I've been coming to this pho spot for years and it never disappoints. Ordering is always quick, and the food comes out fast too. The location is super convenient since it's right by the highway. Tables are usually clean and if not if just because they are a little behind or busy but usually clean and ready to go for walk ins. Honestly, I haven't found another pho place with broth as good as theirs. Their spring rolls are fresh and delicious, and their rice and noodle dishes are just as good. I've also tried their drinks--taro, Thai tea, and the coffee--and they're all so tasty. Definitely a go-to spot for me, and I'm always bringing friends/family who haven't tried it yet. read more

Was craving some Bun, so stopped in to eat. My pork vermicelli with egg roll. Was ok, the pork marinade a bit too sweet for me, but overall id give the dish a 6 out of 10. The young man that served me was pleasant. There was an older woman there that was yelling / speaking in her language(which I'm guessing was Vietnamese) which made the atmosphere less than peaceful and I couldn't concentrate on my email that I was sending lol My 2 star rating is for the less than cleanliness of the establishment. I noticed after ordering my meal so couldn't up and leave. Made me wonder how clean the kitchen and food prep area was. Ick. Well based on that plus the food rating, I won't be back. Easy to find a seat as there weren't many people there. The place seemed clean enough and a good amount of seating inside the restaurant. Ordered a beef stew. It was ok. Not much flavor in the soup and a few pieces of beef in it. Some of the pieces of beef were pretty fatty. Also ordered a seafood soup with the hofun noodles. There were two shrimp and a few pieces of squid, more of the imitation crab and fish cakes. Not bad. The soups come with a plate of additions, jalapeños, bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, and lime. The last dish was the bbq chicken with vermicelli. Probably liked that dish the best, especially with the condiments on the table that can be added to it. Ordered the fried egg rolls. I occasionally stop by here whenever I drive thru Pacheco Pass & Gilroy. This place is SO incredibly average, but still probably one of the better pho options in Gilroy. It took some time for us to get our water (we got our pho before our drinks came), and the server never came back to refill our water. The pho itself is pretty average, but I ordered a Large Special Beef Combo Pho (#7) and wasn't full from it. For its price, I expected the bowl to at least have larger portions of meat and noodles but it didn't...and had too much broth. I stopped by here because I love Vietnamese food and am always looking for a good lunch spot since I work in Gilroy. I ordered the spring rolls which I didn't know came with pork otherwise I would have said without, but I still ate and enjoyed them. Its hard to judge from not eating here and only trying one thing so I am sure I will be back to try more and follow up. The inside looks like a normal Pho place with plants inside and tables. I am a fan of this place. Do not get me wrong. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. What bothers me the most is how when I placed my order, I confirmed with the server what we were getting. When the food came out, it was not what we had ordered at all and instead of owning up to the mistake, he tried to play it off like I made the error. I literally said number two and three and made sure that that was what was placed. I was in a hurry since I had 20 minutes to eat before running off to my next appointment, so the person I was eating with and I decided to just eat and leave. Got a mango smoothie this time, no fruit in it, all powder. Very creamy though, almost milkshake texture. I'd actually ordered a pineapple smoothie, but mango was what came out and I'm not picky so I took it. Also, the prices on the additional drink menu are wrong, I was charged $5.25, not $4.32. I did point this out to the cashier, but I was nice about it and didn't demand the advertised price, so I figure they probably won't bother fixing it. I came here with my dad for lunch we got two steak phos, spring rolls, and a jackfruit shake the total was $60. It definitely wasn't worth it. The spring rolls were hard and didn't taste good. I love spring rolls but this place didn't hit the spot. The soup was alright broth was pretty good. The jackfruit shake and boba we're terrible. The boba was flavorless and the shake was super watery. I mentioned to the woman at the counter that I didn't like the shake and asked if I can get something else instead and she said that we would still have to pay for it and any other drink I would desire. Im from San Jose and the first time I tryed This pho place was since 2021 and today i came out here to gilroy and omg best pho place ever I like how they put 3 times of protein like chicken and seafood so good I really recommend it and the people are so nice the place looks clean and looks like they know what they are doing some like girl come to get some pho with there mom and I think the owner was giving the little girl a toy so sweet of them.
