I'm from San Jose, so I'm pretty picky about pho since you really can't beat the pho spots there. That said, Pho Morgan Hill actually comes pretty close and is a great option when I don't feel like driving out of town. I usually order their Wagyu pho, and the broth is rich and flavorful with really tender meat. They also offer chow fun noodles, which is a nice option if you want something different from the typical pho noodles. I'll also get the pho tai, and the portions are always generous. They also have nuoc beo (fatty broth) available, which makes the pho even richer if you like that extra flavor. On top of that, their fresh juices are really good and a great addition to the meal. For being in Morgan Hill, this place definitely holds its own. If you're craving pho locally and don't want to drive to San Jose, this spot hits the spot. read more

Well I'm back again because I love their pho. Tonight I got their Thai seafood Pho and it was delicious. It had that Tom Yum flair to it along with my favorite rice noodles. I love seafood so the combination was amazing. Very unexpected from a Pho restaurant but a welcome one. I'm looking forward to coming back yet again. They have great service. They are always busy and the restaurant is more cafe style. Busy and bustling. The only suggestion I have is that they fix the front door. It bangs really hard and they have bells hanging on it which make a ton of noise and it's not good noise. If they fix the door with an air valve they would be great. Had an amazing lunch here with my family while we were in Morgan Hill for a swim meet. They have a large vegetarian section of the menu with many vegan options, I had the veg bun bo hue which was delicious and came with many kinds of mock meat. In particular I really really enjoyed the vegan ham they used. My only complaint about the food is that the vegetables were a little bit chunky and too large to be bite sized. I believe they were a bit busier than usual due to the swim competition, so I'm not sure if this affected the food quality. My parents really enjoyed their pho as well and my little sister liked the chow mein. Highly recommend! read more

We especially enjoy the variety of pho they offer, but some of our other favorites are the crispy chicken wings, egg rolls, and coconut shrimp. I've been coming here mainly when I'm under the weather. My usual order for pho is their brisket only pho. It's not listed in the menu but just tell it to the server, they will prepare it. Sadly, it's been 2 times already when some of the brisket meat that I got are a little chewy and hard. Even then, I still like the broth here compared to other places I've been to. I was disappointed with the fresh sugarcane juice. It doesn't taste as fresh as I had when I was younger. But I definitely had a better one somewhere else. I enjoyed the taste of the Vietnamese roll despite of its think wrapper. The deep fried chicken wings were good too but I wonder if it's the same as the fried chicken wings and the only difference is that this one has a little bit of breading and the sauce is already served on it. Calamari was okay too but rather get it to other place as I'm not really going to miss anything even without trying it. This place gets busy and maybe not enough workers as there's empty tables but it's still dirty from the last customer who ate on that table. In addition, not my table, but I overheard the other table asking questions as they might have been first timer but I can hear the annoyance on the server's tone. So definitely need to work on hiding that especially when working. Dishonest store as I ordered DoorDash delivery from this place and my item (special beef ribs) was unavailable, so they replaced it with oxtail without letting me know. Also, ended up charging me an extra 6.31 for the oxtail that I did not authorize. They should have just canceled my item, but they didn't because they wanted my money and to get extra cash out of me. Outstanding bowl of pho and extremely fast + efficient service! And the best part -- it seems like there is actually no MSG as claimed! Really great beefy flavor and the noodles were perfectly al dente as well. Quality product in a no-frills establishment that will get the job done for you coming back from a cold day out on the coast. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add some beef tendon and meatball to the dish to make it a complete package. I was really excited to try this spot because I'd heard it was the best pho in Morgan Hill. Unfortunately I walked away pretty disappointed. If this is considered the best, I don't think I want to try anywhere else. The pho lacked flavor and was really oily. The spring rolls weren't good, and the chicken wings were greasy too. Wow! I can't believe a place so unassuming in its name would have some of THE best Vietnamese food I've had in the South Bay. I'm plant-based so I was curious to see how their vegan friendly food would compare to the likes of many vegan Viet restaurants in the area. Baby... they hold their own when it comes to their pho and spring rolls because what I had was absolutely delicious. This place is a must for vegans and vegetarians. Their Veg Pho was bursting with flavor from its veggie broth, and included delicious firm rice noodles, a medley of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu. I was shocked at how flavorful the broth was and how filling this bowl ended up being. 10/10 for the pho alone. I also tried their vegan spring rolls where they use mock shrimp and pork, and wow... not only were they loaded and packed, but the combination of fresh ingredients with the mock meat was definitely some of the best I've ever had. The Pho is okay. But I would say it's better than the other Pho Restaurants In Morgan Hill and this is probably the go to Pho place if you do not want to drive all the way to San Jose. Delicious Vietnamese food and fast service. This is my go-to spot newly living in Gilroy. Coming from San Jose, I definitely miss all of the Vietnamese food! I usually order the fish sauce chicken wings, pho with thick noodles, bun bo hue or the combination chow mein. It's a huge plus that they accommodate children by providing a highchair, bowl, plastic utensils and scissors! She loves the thick pho noodles. This restaurant is near where my son lives. I stopped to pick up dinner when visiting the other day. I had the steak pho and spring rolls, and my son and his wife had one of the sandwiches and a salad. The place is easy to find (small strip mall) service was fast and friendly. Reason: the bottom of my plate was absolutely disgusting with dried food and stickiness on the bottom. I didn't complain, I just left a tip that satisfies that. Then tonight I get a kids chicken fried rice, filet mignon fried rice, a coke and egg rolls he said he split. I went to pay and it was $50. I am still so mad at this. I did not understand. I left a $7.50 tip but I go home to find he scammed me immensely. I went on DoorDash to compare, where prices are higher and my order shows up $50 on there! Gag is - he even SAID HIMSELF he SPLIT the egg rolls with the person at my table . So that's already $6+ he stole.
