My husband got the hot mocha latte and said it was strong but nicely done, not overwhelming. We shared a Belgium waffle. And there's plenty of parking here. Love the outdoor seating and how they have tried to make it feel more private with plants. Watch out for the corrugated metal on the built-in seating - it's not flat, so you can easily get snagged on it. We had a late lunch here with a few waffles and coffee. The lattes were excellent. Definitely would get another latte. But the waffles were kinda average. It was the batter. It was simply plain and dry. The toppings were nice but didn't save the fact that the waffle itself was just okay. Perhaps we should have gotten one of those decadent sweet waffles that are covered in syrups and whipped cream so it saturates the waffle.
