I came here for dinner on a Thursday night. Most people that walked in got takeout but I decided to eat at their small high top area and it faces the window so you can people watch. I asked the cashier what her favorite sauce was so I went with the Thai chili 3 piece tenders. She was very friendly and even mentioned a happy hour for mondays. It took about 10 minutes and was nice and fresh. These tenders are a perfect size and I really enjoyed the Thai chili. I would definitely come back if I was craving chicken. Especially with the variety of sauces.

Food 4/5 Service 4/5 Ambiance 4/5 Todd - "I Believe I can Fry" is one of the few places that specialize in Korean fried chicken in Wisconsin, and they absolutely do it right. The chicken had that characteristic Korean fried chicken crunch, and the soy garlic sauce was excellent. The korokke (not pictured) was also amazing, with a good crisp crust and a nice sauce to accompany it. The atmosphere was pretty casual as well, with a small counter for indoor seating and many outdoor tables with umbrellas for outdoor seating. In the middle of summer though (or even winter), just having that small counter space may be tough for when the weather isn't great. On a fair day though: I see myself hanging out here on a regular basis. Great place!

I've been wanting to try this place since they first opened and finally got around to it! I ordered delivery and everything was incredible! The katsudon was hands down the best I've had in a long time. The pork was super crispy even after delivery, and the sauce had the perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet. I also got the sweet potato fries and they were just as good. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can add different flavors to the fries, which I'm definitely going to do next time! The portions are huge, so you'll definitely have leftovers. I'll definitely be back to try their chicken as well as the potato korokke and some of the other appetizers. :-)

Hands down the best wings I've had in Milwaukee to date. We stopped by around 5 p.m. on a Sunday and were able to order at the counter without any wait. The food arrived within 10 minutes and we took it as carry out. The staff member behind the counter wasn't super friendly, but the quality of the food certainly made up for that. The cheese curds ($10) were cubed and perfectly crispy -- a departure from the typical variety you see at establishments around Wisconsin. The tangy garlic lime mayo cut through the richness of the dairy, making for a perfectly balanced bite. The Thai Sweet Chili bone-in wings were incredible. The sweetness was followed up with just a whisper of spice, resulting in a totally harmonious flavor profile. I'm not a huge fan of barbecue, but the Seoul BBQ bone-in wings were really good. The sauce had some smokiness to it that created a really interesting depth of flavor. Though $18 for a large order of bone-in wings (12 total) felt a little pricey when we swiped the credit card, I can honestly say the quality is worth it. The wings themselves were cooked to a crispy perfection and weren't drowning in sauce. We didn't stay to eat, but there is a small counter indoors where you can enjoy your meal. Otherwise, it looks like they've got a variety of outdoor seating options. I can confidently say I'll be back at Todd again. And if you're in the area, I'd recommend a stop.

Thai Larb Wings - maybe our new favorite dry rub

Some of the best wings in Milwaukee! TODD has a huge selection of wings and unique sauces, and Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken).  Additionally they offer Japanese Curry Bowls, and sides like truffle Parmesan fries, cheese curds, gyoza, and more. The sauces are what really blew us away - everything was so unique, absolutely delicious, and the ingredients tasted so fresh. Our favorite sauces: Garlic Lime Mayo, Mango Habanero (Amazing. The mango was SO FRESH, like pureed mango), Tom Yum spice. Plenty of NA beverages as well as Asian and local beers, Soju, Sake, and Wine. We love the pour your own beer towers. The staff is very welcoming and the space is bright and fun!  They have a large patio with a heater and some indoor seating, and they also offer to-go food for delivery or pickup. We have eaten there and done pick up, both were great.

We wanted wings on a Friday night and decided to go to Todd. It's hidden in the back behind Room Service but not hard to find. We got the Garlic Lime Mayo and Kspice wings, both really delicious. Great if you like saucy wings! Also got the corn ribs and takoyaki. Everything was so so good and highly recommend. We will be back to try more things soon! They have a really nice patio and inside there's only four seats.

The best fried chicken you'll find probably anywhere. Fresh and delicious, not greasy at all, and with a ton of different sauce and seasoning options. The fries were fantastic too, crispy and a massive portion - we should have split one for two of us. There's a nice outdoor space for warmer weather, and the restaurant is in a great area of Milwaukee near some cool bars and other attractions. We'll be back for sure!

TODD 'I Believe I Can Fry' is tucked away and easy to overlook - it's a short walk after Room Service. Skip parking on KK, go around the block and access the small parking lot off of Robinson Ave. This is a small restaurant with a few seats inside, plenty of seating outside. I went for their two spiciest wings options, was excited to see that they had a dry rub option. The Szechuan Spice had nice zing to it without overwhelming (I like spicy food). The Mango Habanero wings I ate second, and I'm glad I did - wet sauce really lingers (compared to dry rubs) and I definitely had my lips tingling for the drive home. The Mango Habanero sauce balanced the sweet and spicy profiles of the ingredients well. Certainly felt the heat but it wasn't too much that I couldn't finish all the wings.

Absolutely delicious chicken here! Food did take awhile to come out but I know it's because they're frying everything fresh and made to order. It's tucked away behind room service and there's some nice seating outside. The menu was pretty expansive with lots of different curries and fried chicken to choose from. There's also a solid amount of vegetarian options. The portions are HUGE and I easily had three meals out of the chicken karage and curry. I will definitely come back to try their wings!

Original Fries, Larb Karaage, and Soy Garlic Karaage
    Tom D.

