelly keeps notes on their cuts so that they are consistent every time. Kelly is professional and kind. Honestly I think any one star reviews would probably be due to miscommunication or human error. You HAVE to be a dog person to go into this business so I don't think Kelly has ever "traumatized" a dog or intentionally didn't listen to instructions. Since she is running this salon almost single-handedly, you can rest assured that you'll always be talking to the owner (Kelly) with any of your concerns. They sure do know how to make more money though. They charge a convenience fee of $40 in order to have another groomer help handle the dog. Well for one, my dog isn't aggressive. Has NEVER shown any signs of aggression, we have 3 kids and have never worried of our dog being aggressive or too hard to handle. You'd think that if they'd charge extra for handling him they'd at least do a decent job. That wasn't the case for us. Our poor dog got cut many times, and a severe cut near his private area. There was no mention of it when picked up, so extremely poor communication skills. This isn't the first time this has happened, he's gotten minor cuts in previous groomings but never this bad.

There's obviously more to it than just grunting so make you're appointment with this company!!! My dogs are happier dogs! My dogs don't have anxiety and IIIIIIIIII don't have anxiety. My Cooper is not fear barking and lunging at people and my other dog Hunny isn't separation anxiety barking outside when she can't see me. They meow incessantly but are unashamed at being a circus freak show act for stray pets. I love them both. (Their names are Kitty and Kat (with a K for legal purposes). My Minor Bird has grown into a full fledged adult bird and Petco has been there the whole way, providing bird seed, and those chalk thingees that they like to sharpen their beaks with. My bird (now named Major) is happily engaged to the only other bird it has ever known "Bea." Petco has known Bea for six years but she came from parts unknown and seems to have a sketchy past. But Petco doesn't judge their pets and neither do I! In fact, we are holding the wedding for my two birds, the holy union of Bea-Major, at Petco just as soon as they release my aunt from the "institution." (She loves Petco and used to buy her kitty litter there even though she didn't own a cat. Now that's what I call loyalty!) Anyway, my snapping turtle is a rescue - having come from the Austin Snapping Turtle Rescue facility and we think he is fixed because he shows no interest in turtles that we show pictures of in the IPad. I know Petco is looking for Snapping Turtle Groomers so when you get one. Make sure to let everyone d know. His name is Sid and he's a nice little turtle so long as you don't get on his bad side. She's very loving with me and my daughter, but less so with other people. Morgan's first boarding stay she willingly went in, but during her visit nipped someone. The staff continued to work with her, to socialize with her, now they are able to bathe her and clip her nails. Yesterday, we had a birthday party at the house... Approx 15 adults and maybe 10 kids or so. Morgan did amazing! I was worried and kept her on a leash/harness for a bit, but she did just fine without it. I let her meet people as they game in, she followed Quinn's lead and mostly sat near me in-between people; but she let people come in and out without growling or barking, and accepted treats with paw shakes. I have always been worried about having ppl over -- The first couple times it went poorly enough that I have since avoided it -- so this was nothing short of amazing. I am thankful Audra's team did not give up on us and have helped us get to this point.

We took our small dog to Kyle Animal Hospital for a routine annual exam and vaccinations. (Our dog…read moreis 8 years old and goes yearly for these exams.) She has never had a reaction to the vaccines given to her until last year. Last year she received the Lepto vaccine at KAH and immediately had an adverse reaction. We did not blame the vet or the office and just assumed that she would never receive that vaccine again. Well, yesterday we took her again and got her vaccinations and made sure that they knew she could not take the Lepto Vaccine. They gave her the Rabies and Bordetella... within 2 hours our dogs faced swelled, eyes swelled, and she began vomiting. We rushed her back to KAH and they did treat her for an additional charge. Luckily, today is she is much better and the swelling is going down. However, not one time did KAH call to check on her or to see how she was doing. I do not blame the vets office for the adverse reactions, but I do find it odd that the only time she has had reactions to the vaccines was when they were given by this office. The fact they never called to check on her lets me know that they do not care. We will not be coming back to KAH. Love Pet Hospital here we come.

They have a big selection of food, treats, toys, grooming supplies, etc. they even have little fresh dog bakery items at the checkout counter. It looks like they may be putting in a dog wash station (? Guessing on this, but there was still some construction going on) I love that they have a return policy that allows you to bring back anything your pet doesn't like and they donate it to PAWS.
