Missing saucers and condiments on the table
    Apit L.

I have to say this TK is the saddest one I have EVER been to. No small saucers at the table and missing hoisin sauce and hot sauce. No water served. I had to ask (just about everything, including sitting down when we came in). SERIOUSLY? Do they not want customers to come back? By the way, I feel like I'm at a taqueria not a TK noodle house with traditional Mexican music blasting on the overhead speaker. I am not pleased. I have gone to TK for YEARS. Quality of service: C Quality of food: B Price: $-$$ Recommendation: hold your appetite until you get closer to San Jose for another TK Noodle. I can see why this place has low rating.

First time customer here! My bf and I went just now and had a terrible experience. Woman working was rude, no merry Christmas no words except for payment. Asked us to go to the front to order for dine in, but when others ordered they were sitting down already. When we sat down and was eating, we need extra lemons or extras, but no one came by to check on us. So, as a first time customer I wilL NOT be coming back. The food was burnt, portions were small, compared to other TK noodles. The rudeness and the lack of friendliness. I don't remind this place.

Beef stew vermicelli and taro boba. Stew had good color, but lacked flavor. Nice part was they had all the trimmings so was able to make it flavorful with plum sauce, chili sauce and lots of salt. Simple spot, simple seating with adequate service.

I have been coming to this establishment for many years now and I totally plan to come back here again and again. Mostly because it's a quick and easy and satisfying meal and I actually do enjoy the food here. Here's why I'm giving it only three stars. I think it would be just nice if they would clean the shrimp a little bit more. The shrimp is not deveined. Also, the ambiance is rather mid. It's just not a very pretty place to eat at. Also the service is a bit mid as well. It's not bad. But it's not stellar either. Nevertheless, most of the time when I come here the food is good and I'm left with a satisfied belly. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, did they seriously just serve me my coconut drink and a paper coffee shop this time? Usually I get it at a lease in a glass. I found that a little strange. But yet it tasted good and I loved it. This place would easily get five stars from me if the ambiance was nicer and they went a little further more with their service and they cleaned out their shrimps and please go back to serving my coconut drink in an actual glass. Nevertheless, I'll be back. I always come back

Sort of old and divey but the service is good, the food comes out fast and hot, and the food hits the spot. The won ton soup was good. Fairly sized won tons in a nice clear broth. Combination noodle soup also good though nothing to rave about. The egg fried taro root is a dish we have eaten at TK Noodle years ago. Not as good as I remember but came out blazing hot so I think it was fresh.

The vibe was family friendly and welcoming. They have been around for over 6 years now. We ordered vermicelli with bbq pork and shrimp, beef ball noodle, and a beef stew with tendon. Everything was delicious. The broth was warm and flavorful. The tendon beef and bbq pork was tender and juicy. Overall we enjoyed our experience at M Noodle & Cafe. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our food came out quick and the price point was fair. We hope to be back when we are in the area.

For the longest time to get a decent Pho or vermicelli dish we would have to drive north or west. I fist tried Gilroy noodle with trepidation... I've not always had the best dining experiences in Gilroy since I've moved here. What sheer relief and joy I felt when I tasted my first bite several months ago with the shrimp vermicelli dish. FINALLY a decent (Yummy!) place to eat in Gilroy! Evetything I've ordered and happily eaten is well seasoned... the ingredients are fresh and properly prepared. No matter what dish I order the shrimp or fish always properly cooked. The to-go orders are so carefully packaged for optimal enjoyment at home; things are packaged separately if they need to be ... etc. they never forget condiments or sides. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The slushies, lemonades, and teas are all tasty (too sweet for my taste but the hubby loves them). I do wish that they had a few more options without meat but that's just a selfish minor point. I'm so glad we have this place close to me here in little old Gilroy! I have been back several times and will continue to do so! Perhaps you should too if you are in this neck of the woods.

Coming from Westminster in the OC then moving to San Jose, those two areas I was always around viet food so coming to this place I tried to give it some leeway since I know since moving to Morgan hill there is not many places to gather Vietnamese ingredients to cook at home The banh mi itself needs work. The baguette came out pretty dry. For their selection, it seems like they try to add multiple variations of banh mi meats into one rather than the way other banh mi places do specific meats per each sandwich. (Thịt nướng , chả lụa, heo quay) The pate and mayonnaise were lacking. The đồ chua or picked daikon and carrots were kind of lackluster. That being said it seems like one of the few places to get banh mi in Morgan hill, I do feel that they should not be charging such premium price for their sandwiches. We ordered basic egg roll, the dim sum sampler, combination chow mein, and Shanghai Noodle Three delight. The egg roll came with 2 rolls. They were the perfect amount of crispy and flavor. The dim sum sampler was mostly average. The only piece we could not eat because we found it disgusting was the chicken mochi. My partner said the chow mein was something he would come back for. If that was the only thing he ate it would be 5 stars. I ate the Shanghai Noodle Three delight. It was not a delight. It advertised having items like noodles, bean sprouts, onions, chicken, egg, shrimp, and calamari. After ordering I found it is supposed to come with 3 pieces of shrimp and 3 pieces of calamari. My plate only had two pieces of calamari. At first I was disappointed there wasn't more calamari, but then I tasted it. The calamari tasted rubbery, tough, and no good flavor. When I brought the problem of only having 2 pieces of calamari and they only said it usually tastes like that and I should have gotten three pieces. (So no solution.) My advice to the restaurant, if you know the majority of your customers think the calamari is disappointing, don't serve calamari. The dish would have been much better if you put more shrimp and deleted the calamari. (Without up charging customers.) The servers were kind and friendly. It did seem weird how busy they were when there were only two tables eating at the place. We barely saw them but they did fill up our drinks before we thought to ask.

The sauces they send with the dim sum are non existent or so minuscule that one person may could dip two pieces (that's being generous).
