Yummy Thai food. The flavors are on point. Their Lao Papaya Salad was delicious. Their Crying Tiger steak with 2 types of sauces was grilled perfectly, Not tough and the meat had a nice char to it. Really cute and cozy outdoor patio. Located on a busy street (Monterey Rd) and within walking distance of other restaurants. I've always found street parking nearby. read more

Almost no wait time for this restaurant! Beautiful place to eat with the decor outside and there is an accessible bathroom inside. The food itself was top notch. When I compare this to other Thai food places nearby/Bay area, this place stands out in authenticity, flavor, and portion size, the heat level is adjustable, our kind waiter brought extra spice to add!!! read more

Siam Thai Restaurant - Outside - Thai Near Me - Morgan Hill, California

Solid Thai spot with great vegetarian options. The pineapple fried rice was fragrant with a nice sweet-savory balance and generous chunks of pineapple. Basil eggplant tofu had a good wok heat and the sauce coated everything without being greasy. Tofu triangles were crispy outside, soft inside which was perfect for dipping. Thai iced tea was classic and creamy. The green Thai iced boba was sweet, floral, and the boba had a good chew. Service was friendly and quick. We sat outside in the patio. Tip: There's parking behind the restaurant and can be accessed from 5th Street. Street parking can get a bit dicey on the weekends. read more

This was absolutely incredible. I came here with my dad for dinner and the food was insanely good. I'm vegan so I got the vegetarian pineapple fried rice which not only tasted amazing but also came served in a scooped out pineapple which made it even better. It had tofu, cashews, raisins, lots of veggies, was exceptionally flavorful, among the best fried rice I've ever had. My dad got the panang fried beef which he also loved and was quite impressed by. We both agreed the food well exceeded our expectations. Interior is quite inviting and the staff were all super friendly. Many vegetarian/vegan options on the menu. Come here if you want some extremely high quality thai food! read more

I stopped by Siam Thai Restaurant, very nicely decorated, for a late lunch, the tables outside were full of people stopping by during their lunch break, but there were tables available inside. I was greeted by the friendly wait staff who took my order right away. The drink, soup and appetizers came out pretty fast, it took a little more time for the main dish. The restaurant location is near Dunne Road on Monterey Road, a very quick drive from Trader Joe's. The atmosphere is good, not noisy; I heard the church bells ringing next door. I would definitely come here again for lunch, and next time, maybe I will bring someone else along to share the meal. I was able to take home a lot of leftovers, so I won't need to cook for a couple of more meals, which was very nice! It's a good place for a date or you can bring your family here for a meal. Parking is available on the street. read more

Always delicious food with great service. We ordered spring rolls, Pad Thai, owner's favorite, what a combination, basil eggplant, sticky rice, and for dessert mango sticky rice. It was a beautiful day so we ate outdoors, great setting and clean. read more

Strongly agree with some of the reviews on here. The flavors were unfortunately not very strong and felt Americanized. Ordered the vegetarian and regular pad Thais. Both were very heavy in noodles and light in protein, vegetables, and flavor. I had asked for chili sauce and our server forgot to provide it until our meals were finished. I can't speak for any of the other dishes but would definitely give them a try in the future to give a fair assessment. read more

Delicious food and great service! Went with my go to, pad see ewe with chicken. Was delicious! If I could change one thing to make it better I wish it was a little more pan fried on the noodles, a for the broccoli to have some more flavor. The other veggies were great and the portion of chicken was awesome. Located in downtown, some parking in the front for street parking or else you'll need to park in the garage and walk, not bad. Staff is super kind and it's a super cute restaurant. read more

Siam Thai Restaurant - Pad See Ewe - Thai Near Me - Morgan Hill, California

We had a lovely evening with friends at Siam Thai. Service was friendly and they checked back to see if we needed anything. We had several appetizers including the chicken skewers and dumplings- we liked the chicken ones better than the veggie ones The chicken that was fried was good but a bit bland. The pad Thai was delicious. The restaurant is in a house and there's parking in the back which is hard to get in Morgan hill so u won't have to drive around looking for parking which is a plus The seating is quaint with a nice large window read more

Stopped in after 15 years and the place is same only a little older. Friendly staff with fast service. The food portions are larger than and prices are lower compared to San Jose. Some places in San Jose charge more with smaller portions. The only problem is the taste is average here. Still a good place to stop on for a hot curry bowl. read more

