Fried noodle combination but too much corn starch. If you like thick sauce this one is for you. It was alright for me.

This place was good before but now it's alright. It got relocated to this area that few stores are open. But it's close to a tea store for some boba fanatics. Service was fast and place has a lot of seating for groups. Ordered only few dishes. Check it out.

I have to say this TK is the saddest one I have EVER been to. No small saucers at the table and missing hoisin sauce and hot sauce. No water served. I had to ask (just about everything, including sitting down when we came in). SERIOUSLY? Do they not want customers to come back? By the way, I feel like I'm at a taqueria not a TK noodle house with traditional Mexican music blasting on the overhead speaker. I am not pleased. I have gone to TK for YEARS. Quality of service: C Quality of food: B Price: $-$$ Recommendation: hold your appetite until you get closer to San Jose for another TK Noodle. I can see why this place has low rating.

First time customer here! My bf and I went just now and had a terrible experience. Woman working was rude, no merry Christmas no words except for payment. Asked us to go to the front to order for dine in, but when others ordered they were sitting down already. When we sat down and was eating, we need extra lemons or extras, but no one came by to check on us. So, as a first time customer I wilL NOT be coming back. The food was burnt, portions were small, compared to other TK noodles. The rudeness and the lack of friendliness. I don't remind this place.

Beef stew vermicelli and taro boba. Stew had good color, but lacked flavor. Nice part was they had all the trimmings so was able to make it flavorful with plum sauce, chili sauce and lots of salt. Simple spot, simple seating with adequate service.

I have been coming to this establishment for many years now and I totally plan to come back here again and again. Mostly because it's a quick and easy and satisfying meal and I actually do enjoy the food here. Here's why I'm giving it only three stars. I think it would be just nice if they would clean the shrimp a little bit more. The shrimp is not deveined. Also, the ambiance is rather mid. It's just not a very pretty place to eat at. Also the service is a bit mid as well. It's not bad. But it's not stellar either. Nevertheless, most of the time when I come here the food is good and I'm left with a satisfied belly. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, did they seriously just serve me my coconut drink and a paper coffee shop this time? Usually I get it at a lease in a glass. I found that a little strange. But yet it tasted good and I loved it. This place would easily get five stars from me if the ambiance was nicer and they went a little further more with their service and they cleaned out their shrimps and please go back to serving my coconut drink in an actual glass. Nevertheless, I'll be back. I always come back

Sort of old and divey but the service is good, the food comes out fast and hot, and the food hits the spot. The won ton soup was good. Fairly sized won tons in a nice clear broth. Combination noodle soup also good though nothing to rave about. The egg fried taro root is a dish we have eaten at TK Noodle years ago. Not as good as I remember but came out blazing hot so I think it was fresh.

I love TK noodle but this might have been the worst I ever been to it's not just the food but the staff is extremely rude.

The server was friendly. However, service was a little slow as they seemed to be under-staffed as there was only 1 server present the whole time that we were there. The food was decent but unmemorable. Although it was supposed to be a South East Asian cuisine, it didn't taste like it. ~ Hot & Sour Soup ~ Sizzling Beef Mignon ~ Belacan Mixed Vegetable

I like how the vegetables were soft but not mushy and over cooked or drenched in oil. Last night I almost ordered the tamarind baby back ribs. Since I am staying away from pork, I went with the waitress's recommendation of sizzling beef with red bell pepper. Excellent! We came here for the pad thai and it was so ordinary. I should not trust a person who doesn't like seafood. How am I going to share a meal with someone that doesn't eat fish? My whole protein diet is based on fish and red meat. You come here to drink Thai Tea with extra cream not a shot of whiskey for $6.00. It was a good business meeting but I am going to have to come back here with someone who really enjoys food. This is the second time I have gone to eat with someone who kind of ruined the experience of a new restaurant for me. It is not their fault. I had a headache and now I have a low tolerance for people who are not on the same vibe as me.

The broth is rich, flavorful, and tastes like it's been simmering for hours. The meat is always fresh and tender, the noodles are cooked perfectly, and every bowl is served hot and full of flavor. It's the kind of comfort food that keeps you coming back. The fresh spring rolls are another favorite of mine. They're always made fresh with crisp vegetables, quality ingredients, and a delicious peanut dipping sauce. Everything I've tried has tasted fresh and homemade. One of the things I appreciate most is how clean the restaurant is every time I visit. The dining area is spotless, the tables are always clean, and the entire restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. The owners are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They truly appreciate their customers and always make you feel welcome. Their employees are just as friendly, polite, and attentive, providing excellent customer service from the moment you walk in. I'm especially happy that Gilroy finally has such an amazing Vietnamese pho restaurant. It's less than a mile from my house, which makes it even more convenient, and it's become one of my regular places to eat. Whether I'm dining in or picking up takeout, the food and service are consistently outstanding. If you're looking for authentic, delicious pho and fresh Vietnamese food in the Gilroy area, look no further than Gilroy Noodle House. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. We got: Pho with different meats and a separate bowl of meatball. The broth was good, a little on the oily side but good. Spring roll: I got it without noodles. I appreciated that the pork was lean and not fatty. It was a good roll, however the peanut sauce tasted like straight thick peanut butter, it needed to be thinner, sweeter and have more of that umami taste. Grilled chicken rice plate: I enjoyed this dish, the chicken was flavorful and the salad and rice paired well together. The young boy and man who I'm assuming is family are very nice. They are welcoming and pleasant. I'm glad this place is closer to us. We live in Morgan Hill and I do not approve of any of the pho places there for their lack of flavor. I will definitely be coming back here.