I really like this location. Easy to find parking, and the restaurant feels tucked away behind the other nearby buildings. Lots of great outdoor seating. Lots of yummy sounding things on the menu made it hard to choose. Ended up going with the soy garlic Karaage, Karaage laarb, and fries. I was really hesitant about the laarb. I love laarb, but I didn't think those flavors would lend itself well to fried chicken. It tasted great. I wouldn't call it laarb though. It tasted more like tahin than laarb. The soy garlic wasn't as good but was solid. A more gochujang forward flavor would've been better. The fried tteok-bokki was awesome. Looked like cheesy puffs without the orange powder. Had no clue what it was until i started chewing. The chicken itself for both was solid. The fries were decent. Good crisp but lacking seasoning. I poured some of the laarb powder to make up for it. Definitely would come back and try the other flavors as I love the place's vibe and had a good meal.

    Mango Habanero wings
    Jed H.

Stopped in on a weekday afternoon and it was not busy. Service was fast and friendly. We ordered one flavor from sauced and powder category. Mango Habenero and Thai Larb. The wings are meaty and come out piping hot. The sauced wings were well seasoned, sweet and sticky. Not spicy IMO. The Thai Larb wings were our favorite, nice kick and tang you'd expect from the Larb seasoning. The white cheddar fried were great as was the ika geso, fried octopus. Everything is fried, so it does get heavy. But the food is good and they have a wide array of flavors. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for some unique flavor of wings!

    Outdoor patio
    Sandy N.

Stopped at Todd for a quick after-bike snack. There is 15-minute parking in the back, but this is not sufficient time if you are placing an order and waiting, let alone eating there. The outdoor patio is great, with plenty of seating. I did see two outdoor bathrooms, but they were locked, so you probably need to ask for a key. I got the 9-piece wings with the K-Spice. I wish you could add more flavors, even if it cost extra. The K-Spice had a gochujang base and was very mild spice. The chicken was fried fresh and crispy, but I couldn't tell if they were twice-fried. I also got the fries with white cheddar seasoning, which was pretty flavorless. The fries seemed pricey for what they were. I'm interested in trying the truffle fries next time. Overall, I'm happy to have this chicken place as an option and very curious about their dry rub seasonings. I'll be back for sure with a larger group to try more of the menu.

large tenders with thai larb dry seasoning + truffle Parmesan fries
    Carie F.

heard about this place from some other yelpers describing it as the best fried chicken in town & had to give it a try. small but incredible cute place. only about 5 seats inside but lots of picnic tables outside for warmer weather. menu is diverse with fried chicken options including wings and tenders, lots of dry seasonings and sauces to choose from, fries, plus some ramen / curry / gyoza options. given the reviews about the chicken I've heard I had to start there! tenders were delicious and I loved the dry rub + dip on the side. normally my stomach gets a little upset with fried food but it didn't this time... maybe because it was so fresh (you could tell it was made to order). fries were also incredibly well made & loved all the different sauces we tried. I opted for the large (5 tenders) and it was soooo much food! great stop, great food.

Our server was sweet and super knowledgeable, especially given it was her second day. It was a bit chaotic though, in terms of the ordering process and how much things continue to be dropped at the table. Luckily my fam took the reins on ordering and I honestly loved pretty much everything. For $40 it's all you can eat, which certainly seems worth it. You definitely have to be up for grilling your own food because it's a very interactive experience! Such a variety of meats available. Loved all of the sauces and yummy sides too. Only pass for me was mochi dessert but I feel like that's an acquired taste (or should I say texture). Oh and for drinks, worth noting they don't have a full bar so in addition to soft drinks, they have beer, wine, and sake available. We tried the sake and it was actually pretty good! If you're after solid Korean bbq this spot is worth the visit.

I have not been here before so we decided to try it out and see if it was worth it. I ordered the beef kulguksu and my wife ordered the bibimbap. I have kulguksu before but only when my mom would make it back in Korea. It took about 20 mins until the food was ready but when it was brought to us I could smell the flavor of the broth. It was extremely hot, so I had to wait a bit until I could eat it. My wife's bibimbap was also piping hot but hearing the rice crackle always brings back fond memories of my motherland. I was a little shocked that they did not provide banchan though. Banchan is the side dishes that are usually provided with each meal at Korean restaurants or houses for home cooked meals. I didn't ask why because it was pretty busy and I knew I would be full after all the soup. After my kulguksu cooled down a bit I was able to taste the savory beef broth. If you have never had this before, the noodles are usually hand rolled and have a more chewy texture. They are not sweet potato or ramen noodles, so they are able to absorb more of the flavor of the broth. There was beef, cabbage and onion all cooked in the broth that just was a happy medley of deliciousness. I am not going to talk much about the bibimbap because while my wife said it was really good, it was pretty much the norm for bibimbap. I will say however that the kulguksu was as good as my mom's, if not better. So, I will definitely be back for that--I just wish they offered banchan too.

We ordered a plum soju to share, scallion pancakes with seafood, and entrees of Beef Galbi and Rice Cake Dumpling Soup. A small dish of spicy cucumber kimchi was served first which was free. The scallion pancakes was large and we chose to have seafood (vs kimchi) and we were so pleasantly impressed by the amount of seafood especially octopus which is my favorite in the pancake. The Beef Galbi came on a sizzling hot dish, and without the bone but in bite sized pieces with grilled veggies and a side of rice. It was just to my liking and just as delicious as other Galbi dishes I have had before. My husband enjoyed the soup which was very large and also included a side of purple rice.
