I LOVE Park and Bark Mobile Grooming! They are genuinely the nicest people ever, they're great doggie stylists, and most importantly, they really, really love dogs. I have an elderly dog who has opinions about *everything*, and he's a rescue with a traumatic past so he can also be anxious and skittish, but he absolutely loves Park and Bark. They are always so sweet and gentle with him! That's just who they are. Park and Bark Mobile Grooming have groomed my dog's fur for over 4 years now and the quality of their work has never once declined. My dog always looks like he's ready to win Best in Show at the fanciest dog show after Park and Bark groom him. I had given them a 5 star review before and am coming back to update my review because I can't stop singing their praises; I would give Park and Bark 10 stars if I could. I am so grateful for them and can't recommend them enough. You should check them out; your dog will love them and you will too. read more

I cannot recommend Park and Bark enough -- they are absolutely incredible with animals. Sel has groomed both of my dogs with such patience, kindness, and care, and even during the final days of my late dog's life, she remained so gentle and compassionate. That meant the world to me. Having a mobile groomer come to the house is a game-changer. It's so much less stressful for the dogs (and me!), and you can tell Park and Bark genuinely love what they do. They even send them off with the cutest bandannas and accessories after a groom -- it's such a sweet touch that shows how much they care. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pets like family, look no further. We are so lucky to have found them! read more

Hands down the best mobile grooming service! We're in Easton Park and have been using Sel and the Park and Bark team for years for our Pom, Riri. The convenience of having them come directly to us is amazing, but the level of care and service is what keeps us coming back. Riri feels so comfortable with Sel and Jade, and it's clear they adore her. If you need a reliable, loving groomer, don't hesitate to book Park and Bark! read more

Park and Bark is the best way to go!! Selene is an excellent groomer and always leaves my pup looking and feeling great, while being knowledgeable about what's best for his long coat. My dog has anxiety, and he does the best being solo when groomed, and Selene is great at keeping him calm. And you can't be the convenience of them coming straight to you! 100/10 would recommend read more

Mrs. Selene has been grooming our furry family members for 3 years now. She's amazing. Patient, calm, able to handle both seniors, puppies and everything in-between! Her work is fantastic and totally worth every cent spent! No more waiting all day to pick up, no more stress of multiple dogs barking at a large grooming saloon. Peaceful and easy for my guys. So glad we found her! Highly recommend. read more

We've been clients of Park and Bark for years! She is so gentle with Travel, who is 10yrs old and never comes home feeling overly anxious or upset. He also comes home with a new bow tie or scarf every time and it's so festive and cute!! So sad we're moving away but we totally recommend this company, they're trustworthy and convenient too! read more

We love Park and Bark. Selene is the best and has such a great way with our trio of wild pups (two Airedales and a small, senior terrier mix). They all adore her - even our senior who doesn't like anyone. Our pups always look amazing after their appointments, and you can tell they feel better too. We won't let anyone else groom our pups! read more

I am a big fan of Bark and Park, Sel Is absolutely wonderful with my dog. I used to take dog I had before this one to inexpensive Large box store grooming places and she would always shake and act so stressed out (Which I thought was normal at the time at the time). Later I read about it and realized how upsetting it really was for her and decided that I would spend the money to ensure that my dog is well taken care of. My current dog is a doodle mix who requires regular grooming and I am very happy with my experiences with Sel, I know that my dog is in really good hands. Plus, my dog is really happy! Win win! Also, Not all dog groomers are great with doodle grooming and I have been VERY happy with how my pooch looks after grooms here. I first used a local Austin favorite grooming business and wasn't very happy with how it turned out. I know I'm very fussy but I know that Sel will do a good job. Happy customer!! I highly recommend this business. read more

Park and Bark has been the best groomer we've ever had. My 9y/o 50lb dog is quite picky about people and isn't the biggest fan of getting her nails done. However, Ramon always makes her feel calm and comfortable. She has never been excited and run towards a groomer before this one! We've been using them for 3 years now. Park and Bark is quick and efficient, plus they travel to me, so it's easy and stress free for both me and my dog. You can even set up a schedule for regular standing appointments. Couldn't recommend more! Lucy always smells amazing from her bath and looks adorable in her complimentary bandana. Book with them today, you won't be disappointed! read more

My mini dachshunds don't like ANYONE cutting their nails by anyone other than Ramone. We've gone through our fair share of dog groomers, and now we don't plan on going to anyone else. 1000/10 recommend. read more

Park and Bark Mobile Dog Grooming is an absolute treasure! Having Ramon come directly to my home makes life easier, especially for my dog Lionel, who's almost 13-hates car rides and usually gets nervous during washes. Ramon is gentle, patient and caring. He immediately puts my pup, Lionel at ease. Lionel always emerges from the white grooming van looking clean & feeling so soft, and he's also calm, happy, and so proud of his adorable little handkerchief! It's a thoughtful touch that captures the care and attention Ramon provides. I'm impressed by how much Ramon cares about his four-legged clients. He is incredibly reliable, kind and does an awesome job! The price is also reasonable considering you don't have to leave your house and pre-booking services is a breeze. If you're looking for a top-tier mobile groomer, Park and Bark is it. Ramon is amazing, and I highly recommend their services! read more

My pups love Park and Bark and we do too. I know the dogs are in the most loving, caring hands when Sel stops by. She always consults on the style and cut as well. One day, I was walking one of the dogs and we walked by the Park and Bark van in the neighborhood. My pup wanted to go back and sniff and say hi, she was so excited to recognize her spa van! Too cute! read more

Love park and bark! Great, consistent service and my dogs (old and very difficult) get the best treatment right from my doorstep.

What good is a mobile pet grooming service that will not serve your area? Their website clearly states they serve South and Central Austin. I lived in South Austin and inquired about their services a year ago and was told they do not service that area. I recently moved to Central Austin and requested their grooming services for my Service Dog and they informed me that they do not service my area in Central Austin. I think Park and Bark is all Bark and no Groom. Unless you live in a very narrow geographic bandwidth of Austin and you have a small or medium sized dog. I believe the real reason they do not want to groom my dog is that he is a 72-pound German Shepherd and they do not want to deal with a large German Shepherd Dog. read more

Selene is amazing. My big Pomeranian was a lot to handle when it came to baths. She handled him with such care and patience and we will be forever thankful to her. Park and Bark and Ramon are amazing! They are professional, efficient and most of all kind. Our dog used to get so stressed and anxious going to the groomers. But now she is happy and always looks great. I wish I could give more than 5 starts to this amazing business! read more

I just realized I'm coming up on my two year anniversary of using Park and Bark, they are the only ones who have groomed my golden since we got her, and we love them! Always on time, great communication, flexible with my scheduled as needed, my dog looks amazing after the services, but most importantly I never see any hesitation or fear from my dog when its time for her grooming. We have been clients of Park and Bark for several years now. They treat my dogs so kindly and respectfully, and one dog is very fearful. I can't thank Selene and Park & Bark groomers enough! Selene is so sweet with my Winston, a 17-year-old mini dachshund. When our longtime groomer retired and closed the shop, I was nervous about going to a new groomer. Winston had only ever been to that one groomer, and I was worried about sending him somewhere new in his old age. Park & Bark was EXACTLY what I was looking for, and in hindsight, I should have started using them long ago. The Process: They confirm the appointment a few days in advance and send a text with an ETA on the day of the appointment. After cuddling with Winston, Selene brings him into their nicely furbished grooming van and sends me a picture of Winston before bath time. Winston is now blind, so he can get fussy, but she is sweet. When she trims his nails, which he hates, she cuddles him and the floor and ensures he is as comfortable as possible. The BEST things about using Park & Bark: - They confirm appointments and give ETA on the day of arrival: accessible communication over text - No need to drive the pups anywhere; they come to you - The service is much faster than drop-off groomers (the dogs aren't locked in kennels all day) - The cute photos they send you of your pup - The cute bows and handkerchiefs your pup will get - so dapper! - The genuine love and care your pup will get during their grooming experience Selene loves dogs, which is evident with her recently lost pup. She loves her children and her family, too. Now that I've used Park & Bark for several months, there is no one else I will take my current or future pups to. Selene, thank you for being the best and sweetest to my dogs and me! read more