I've ordered take out here multiple times. Their Panang Curry and Pad Thai are excellent. I also enjoy Tom Yum soup. The portions are generous and the food is always consistent in flavor and value. I have my favorites so I haven't deviated from those yet. But when I do I will update my review. I want to make a special note that I've noticed the owners are very dedicated to their business and to their customers. They are hard working people as are the other employees who work here. I thoroughly enjoy my experience when I walk through the door and always look forward to saying hello. The restaurant has indoor and patio seating which is nice if you want to sit outdoors during the summer and people watch. All in all they have a cool spot and the food is great. Worth trying and becoming a repeat customer. Great Morgan Hill restaurant experience read more

Stopped by to grab a bite before running some errands. I was in the area and came across this spot. It's a small restaurant, but there's enough seating. Since it was a nice day out, I decided to sit outside. I ordered the red Thai curry, pad see ewe, and mango sticky rice. The curry had a nice flavor, though it could have been a bit bolder. I asked for my pad see ewe to be spicy, but it lacked heat, so I ended up adding some spice myself. Now, don't get me started on the mango sticky rice, it was absolutely delightful. Overall, the dishes were perfect and filling. The gentleman who took our order was super nice and attentive. I would definitely come back. read more

Whenever I am craving Thai food, I love to go to Siam in Morgan Hill. I always get the same thing every time because it is so delicious! It's called "What a Combination!" and mixes lightly-battered and stir-fried seafood (including good-sized prawns), chicken, bell peppers, onions, and chili sauce for a bit of a kick. The ultimate ingredient that makes this dish so special is the inclusion of fresh mangoes. This cornucopia, served with jasmine rice, is to die for! Check it out! read more

The food felt a bit Americanized, which was disappointing given the strong reviews. The pad thai was very watery, and the tom yum soup was overly sour. The same went for the papaya salad.. it lacked balance in flavor. The fried rice was okay, nothing particularly memorable. The beef pad see ew was probably the best dish we tried, but even that was just decent overall. The Thai tea and mango sticky rice were definitely the highlights. I just wish the savory dishes were more true to authentic Thai flavors and had better balance overall. read more

WOW. Talk about FRESH and FLAVORFUL!! This place really sets a high bar for Thai food. Something for everyone with a vegetarian (and vegan) page plus all types of meat & seafood. One of my fave Thai places! Charming little place family owned and operated. We got some pad thai and spring rolls to go and they were packaged well and held up for 30+ minutes in the packaging. They were still really tasty once we finally ate, and now I have a new place to get thai food from! Pickup was also very easy and the server was kind and on top of things. They were very cleanly also, which is a huge plus. read more

I placed an online order, my work orders from here all the time, and I always get the same thing because it's just that good. I literally dream about this Pad See Ew I've tried so many places and honestly... This one is hands-down my go-to favorite. And don't even get me started on the mango sticky rice, so yummy and flavorful I arrived early to pick up my order, and the owner was incredibly sweet and rushed it for me. You can truly tell they love what they do. The customer service is amazing and so thoughtful. On top of that, the combination Pad See Ew is absolutely delicious. I also love the vibe of this place, it's super cute, beautifully decorated, and has a really vibey outdoor seating area. Definitely a favorite! I would come eat here everyday it's that good! read more

Hands down the best Thai food I've had in the Bay Area. I've tried all the SF spots ,the SJ spots and honestly all tiktok hype, but THIS place easily tops it all. Here's the scene: you walk up and the place looks straight out of Thailand. Nice home style front with a very pretty garden. The cozy seating, the hospitality, gave this place extra points! The food came pretty fast and when I tell you , the food tastes like it was prepared IN Thailand. I recommend: the Pad see ew, wow, phenomenal The Green Thai curry, amazing. My waiter recommended the Panang Curry and it didn't disappoint. This is the only Thai restaurant I go to now. Had the chance to meet the owners and they were very friendly. Almost forgot, you need to try the Roti Panang for your appetizer. you won't regret. read more

