Mango
Jasmine D.

I love bingsu so I was so excited to see a Sul & Beans location open in the Valley! We stopped by on a Saturday evening for dessert and it was quite busy. Thankfully the line moved fast and there's plenty of seating. You order at the front and get a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready for pick up. I tried the mango shaved ice which was yummy and loved how it was topped generously with mango chunks. The menu is quite extensive so there's a bingsu flavor for everyone - they also have dessert toast and drinks! The tables were a bit sticky and needed cleaning, and it took a while for someone to come around to clean, probably as it was a busy night. Parking is easy in the plaza.

Excellent bingsoo. My sister and I shared the mango. The milk, fruit, and ice was layered great. My neighbors really enjoyed the strawberry. I also ordered a coffee. It wasn't great. The staff is friendly and the seating is comfortable.

Got the mango and strawberry matcha bingsoo. The bingsoo itself was great! The fruit was fresh and sweet. We were hoping to add on red beans but they ran out of red beans and it was only Friday night around 7pm! So sad. Otherwise, it was still very tasty and refreshing. 4 stars because the flow of the cafe seemed disorganized. We were unsure whether we needed to put our name down on the waitlist - as one worker said we did and other worker said we could just seat ourselves. Seemed like not everyone was on the same page? Anyways, we were still seated relatively quickly and bingsoo was ready in a timely manner.

First time visit with my Hula teacher. Not super busy. No line to wait. Got super friendly greeting and asked if it was my first time there- which it was. The seating area was clean amd bright and had lots of options for a couple or small groups. I like that the chairs were accessible and sturdy. The decor was minimalist. Although I had some idea of what they offered was I asked for the quick 411. This is authentic Korean bingsoo entirely made from scratch. The shaved ice milk is fine like powdered snow. I opted for the Taro. I was going to get my own but my teacher said we should share as it's a huge portion. The Taro was delicious and delightful. It was served with the condensed milk on the side and I poured it over the entire bowl. The red bean was so smooth and nutty and the toasted coconut added a crunch to it. It was $15 but for two and the size, fresh ingredients and sheer overall flavor it was a great value. Next visit I am going to try the Mango and then the Earl Grey.

So excited that this place opened in the valley! It's so refreshing and a light dessert after dinner or on a hot day. It's mango season, so of course I had to go with the mango bingsoo. It comes with a side of condensed milk. I think one order is perfect for two people. Can't wait to go back to try other bingsoos and their drinks

This long awaited addition to Granada Hills is a big hit. it is in such a prime location that the line will inevitably belong on the weekends even when the hype dies down. they have a waitlist at the door if you want dine in, but you must wait for them to assign you a seat before you order. Otherwise, if you were just ordering to go, then you were able to go straight into the line. Tried the strawberry matcha bingsu, and it was not too sweet and very shareable. I also got a Matcha drink, but because the bingsu was sweet, I do not think it was ideal to try them both at the same time. I also tried a strawberry citron drink during another visit and I was a big fan of that. Very refreshing on a hot day and I would definitely order it again. Overall, the space is nice and modern - and Service is great.

I came here with my friend on a Tuesday evening. There was a short wait but it went by quickly. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake bingsoo and the flavor was better than I expected! I'm not a huge cheesecake person but I really liked it. The portion size is shareable among 2 people!! Almost wanted to buy another one to share but one was just enough. It was around $16, a tad pricey but worth it despite how expensive food and dessert is tbese days. No need to go to Ktown anymore for bingsoo!

FOOD: Ordered a choux toast and a strawberry cheese bing soo. Not a ton of flavor after the top layer. Total came out to $26 with tax, before tip. The food is decent but not sure it's worth a $15 bing soo & $11 toast. SERVICE: Food took about 22 minutes to prepare. It was pretty busy though so understandable. AMBIANCE: The restaurant itself is minimalistic, aesthetically pleasing. Overall, it was fine. I'm not sure I would go out of my way to come back.

Happy that Sul & Beans opened closer to us. We waited for a table and ordered a Mango, Strawberry, Sweet corn Bingsu, and some Choux cream toast. All were delicious, but we especially enjoyed the sweet corn Bingsu. Just enough sweetness and so refreshing to eat. The Choux toast had a cream filling and comes with a dipping sauce. Soo good. This dessert place had a good amount of tables, but no tables outside. The decor was very modern and clean. We'll definitely come back and try other items. The staff were very helpful, and quick. Will be back and try other items. Happy Nom Nom!