Sel is a wonderfully talented groomer who Is skilled, gentle, and truly loves her craft. She did her externship at my salon and has since gone above and beyond to seek out new learning opportunities. Selene did a great job with our pittie! Very responsive to scheduling emails, sent text reminders, arrived early. I did the standard package- bath, nails, ears, butt, etc- our pup came back smelling great and not stressed out. About $91 for a medium (60 lb) pup. read more

Selene and her husband are awesome! Quick to respond, set a time and showed up within that window. I highly recommend this company! Ramon has been taking care of my large mixed breed for several months now and every visit is easy for me to schedule and pay and Ramon is dependable and ALWAYS on time. Most importantly, he takes great loving care of my goofball who actually looks forward to his spa days now! Additionally, Ramon provides suggestions for other natural, holistic products for allergies and teeth! I'm so glad my neighbor recommended them. What a find! read more

I have had a husky mix whose history prior to my adopting her involved escaping a kennel at a vet clinic (during rescue vetting), chewing through 3ft of drywall, and evading capture for 8 months. We have made a ton of progress in the year or two she's been living up the house life, but heading to a professional groomer has always been out of the question. I was low key nervous even leaving her in a van. But Sel is amazing. She locked up and did a great job with my dog who came back far less stressed than my dogs who are used to regular trips to brick and mortar groomers. The pricing was so much less than expected from a mobile groomer, to boot. Sel is so good with dogs, does an amazing job grooming, and I can't sing her praises enough. Definitely recommend 100/10! read more

I highly recommend Park and Bark Mobile Grooming. Today was our dog, Baxter's second grooming appointment. We can't be happier with the service received from Park and Bark. Selene and Ramon are so patient with our little guy who experiences anxiety around new people. On top of that, their grooming is first rate. I have attached two pictures. The first was Baxter prior to his first visit. His hair was so long he looked like he might be part "Wookie". Second picture is his second appointment. Thanks again for taking such good care of our little fella. read more

We used Park and Bark today for the first time and they were wonderful! It was easy to set up the appointment and they were great about answering all of my questions. They were on time and did a great job. My dog looks fabulous and walked away more calm and happy than she is when we take her to a groomer. Selene, the groomer, clearly has a love for furry friends. They wore masks and took all safety precautions. A great solution for grooming, especially if you are social distancing. read more

Selene and Ramon run a wonderful business and are such considerate people. They have treated my pups for years now, and every time, it has been a terrific experience for the pups and me. Thanks so much for starting this business Selene and Ramon! read more

They give you a two hour arrival window, and we were 15-20 minutes late to bringing the dogs out, so the owner was incredibly rude to me. We were consistent customers grooming 4 dogs every 4-6 weeks and always tipped above average (25-30%). The owner was very rude to me about being a few minutes late even though there was no exact arrival time. I apologized and he was still rude to me to the point where I felt attacked and went inside and cried. I walked outside and he mentioned he didn't like that he was waiting, and I had said sorry already via text, his reply was "no you didn't" (when I did in fact say sorry). He continued to drill into me so I reminded him how busy of people we are, then he started comparing schedules, which felt childish and petty. He then got accusatory and said "so next time you will make me wait an hour?" I then decided to pull my dog out of the vehicle and request all future appointments cancelled. I will not tolerate being spoken to like that as a client or even as a human being. I had NEVER missed an appointment, always rescheduled DAYS in advance, but yes I may have showed up 10-20 minutes late to the appointment, and I always made it up to them via tip because I respected their time. To be attacked as a paying customer was the first time I have ever experienced such HORRIBLE customer service. If you are able to sit by your phone/wait around for them to arrive and be there right when they arrive, use this company, otherwise there are plenty of other options! read more

I am SO happy with the service I got from Selene! Most groomers require an early drop-off and to leave your dog there all day, which my pups always seemed nervous about especially when I'd go in at the same time as customers with reactive dogs. I decided to try Park and Bark's mobile grooming and my babies went out happy and excited, and came back to my house clean, dry, and smelling lovely with little bowties. It also wasn't significantly more expensive than "normal" grooming. Oh, did I mention the owner is basically the nicest person ever AND sent cute bath pictures? read more
