1 star - would not recommend My boyfriend and I came in for mani-pedis and it was honestly one of the worst nail experiences we've had. The pedicure was rushed and painful. The technicians aggressively cut the sides of our toenails with nippers. My boyfriend's tech cut off way too much nail, including nail that was still attached. Photo attached showing exposed flesh. My manicure was rushed. The tech tried to rip off my acrylics with nippers, which hurt and when I asked for a soak-off, she seemed annoyed and rushed. She alternated drilling and dipping my hands in piping hot acetone. The drill was extremely hot, hit my skin multiple times, and she over-filed my natural nails. My fingertips are now peeling and very irritated. Big hygiene red flag: my tech wore only one glove, walked away mid-service, grabbed a clear plastic bag full of loose cash, handled and organized it, then came straight back to me without washing her hands or changing gloves. She immediately touched my hands and cuticles and applied lotion and oil with hands that still had acrylic dust on them from drilling. My pedicure was also sloppy, gel polish was cured onto my cuticles because it was painted all the way onto my skin. After we left, I checked Yelp and saw another review where someone said they got an infection so bad from here that they needed 14 days of antibiotics, which honestly lines up with what we experienced... I don't recommend coming here if you care about sanitation or nail health.

I always come here to get my nails and it's my go to spot! They do such great gel extensions and overall nail quality and services have been exceptional every time. So worth the experience every time and I always get a ton of compliments on my nails every time after I get my sets done. Hannah did my gel x set today which was the royal blue set pictured here and didn't want to show my feet but Kelly did such a great pedicure on me today too!! This is my second time visiting the salon as I just moved to Dublin. So happy to find a salon that can provide exactly what I asked for! Looks exactly like the picture I provided, Thank you so much Vicky and Tina!

The absolute worst mani/pedi I've received in my entire life. I don't care how busy the salon is, there is absolutely no need for the technician to rush and perform a sloppy job. I had clear nail polish on my fingernails, it wasn't gel. Tech proceeded to quickly utilize drill to remove the clear polish. Clipped my nails extremely short without asking. She didn't clip my cuticles, simply proceeded to apply bottom coat, one coat of red polish and one of top coat. The outcome was essentially a polish change that's had a rough look due to use of drill. If that wasn't enough, the pedicure was equally abysmal. She didn't file my nails, slapped red polish on. This mani/pedi occurred on Monday December 22nd at 4:00pm. I was with my daughter who frequents this salon on regular basis with my grandchildren who receive pedicures Granted the salon suddenly became super busy and the tech appeared extremely nervous to hurry up. Didn't want to embarrass my daughter so I remain silent I was a client of Tony's nails for more than twenty years. Never did I experience a bad result there.

My daughter and two of her friends have the homecoming dance this Saturday and decided at the last minute on Thursday at noon that they wanted their nails done. Our regular nail salon was booked through the weekend. So, we decided to try a new place. On very short notice, TNT nail spa was able to fit them in Thursday at 5:30! The same day. When we got there, it looked like they were busy, and I figured we would be waiting a long time, but the girls were each seated really fast. Of course, they all decided that instead of just polish, they were going to go all out and get acrylics. I could hear the dollar signs ringing up in my head. I couldn't believe how fast these women were in taking care of all three of these girls. Their nails look gorgeous and the girls are all very happy with them. To top it off, the bill was A LOT less than I anticipated. We're very happy with this place, and I think we found our new nail salon!

I've been going to Heather for over a year now and every time she does amazing work! She always gets me in quickly and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get started. The salon is well kept and they have a ton of color options. I'll be moving out of the area soon and will definitely miss having Heather as my nail tech! read more

I have happily followed Heather from Castro Valley to her very own salon in Dublin. It is totally worth the drive! The salon is a beautiful, relaxing place, and Heather is a nail genius! I have never had nails that regularly last 3-4 weeks with no lifting or loss of shine before. They always look beautiful. The pedicures are fantastic, as well, and I've even been thinking about trying eyelashes, as they have a separate room for application. read more

Very poor quality of service and definitely not worth the money. I had a full set Mani Pedi regular done. It was a weekend so maybe they were pressed for time. I had an appointment but waited 25 mins. Hanna skipped the leg massage and barely scrubbed the heels. Paid extra for Parrafin treatment that was barely left on for 30 sec. The manicurist Kelly did not use a towel even while cutting nails so everything landed in my lap. Was irritated when asked to put a towel. They would loudly exclaim to one another in Vietnamese when basic requests or questions were asked. VERY POOR HYGIENE. THEY DID NOT SANITIZE EQUIPMENT. The manicure was probably the worst I've ever had. Bleeding cuticles all over. Poorly buffed nails and roughly finished shaping leading to jagged edges that were anyway painted over. When asked to repaint and fix she skipped putting the base coat until I noticed. Some nails have 3 coats of color and some 2. OPI color selection very small and they did not give me any color choices. Their products for both the cleaning and other colors available were very cheap. Ridiculous attitude. No compensation for poor experience. read more