Earl Grey Bingsoo

Sul & Beans!!! I am so happy to have you in the Valley. I came on a Thursday night with my best friend and it was pretty packed. We placed our name on the list and we were kindly assisted by James who was super friendly and helpful when we were trying to decide between Chocolate and Earl Grey. We ultimately decided on Earl Grey and, even though I've had Sul & Beans before, I was so surprised by how delicious it was! It was super light in flavor and was topped with this super yummy cream cheese flavored cream? I'm not sure exactly what it was, but it was delicious and complimented the bingsoo perfectly. The portions are very big and definitely shareable. The interior is clean, and even though there were a lot of people, it still felt very comfortable. They do a good job of managing the crowds. I'm so looking forward to my next visit and am so happy that one of my favorite sweet treat spots is so close to home now!

COFFEE BINGSOO + BANANA MILK BINGSOO

Pretty neat that we have a Sul & Beans in the SFV as I used to love going to the one in K-town. The interior is bright and there are plenty of tables for groups. I was literally greeted by every employee at the front of house so A+ for hospitality. I ordered to the Coffee Bingso, Banana Milk Bingsoo and a Sweet Potato Latte w/ Oatmilk to go and was given a lil beeper since it was lowkey lit on a Tuesday afternoon. The order came out quick, maybe 10 minutes or so. They bagged it with an ice pack in an insulated cooler bag ~ you know, it's always the little details that matter most to the customers. Y'all might be the only icy dessert spot in the area that has done this for a to-go order. The sweet potato latte was decent, tasted like a standard made from powder sweet potato beverage. Between the 2 bingsoos, the coffee was definitely more exciting in terms of flavor and texture. The banana milk had a tasty salted cream top, but even with the corn flakes or granola and fresh fruit, it became repetitive in such a large portion. The coffee had a strong flavor and mixing it with granola, bits of coffee grounds + red bean really made it stand out and interesting to eat the whole way through. I highly recommend Sul & Beans! Choose your flavor wisely if you get bored with minimal textures.

I'm so happy Sul & Beans finally opened a location in the Valley! We ordered the mango bingsu, injeolmi toast, and the hazelnut latte with cream top, and every single item was delicious. The bingsu was refreshing, the toast was perfectly chewy and satisfying, and the latte was a great way to finish everything off. The café is spacious, clean, and has plenty of seating, making it a great place to hang out. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. This is definitely going to be one of our regular dessert spots. I already know we'll be coming back often!

Injeolmi Toast ~$10 7/7/26

Yet another bomb bingsoo spot in the valley but dare I say that this is even better given it's Ktown rep. Clean and modern interior - I liked the vibes! It was busy on a Monday at 4pm and there was even a waitlist but thankfully we didn't need it as tables cleared and were cleaned pretty quickly. - Watermelon Bingsoo $13.95: not overly sweet, tho the watermelon chunks were bland. Adding the condensed milk was perfect. Chocolate chip chunks were a nice addition for a texture change. Refreshing but would try the Matcha Strawberry next time. - Injeolmi Toast ~$10: yummm! Slightly sweet, chewy mochi center and fluffy crisp edges. Would def get again! Drinks looked meh. Parking is easy.

It was really good! Super clean inside. We got the oreo thing. It's like whip cream and ice cream and oreo and shaved ice. Service was good.

I booked this truck for our baby shower in two weeks so I wanted to give them a try first. The lady working the truck at the Farmers Market was very nice and answer any follow up questions I asked after I told her I booked the truck for our baby shower. I waited for my nephew to join me and then we ordered our cup. We went with the klassic cup because the weather was kind of cold. I went with the groovy grape, ninja cherry and watermelon wave on my cup. I believe my nephew went with the monkey business, flavor of the day and tiger blood for his. We enjoyed our shaved ice. I didn't put a lot of flavor on mine so when I ate half of my cup, I went back to ask if I could add more flavor and the lady said I could. I had a great time eating the shaved ice and I can't wait for people at our baby shower to try it. Hopefully the weather will be on the not so cold side. The price for booking them is also very reasonable and they answer quickly to any questions over email.

With plenty of parking since it's located in a shopping plaza, this small shaved ice and boba shop may be the only shaved ice in the area. I haven't really searched for any others because Brian's always gets the job done. I remember this was one of the first shops, back in the day, that had the dole whip ("they have the dole whip that Disneyland has!!") and people used to come for that. Now you can get dole whip anywhere but those were good times. They haven't expanded on the size, but they've kept this place up and the service is still excellent. Every time I come in, the seats are clean, if people aren't sitting in them and the vibe is cool. I used to always order a shaved ice, but lately, my oldest and I have been into their boba drinks. My youngest always get a shaved ice with 3 flavors and he loves some sour spray. My oldest always gets a milk tea boba and I switch off between all the milk tea boba flavors. This time I went with the jasmine milk tea and I wasn't feeling that one as much. I am a fan of lavender, caramel, taro, Thai and chai, and my goal is to ultimately try them all. I highly recommend Brian's after all of these years and make sure to grab a stamp card. If you have kids, it'll fill up fast! 10 stamps gets you a free item! OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros
