Healthy, picture-perfect, veggie forward dishes without pretentiousness. Toastique is my fave go-to spot to refuel and reenergize post-Pilates workout. I absolutely love their SPICY LUMP CRAB TOAST. They give a generous portion of crabmeat (girl needs her protein!) and their toast is not too bready. Great ratio of protein to carb. The yummy sriracha aioli is perfectly drizzled. And when they serve the toast on a fancy wooden board accompanied with gold-colored utensils, one can't help but feel like you're in a Michelin starred restaurant admiring this beautiful plate of rainbow colors. I was thoroughly impressed with their lattes as well. I was offered a hot latte with 2% milk (they mistakenly made it hot instead of iced for the previous customer). Thank you for offering btw instead of wasting it! It was Really good quality coffee! They have grab n go juices as well in cute glass bottles. I tried the bold pink one with dragonfruit. I found it waaaay too sweet with agave (then again I don't have a sweet tooth). I diluted it more with water and it was much better. Parking is spacious inside The Vineyards. Service has been stellar here. They are mindful of food allergies (my friend has allergies to gluten). I'll definitely come back again to refuel and have my girl sesh here.
The prices are definitely on the expensive side, but the presentation and flavors were excellent. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted great. We had a really great overall experience, and the customer service was fantastic.

I ordered the cure pressed juice and their avocado smash. Everything tasted great and will try their other items next go around. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking.
This place is delicious! Great place to grab a quick bite that's not your typical sandwich or burger. They offer plenty of inside and outside seating options to enjoy your meal. We ordered 3 different toasts to try and they were all delicious! I got the smoked salmon toast which was packed with smoked salmon and cucumbers. The avocado toast was pretty good too, the fresh mozzarella really gave it great flavor. The three cheese Italian was super filling! I somewhat thought the prosciutto was a little too salty but my daughter loved it. You definitely want to come hungry because these are big enough to satisfy your hunger or even share.
Wonderful experience as a first time visitor & I highly recommend Toastique ! Located in Porter Ranch plaza and of course the weather, ambience everything is nice. I went there to study and the workers were so nice and professionals. I stayed there studying maybe 2-3 hours and no one absolutely distracted me. The toast was delicious, I was shocked that it was spicy but tasted very delicious .!! The coffee was also good , it did not give me the burn after each sip like other coffees. Will see you soon again !!! :)))))

They offer smoothies, coffee, bowls and toasts. I opted for the blue mystique smoothie. It was subtle, not overpowering in flavor and very refreshing. The inside is clean and there are tables to sit inside and a few outside as well. I like that it's located inside the vineyards and parking is not an issue. Came here for the first time and its small and cute with some seating outside. The inside is very clean with cute plants on each table. You order at the counter and then they bring it to your table. Super easy. I ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk. It came with the ice basically already melted and not cold so I had to ask for more ice which they were fine with. I did like how it wasnt sweet like other matcha so that was nice. I got the lox toast with no capers and that was pretty good. Presentation was beautiful. Good flavor but maybe a little more pepper! The bread was sourdough and it was a perfect thickness and was soft. Loved the crunch of the cucumber. Would order that again. Overall I'd be back to try the other toasts on the menu. The toasts are more elevated which is cute!

Also, the portions are no joke... definitely not small, so come hungry The staff made the experience even better, super friendly, attentive, and just overall great energy. To say that I have been waiting for Toastique, to finally open in the Porter Ranch Vineyards, is an understatement. I found out, once again, by accident during a search. At the onset, what is most attractive is their hours, beginning at 7 am. Now when you are up early, you do not have to wait till a breakfast place opens. As the name suggests, this place specializes in toasts, that come in a variety of enticing selections. There are the standard items that you see at other places, but in addition, there are other mouth watering choices. And the menu has other food items, including beverages, coffee and the like. The inside is simple, but inviting. The staff, very friendly accommodating and welcoming. I left with a to-go order of salmon toast, with an addition of a boiled (sliced) egg and indulged into it, after it sat at home for a few hours. How was it? Well, something was missing. I have had numerous salmon toasts, and this one seemed from a package, preserved, lacking the bright color and freshness, as experienced in other eateries. However, the presentation had the optics, and the service was superb. Excellent customer interaction. Thank you, Serenity.
Start Your Morning With Breakfast That Fuels. Toastique is your neighborhood cafe for gourmet toasts, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, coffee, and espresso. Their juices come in glass bottles and cold-pressed fresh, with wellness shots as well. Their Avocado Smash with watermelon radish and micro greens is a must!! Add an egg on top!! Their smoothie bowls are so yummy!! I ordered their PB+B Smoothie Bowl with peanut butter drizzle and granola. I opted for no bananas added strawberries instead. I love the presentation of both the gourmet avocado toast and smoothie bowls!! Great for grabbing something before work or meeting up with friends for brunch. This location is in The Vineyards at Porter Ranch, which is an open-air center. This center can get quite busy and hard to find parking, although there is lots of parking. Great customer service.
I've actually visited this place in NV and saw one recently opened in the valley. It's been here for three weeks now and it's here to stay with the healthy juices, acai bowls and their most popular TOAST! I got the pb crunch on gluten free bread and gluten free granola on top as it would be safe to eat. It was delicious and the bread size was good for gf bread! I got it for dine in, they give you a fork and knife to eat it as it'll be a bit messy to hold. It was delicious, I'll def be back to try some more options. **Made to order, service was great, all the girls were really friendly! Inside is small with some tables, outside has small patio.