1.25/5 Oof. Thats pretty much all I can say about this place. I am Thai and have been eating Thai food my whole life. Im usually pretty hesitant to eat Thai food, but my wife's side of the family decided to get some Thai food and decided to get Siam Thai. She says they've ordered from here before and it was okay, but it was not. Food: .5/3 We got a few things for takeout and well, it was pretty whatever, will not go back here for sure. Som tum: bland, bland, bland. The texture was a bit off too. It tasted like I was eating stringy hard noodles? Pork pad thai: the only thing I think i could eat. It was passable and if I had to order something from here, this is what id order. Pad see ew: it was okay. I wouldnt get it again but if it was there, I suppose I would eat it. Red curry and parang: my group said that they tasted the same and just tasted like coconut milk. No spiciness no other flavors. Value: .25/1 For the price, I think its pretty typical, but because it was not good, I think the value drops significantly. Service/atmosphere: .5/1 Since this was takeout and I didnt pick it up, I cant speak on this but I will give them a benefit of a doubt and give them 0.5/1. Overall, I would not go back here again. I was to support local mom and pop shops, but if the food is this disappointing, I just cant. Maybe my taste buds are not the same as the people in Morgan Hill, but they claim to be authentic Thai food but this is far from it. If you are looking for real Thai food, please look somewhere else because this is not it. read more

Parking out front on the busy street & they have a parking lot in the back of the restaurant. Downtown & there's so many places to sight see at the same time your visiting the area. Super Tiny inside, but it feels very homely & even if it's a tight squeeze while your eating, you kind of don't even think about it, because they have a Great Vibe going on as soon as you walk through the door & get seated. They have a lot to choose from on the menu. So either you know what your eating or you'll end up ordering a little bit of everything just because it all sounds good & if you do order a dish that's not familiar, you will NOT be disappointed, so why not support the little business & Go Hard or Go Home read more

Been here a long while ago, very unique restaurant. A house was converted, it's cute. Today we visited and sat outside on the front patio. Sun was shining beautifully. Service was great! The gentleman was very pleasant and attentive. The food on the other hand this visit was okay. The basil chicken was a coworkers which I tried and it tasted like it was very flavorful. The fresh roll needed to be soaked a few seconds longer as it was already at the tough to chew consistency and I felt it was too over powered with lettuce to fill them up. I ordered the pad see ewe, flavor was good, chicken was a bit tough and the noodles were too over cooked for my liking! I definitely will go back when I visit MH to try another dish!! read more

The service is fantastic. This place just feels like home! I really enjoy the yellow curry and the Panang Curry Chicken.

Came here on a Friday for lunch and was greeted really warmly by the hosts and servers. Delicious food and excellent service. We sat inside and the pleasant breezes came through the front door. A relaxing lunch.

Great culinary experience with our party enjoying the following dishes: Pad Thai, Panang Curry Salmon, Paradise Seafood and Sticky Rice Mango for Dessert (does not disappoint and wow!!!! ) . We arrived at start of dinner hours; chose outside dining; friendly & fast service with great recommendation from our waiter for the indecisive one in our party; abundant options on the menu including vegan; superb presentation . Ambiance great for either intimate dining or bigger party with cozy indoor or outdoor dining options. Ample parking. This is a GEM in our dining experience!!! read more

This was the worst "Thai" food I have ever had! About 10 years ago I ate at Siam Morgan Hill and it was good. It is definitely not the same food! The Pad Thai was stuck together like glue and shaped as the to go container. The Pineapple Rice was horrible and super yellow I have never had pineapple fried rice like it. See their menu pics. The "Crab"Rangoon was mainly all cream cheese barely any imitation crab. For the $64 I spent it was not worth it, this place is more like fast food. Don't recommend it. read more

Finally decided to try this place, after living in Morgan Hill for 6 years. I had their pad Thai with the meat combo. It didn't blow me away, but it wasn't bad either. I'd say it's slightly on the underwhelming side. It's a little shy of flavor, but again, not bad. I'd give it a 7/10. read more

My husband and I sat outside and ordered several dishes and a bottle of wine. We were enjoying ourselves and the food. I went inside to ask where the restrooms were and the lady working there pointed to the area, There was a few people in line, As I waited, she said out loud in front of everyone inside the restaurant, :MAKE SURE SHE IS A PAYING CUSTOMER" as she pointed at me!!!! I was fuming and counted to ten. After I came out of the bathroom, I walked up to her and said, I am a paying customer. I walked back to our table and told my husband to get our waiter to pack up our stuff to leave and pay. One of the staff came out and said he heard what happened. I didn't want to hear his apology for her. He said they have people all the time trying to use their restrooms and leave feces, etc. I said, she didn't point to anyone else in line. The food is just okay. INSULTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!! My friends said I should have not paid the bill. They should have taken care of it. I will never go back. read more
