Brisket Meal w/ 2 Mac and garlic bread
    Andrew Y.

Great service each time I went. The brisket is decently tender and the sauces available are solid. Mac and cheese isn't super cheesy but still very flavorful. Garlic bread and cornbread are both good as well I'd rate this place a 7.5/10. Good food, and a meal for about $20 is pretty standard and fair in my opinion. I've went back multiple times and will continue going back. Definitely recommend

my browksi recommended this BBQ spot before we hit our T3R Elemento concert in Gilroy. ambiance was steady for a Saturday, and the parking lot was spacious i ordered the tri-tip sandwich, with the side of mac n cheese; my beverage was Dr Pepper. my sandwich was superb, tender meat. mac n cheese was mid TVs were awesome to have, since it was Playoff time and the Bears really won their Wild Card Round i would come back to tey their brisket, but i rock with my boy's recommendation of BBQ 152

Chill! Pretty good price for the amount of food. The spicy BBQ sauce actually had some heat to it which I liked. I'm curious why the garlic bread is so much thinner than the cornbread, but both were good, nothing crazy. Beans were good and so was potato salad, mac and cheese was also nice but I prefer it saucier, also white cheese is not my favorite either.

10/10 Absolutely amazing, loved every bite! I ordered both the tri-tip sandwich and a side of tri-tip, and everything was perfect. The sandwich had a generous amount of meat, super well-seasoned, and the bread was incredibly soft. Nothing was dry at all and it didn't need any sauces or extras, it stood on its own. I also loved the side of jalapeños and what looked like fermented onions such a unique, flavorful touch. The tri-tip itself was cooked perfectly: juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Definitely a must-try and truly the highlight of the meal. Service was great and extremely fast, and the ambiance had that rustic, homey feel. Plus, the sports playing on the TVs added to the vibe. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommend!

I can't tell you how good this food was! This is the best brisket I have ever had! The bbq sauce was very flavorful and the beans were off the hook- with a little kick. Be careful ordering the backed potato it was HUGE! Dammm! It was enough for 3 people. It had just the right amount of cheese, green onions, and sour cream. If you level up and add a meat - we did tri tip omg it was good. We also ordered the bread pudding (forgot to take the picture) it was amazing with the vanilla ice cream. Service was awesome, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Lots of parking. I will definitely be back.

Outside of Texas I think this is the best local bbq place. The brisket melts in your mouth and you can't go wrong with the other offerings. We're went with the family meal since there was a bunch of us. Super great value for high quality food full of flavor. There's also something about the bread that is very next level. Can't wait to come back!

Pulled pork, hot links, tri tip, ribs, who can ask for anything more!!! But wait, there is more, you can have any of it on a sandwich with their spicy BBQ sauce. Their meats are just what you need!!

So my husband and I LOVE this place. We come down every few weeks to see our hairdresser but make sure we absolutely stop here for lunch. Well today (11/14/2025) we were able to come down earlier for breakfast. We both had the breakfast sandwich (both with brisket) and I don't think I have done the "omg this is delicious" happy dance in a long time. The egg, cheese, brisket ratio was spot on and that sauce on it was perfection. I joked with the gentleman behind the counter, Fidel "ohh you'll see us again for lunch today!!" And of course. We came back for lunch and had our usual 3 meat combo. My husband is obsessed with their tri-tip and burnt ends, I adore their brisket. Fidel say me and made a little laugh that I was back. I have been recommending this place to sooo many friends and even in our company's slack foodie channel. It's always delicious food, wonderful staff and cozy atmosphere. You are able to just talk food to a total stranger. 100/10 love this place And to Fidel, thank you for warmness and lovely personality to a bbq lover!!!

Just average for me. Place is cute and lots of seating. Can sit inside or outside. Since it is in Gilroy outside can get hot but they have umbrella to shade u from the sun. You order from the outside then find a place to sit. It's pretty much self serve so you grab your plate utensils, sauce and drinks. We went for family meal as better bang for your bucks and also order ala cart. We had pork rib, beef brisket and try tip. We all agreed the tri tip was the winner. Brisket was ok. Wish it had more fat marble and a bit juicier. Our side was the potato salad and MAC. It was ok. Garlic bread and cornbread was ok. Nothing to rave about here but it's good.

Almost tasted like Texas! Ribs were smaller than I'd like but the brisket was surprisingly moist and delicious! Very reasonable pricing and great taste for California FAST service and kind staff. Outdoor and indoor seating available, good country music outside.

The mission of this visit was to try the seafood boil, and boy were we thrilled! The place didn't disappoint, Food was fresh and flavorful. We ordered garlic butter noodles 4 Yam fries 5 flavorful and crispy with a spicy dip. Seafood boil 4.5 good quality and flavors, I felt it was a tad salty, but I won't complain. Unlike the other seafood boil places the food came in a ceramic serving tray. We ordered the house sauce with medium spice with shrimp, king crab and clams. The spice level was perfect and so was the sauce. Very pleased with this service, portions, pricing and the flavors. Definitely coming back to taste several other items on the menu. I would have loved for them to play some music rather than the silence. I wasn't too bothered. Y it though since I was too focused on the food.

They do an amazing job blending Cajun food with Asian fusion, and it's the kind of mix that just works. What makes this spot even better is that it brings together two great restaurants -- Jelly Fish and Pineapple Village -- both owned by the same owner. You basically get two menus in one place, and every dish feels like it's made with real care. When I'm craving Cajun food, I always go for the seafood boil. My go-to is a pound of shrimp with the head on, along with sausage, corn, and potatoes. I usually order it with the Jelly Smack flavor, which is a perfect mix of garlic, butter, and just a little bit of a bite at mild spice. The flavor is rich and addicting, and the sauce soaks into everything -- it's the kind of meal you don't mind getting messy for. On the Asian fusion side, the dishes are just as good. I usually get the Heart Attack Fried Rice, calamari, and Fisherman Prawns. The rice has this perfect balance of crispy texture and savory flavor, and the prawns are always fresh and perfectly cooked. Every dish feels like comfort food but still has that restaurant-quality presentation and taste. I've been coming here for years with my family, and everyone I've brought over the years has loved it. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, awesome vibe and the food never misses. It's one of those rare places that gets better each time you visit. Easy 5 out of 5 stars