Excellent nails and lashes! I needed my nails done on a Sunday when my usual nail shop is closed so I just googled the closest shop to me and I'm glad I did. I went in for a mani/pedi and came out with not only beautiful nails but a new set of gorgeous lashes. They did a great job and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend them for lashes and nails. read more

I only get pedicures a couple times a year, but I love this salon. It's clean and peaceful and the ladies always remember me. They do excellent job on my feet and it's my go-to place. I like that I can pick the scent of the products they'll use and the hot stone massage is a must! read more

What an AMAZING new nail salon in Dublin, CA! Have been here several times since it has been under new ownership and I am very impressed. Pros: 1. I had been going to Mimi's for the past few years and was so surprised to find out it changed ownership! However, the service is still superb. I just finished getting a fill from Heather and she did an amazing job. I've never had a nail tech pay such fine attention to detail. When it comes to a simple manicure and a pedicure I am PICKY! I live about 25 minutes away and have tried salons where I live and as far as 40 minutes away. I decided to try out this place after seeing the reviews and was so happy I did! Leo is a magician with pedicures, not many people know how to massage with applying a little reflexology and he didn't rush - was very patient and kind. Nancy did a simple manicure with gel nail polish and my nails looked like I had so much more done to them! Nail salons are always going to get a bad review here and there, but I will say after some of the horrible shops I have been in this place is hands down great ! read more

I never write 1 star reviews.... But the woman who did my gel manicure made me feel like she wished she could be anywhere else. She was impatient and seemed annoyed the entire time. Missed parts of my nails. Didn't do my thumb at all and I had to ask her to do that one... the woman who did my pedicure was kind and skilled. But it wasn't enough to make me come back after the other woman treated me the way she did. I still tipped them well because that's what you do. But these nails are for my honeymoon and I'm just sad looking at them. That isn't the way you should feel after getting your nails done for something special in your life... Needless to say, I will not be back and I do not recommend this place. read more

I had been going here for years when it changed from Mimi's to Tnt so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately the lady that sits In The back over by the waxing door is very rude. She asked me one time if I had cancer bc my hair is thin I was mortified. Who asks that? She clearly has no filter numerous times before she's just had attitude. I think her name is Vicky but not sure. I feel like other people have left comments too about the same person and she's still there working. I decided after that though it was the last straw so never going back. Maybe they should pay attention to people's comments about their workers before they keep losing customers. read more

I moved to Dublin about a year ago and since then I've been to 5 different nail salons including TNT. It was really hard for me to switch Nail shops and find the right nail technician given that I was with my previous one for 10 years.. The nail techs are all very friendly. I booked with Vicky and Callie and they were both wonderful. This is my second time going with Vicky and loved how my nails turned out once again. I'm also very particular about my cuticles as I love my nails to look very clean. Vicky is GREAT with that part as well. This second time, Tiffany did my toes and she was also great! The nail tech next to me seemed to be doing a wonderful job as well, I believe her name was Hailey. Over all I'm happy with my experience and nails. read more

I had a gel manicure here because my great lady at Town Nails was on vacation. The guy who did my nails, I have no idea what his name was,. Didn't introduce himself or anything. Very robotic. Did not place a towel under my arms, and was very messy with the cotton and acetone that you apply on top of the nail for removal. I had to tell him what shape and length I wanted, because he didn't ask. His hand massage was terrible. Not sure what the purpose of that was. He also left me with a small cut on my finger. My polish was applied very well. read more

I was visiting the area and found this gem! Peter, Danielle and team were so welcoming and made my whole experience so relaxing. I walked right in and waited 5 mins and was helped right away. Almost like a spa experience, my manicure and pedicure was delightful and beautifully done. I really enjoyed the hand and foot massage included with my service too. Came here once and they did such a great job with my nails, so I decided to come back. Second time around was not great unfortunately. The nail tech kept on hurting me while filing my nails, left polish around the nail and finger tips. This was the most unprofessional manicure I have ever seen- it's almost as if she was doing that on purpose. My recommendation to this establishment will be to maintain consistency in service. If you don't have that, you quickly lose customers. read more

I am convinced they didn't wanna do her nails, furthermore when they first provided the price i was pretty vocal that the price didn't match what she wanted & then they walked away & never circled back to see if she wanted something different. This was only to be discovered when she was sitting there waiting to show them a different picture and waiting on someone to come help her. The other issue being that they were talking about us the entire time. Honestly i usually don't care, but i had my mom and daughter with me. This was our first and last time here. The girl that was in the front was very polite and kind, i do have to be honest with that. It's very unfortunate because we were looking for a new salon as this was closer to home. However - first impressions matter & them talking bad, not following up or even trying to be helpful - is so disappointing. I would have given it no stars if i could have. We all work hard for our money & in this day & age, i would have liked to have enjoyed the time i spent away from home to "treat myself".

I have been getting my nails done here every 4-5 weeks for the past year (dip manicure and/or fill with gel polish). They have a great selection of colors and offer other services like waxing, eyelash extensions, and pedicures. Heather is always prompt, meticulous with the nail prep and shape, easy to work with. There are zero issues with my nails chipping or debonding/lifting even at 6 weeks. I won't go anywhere else besides TNT Nails.