1/1/2026 - Dined inside the store for late lunch, and ordered a Smoked Salmon Toast that is very good, and the presentation is 5 stars - see the uploaded photo for reference. I met the owner at the store and showed her one photo from my recent visit at The BVRLY where a ceramic coffee cup was used to enhance the original latte or cuppucino flavor. I wish, some days, the Toastique will be able to offer a Coffee Mug for cuppucino as an option...

I stopped at The Vineyards at Porter Ranch for lunch today. I was originally going to go to a different restaurant, but walked past Toastique; I had read some very favorable reviews on social media and decided to give it a go. Food: Toastique specializes in rustic toast with various toppings. As a pescatarian, to my palate's delight, there were several menu items to choose from. I chose the Spicy Crab. Because I don't tolerate spicy/hot food very well, I asked if there was a way that it could be made milder. The friendly cashier said that the jalapeños added the spiciness and suggested that they can put them on the side for me. My order was ready within minutes and brought to my table beautifully presented. The Spicy Crab toast was served on a wooden cutting board, which gave it a charming country appeal. What a find! This Spicy Crab toast made a very delicious and satisfying lunch for me. It was perfect without the jalapeños! Service: The cashier and the server were both very friendly. I'm really a stickler for excellent customer service. I know it's not an easy job dealing with the public and answering the same questions day in and day out, but the cashier was very kind and helpful. And, as the server said, when she brought my order out to me, "This was made with love." That meant a lot to me. Ambiance: Come as you are! I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. This is a very casual restaurant - perfect for a lunch break during work or after a workout. read more

I stopped by this breakfast chain after trying it before in Las Vegas, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food and service were just as consistent. It honestly felt like I was back at the Vegas location, which says a lot about the chain's quality control. The avocado toast was decent and made for a light breakfast. The smoked salmon toast was just okay, while the tuna toast was my least favorite. It was stacked so high that it was nearly impossible to pick up and eat as intended. We ended up cutting everything into pieces and eating it with forks instead, which made it much easier. The coffee was average--not amazing, but not disappointing either. It got the job done without really standing out. Overall, this is a convenient spot if you're looking for a quick breakfast or coffee before heading out for the day. there aren't enough bad reviews of this bougieslop restaurant, so i'm going to be a pioneer. this place is so expensive and it's not even that good. it's all just overpriced stuff with a "healthy" label slapped on it. their pitaya lemonade is SO bitter for no reason. it shouldn't even be classified as lemonade, and there is NO reason for it to be ELEVEN DOLLARS. ADD SOME SWEETENER!!! the tomato buratta toast is ok? not worth the price. this place is just so tacky. they have cutting boards for plates and gold silverware, which is just so useless because it's so difficult to cut your MASSIVE slice of toast on the plate. my advice: get normal plates, season your food so it actually tastes like something, and WOULD IT KILL YOU TO ADD SOME MORE SWEETNESS TO YOUR "LEMONADE"? read more

I am so excited Toastique finally opened a location closer to me! I usually visit the one on Sunset Blvd, so having this new spot at The Vineyards is a total win. Toastique was founded by Brianna Keefe, who has been passionate about food, fitness, and clean living since high school. From making daily smoothies and juices to creating quick toast meals as a D1 college athlete, she's turned her vision into a beautiful health-focused cafe that delivers on flavor and quality ingredients. The menu is packed with fresh and wholesome options like gourmet toasts, acai style bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, wellness shots, and coffee. They also offer gluten-free bread and granola. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell it's a true family business as the owner's kids are involved and helping out. That personal touch really adds to the experience. Here's what my friend and I shared: *Chocolate Peppermint Bowl: A refreshing mix of spinach, banana, cacao protein powder, cacao nibs, peppermint, and almond milk. Topped with banana, strawberry, walnuts, more cacao nibs, granola, and mint. It was a unique and glad it is just seasonal as it loses the mint flavor quick and you start to only taste the spinach. *Smoked Salmon Toast: Smoked pastrami salmon with herbed cream cheese, arugula, cucumber, pickled onion, capers, microgreens, and a lemon twist on sourdough. This was a favorite. *Spicy Crab Toast: Lump crab with melted Swiss and fontina cheeses, sriracha aioli, tomato, bibb lettuce, jalapeño, microgreens, and lemon on rustico toast. The crab was very fresh. *Blue Mystique Bowl: A bright and tropical combo of banana, mango, pineapple, and blue spirulina with almond milk. It's topped with granola, banana, pineapple, coconut flakes, and honey. Very photo worthy and sweet. *Superfruit Smoothie: A mix of açai, strawberry, banana, blueberry, and cold-pressed apple juice. Super refreshing and not overly sweet. Parking was easy and free, which is always a bonus, especially since it's right in the middle of The Vineyards. I'll definitely be coming back often. read more

**Pet friendly Establishment* I was very eager to try this place because I have been waiting for it to open for a while. When coming here they have so many options that I didn't know what to try. The staff were so nice. They saw my dog and offered my dog treats. They are selling dog treats (beef and rabbit). I will say that the advertising for the rabbit treat say "Hypoallergenic" but some dogs are still allergic to rabbit so I did not like that advertising too much for the treats. Other than that, my dogs loved the treats. I was not a fan of the matcha collagen latte or the normal iced matcha latte or the hot matcha latte. It tasted a little watery and grainy. The blueberry lavender collagen latte was pretty good. If you want a drink, that one you may like! I think I have to come back and try the food but overall, I was not a big fan of the drinks I got. I enjoy how they have a small seating area but it is very tiny on the inside. I feel kind of squished when sitting on the chairs. read more

Came here on a Sunday morning, so it wasn't crowded yet, which was nice, given how busy this location usually gets. The space itself is pretty small, but they do have outdoor seating available. I ordered the matcha latte. I've definitely had better, but it wasn't bad. My husband got the mocha and said it wasn't that great. We also shared the Tuscan tuna, interesting take on a tuna melt, but not like any I've had before. On the plus side, the workers were really nice. Still, overall it's an okay spot if you're in the area, but nothing really stood out. read more

New place at the Vineyards in Porter Ranch next to Patxi's Pizza. The ambiance is great. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. I came here to have lunch with my son after shopping at the plaza. Welcoming and friendly customer service. Everything on the menu sounded good to me but I ordered a smoked salmon toast. It was so appetizing with lots of salmon, cucumbers, pickled onions, capers , micro greens. I was very impressed with the look. Too beautiful to eat let's just say. I wasn't a big fan of the way the smoked salmon tasted. Costco smoked salmon tastes better. Everything else was fresh and delicious on the toast. Cream cheese base. The price was reasonable and the portion was good. The iced latte I got I couldn't drink it. I didn't taste any coffee, just milk. Overall a great place to eat. I just tried Toastique for the first time and am thrilled to have just found my new favorite coffee shop in the valley! I ordered the Orange Spice Latte (delicious) and "The Defender" juice (orange, carrot, apple, turmeric, lemon), which I got for free after downloading their app! My first time trying their smoothie today and I really really loved it. I got the blue mystique smoothie which comes with pineapple, banana, mango, blue spirulina and almond milk. I believe you can customize your smoothie as well like add stuff and take out some ingredients. I really enjoyed the blue mystique smoothie without adjusting anything. I also got their espresso energy ball (which was recommended by the staff) - it comes with dates, walnuts, almonds, coffee, almond butter, vegan protein powder, and sea salt. It was delicious as well. One order comes with 2 energy balls. I devoured it all LOL. Service was fast - they handed me the smoothie on my table. The space is so clean. They have plenty of seating inside and outside and ample parking spaces as well. Would love to try their other smoothies and toasts next time. I ordered the Defender Juice (orange, carrot, apple, turmeric, and lemon), it was good and refreshing. They also offer free WiFi, when I visited the password was posted near the register. Phenomenal spot, generous portions, and superb ingredients. What I love about this place is the extra care from the staff when we mentioned food allergies. Their smoothies are balanced, made with real ingredients, no flavorings and if you're in for a high protein breakfast try their waffle! Toastique definitely stole my heart after my first visit... It's a very clean and modern space and I so appreciate how patient the staff at the register was as I tried to decide on what to order! There are so many delicious looking options on the menu that I had a hard time choosing, but eventually my partner and I settled on: an Iced PB Crunch Latte, an Iced Lavender Berry Matcha, the Smoked Salmon Toast with a Poached Egg, and the Spicy Crab Toast. I was really blown away by how delicious everything was. The espresso in the latte was very smooth and the peanut butter + jam combination was a great complement. At first glance, it might seem like an interesting combo but all of the flavors stand out so well while also blending together nicely. The same goes for the matcha; I could definitely taste the lavender and berry jam and the matcha itself was never overpowered. Both toasts were incredible as well and super satisfying. The owner came over and chatted with us a bit, which was the cherry on top of a great visit. She is super kind and you can tell how much she cares about the quality of the food and the overall experience! We will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu and I look forward to more seasonal drinks and food! read more

Such a great spot! I tried both the avocado toast and the salmon toast and they were absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. What really stood out though was the service. The gentleman at the register, maybe in his late 40s, was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I'd come back to read more

Toastique is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a beautiful ambiance and a perfect location. Parking is easy, which is always a plus, and I love that you have the option to sit inside or enjoy the outdoor seating. The gentleman working there truly goes above and beyond, such kind and attentive service made the experience even better. I came with my best friend and we ordered the Avocado Smash Toast, Tomato Burrata (I swapped the toast for lettuce), a Blue Mystique Smoothie, an Iced Latte, and the Orange Crush Smoothie. Everything was perfection! The Blue Mystique Smoothie, made with pineapple, banana, mango, blue spirulina, and almond milk--was incredibly refreshing. The Orange Crush Smoothie with orange, mango, lime, agave, and almond milk was just as delicious. Even my picky daughter loved the smoothie, which made it a total win! My tomato burrata over lettuce was so flavorful and satisfying. I loved it so much I came back twice this past month, and I had the avocado toast! And it was delicious. Everyone is so friendly here! I've been here 2-3 times so far and I enjoyed it equally all times. There's a gentleman that took my order each time during my visits that has great energy. Lately, the coffee shops I visit don't have the most personable/ friendly people - so coming here has been refreshing .... Cute, clean, AND it's in my neighborhood! There is a woman who brings out our coffee - SO sweet each time and talked to us for a little. During my last visit, I tried the waffle (protein, I think?). Whatever it was, YUMMY! Not too sweet, not too big, and not too small. The place smelled so good. Avocado toast is next on my must-try list here. read more

Welcome to the area! The latte was the die for!! I got the latte iced and for a long time, I need a really good latte spot in the area for a while! I am Personally not a huge toast lover, however their organic yet perfectly instagramable toasts were enough alone for me to feast my eyes upon. I got their Greek toast which was so good and so healthy! It was the right amount of calories and protein to keep me energized! I was a bit skeptical when it first opened, I can out super satisfied and happy I attended the opening! I would recommend this experience. read more

I wrote a detailed review with photos but it got lost!! So here's a short one! Great food, flavorful juice drinks-I had pineapple/apple/spinach. I enjoyed the stellar pastrami smoked salmon with arugula, cream cheese, capers, cucumbers on sourdough toast. I can't wait to return to try another gourmet offering. The only concern I had is the wooden serving board. Special caution must be taken to thoroughly clean wood cutting boards as they absorb microbacteria that are difficult to remove from cuts in the board that naturally appear from using utensils. But the presentation is beautiful! Seating inside but noisy as design is clean industrial with high ceilings, or outside-so pleasant on a beautiful SoCal day like today. Great food. Great staff. ENJOY! I'm ready to try another selection soon! Late add: I love spinach & have visions of cooked spinach on the salmon Toastique alone with the other ingredients. But I'd eat spinach on anything! read more
