    Greek salad

For one, the food is amazing. Well seasoned, not overly salted, and authentic recipes. The service is frie day and excellent. We loved the decor of ancient Greek coins, comfortable outdoor lounge with a choice of booths, tables or outdoor seating. We will definitely return.

I came here with a party of 4. We had reservations but they seemed to have a lot of tables inside open so I assume the wait wouldn't have been a long time if we didn't have a reservation. It was 6pm on a Sunday for reference. Our server was very polite. The food was good. We had the falafel bites and zucchini chips as appetizers. I would recommend both. The falafel had a nice green color inside and wasn't dry as some are. The zucchini chips come with a garlic paste/topping which puts it over the top. I ordered the lemon chicken orzo. It had great flavor, a little on the sweeter side from the honey. I personally wish it had more of a lemon flavor but that's just me. I would love to come back to try other items on the menu though. It has a very welcoming atmosphere.

The food was decent and the service was good, even with our large group. We had plenty of space, and it wasn't too loud. The drinks were really good too - definitely try the cocktails! Overall, it was a good experience.

Decent food, we ordered the zucchini chips as it seemed to be a favorite. I wasn't a huge fan but my girlfriend did enjoy them. We ordered drinks as well which were decent for the price. I'd come back again and maybe try out some different appetizers.

It's not super authentic but it's pretty good. They have a brunch which I found out here on Yelp. We tried a couple of drinks and appetizers. The chilaquiles were surprisingly good.

Sparkling & Sterling Service! Our customer service was amazing; from the hostess to the two waiters that took care even during one of the busiest nights, with a huge prom night dinner party going on as well. Cocktails were fun and delicious; we really enjoy the sangria & Aphrodite's chariot The sizzling fried cheese was a great display for date night and fun to eat together, comparing who had the best "cheese pull"! The Beef Slovakia & Moussaka were great picks - we had a lovely dinner finished off with the Baklava; which was the only thing on the menu that was just OK. One item needing attention: the patio area- it would be great during super windy nights if they cranked up or brought in more heaters; the ceiling heaters don't really give off enough to feel that they are even on. Perhaps some dividers covered in fake Ivy one both sides of the patio would protect from the high winds. The staff was gracious enough to relocated not only my party but the two parties next to us inside to enjoy dessert as we were all freezing. Overall lovely and I will return when in downtown Morgan Hill or sister locations in Los Gatos, Los Altos or downtown Willow Glen; which I love!

$28 and salad cost $3 if you don't get what it comes with (rice or fries)

I use to love this place but post Covid eras, the food quality has gone down and prices have gone up. I order the filet mignon skewers (beef had a gamey taste) and it was $28, opted out on fried or rice and got a salad, found out it was additional cost. Almost $40 for one person's lunch. The beet salad that I usually get is now $18!!!!!!! Who can afford this on a regular basis?

3.5 stars solid Been here a few times. I do enjoy it more than the other locations as it's not as crowded and plenty of parking all around the area. This time, we were in the area and wanted to get a few bites to eat and a cold drink or two since it's quite warm outside. I called and realized it's Monday and within their happy hour so we HAVE to stop. We did. Plenty of seats at 4pm, had the option of sitting inside or outside. We opted for inside. We're greeted right away and menu in hand. Just realized that all the prices went up but totally understandable. We Ordered a few HH items plus 2 alcoholic drinks. It's pretty decent overall. Also asked for sliced cucumbers since it was quite a lot of pita so they gave us a small bowl of cut cucumbers and noticed it was charged $1. Not bad at all and worth not all the calories.

We started with the steamed clams in this garlic sauce, which were AMAZING. The sauce was so flavorful, and dipping the bread into it made it even better. We also ordered the beet salad, which was pretty good, along with the seafood linguini and seafood paella. The linguini was decent, but the seafood paella was definitely the star. It had a creamier, cheesier flavor compared to traditional paella, but it was so rich and satisfying. Service was great, and the atmosphere makes it a perfect place to sit down, relax, and enjoy your company. I've seen some reviews mentioning slow service, but honestly, I think we're just so used to being in a rush.. this felt like a nice, leisurely dining experience. I'll definitely be back to try their loaded clam chowder on Sundays!

Our server was…read morekind and doing their best, but the food quality and overall experience were not good at all. We drove almost 3 hours to visit while spending the day in the area, and honestly, we would've rather grabbed fast food instead. What made it worse was that we were hoping to treat our mom to a nice meal, but all of us ended up disliking the food. The appetizer plates we were first given were visibly dirty, so we had to ask for clean replacements right away. A few people in our group ordered the loaded clam chowder since we'd seen so many positive reviews online, but it was extremely underwhelming. The seafood tasted undercooked and the soup itself had barely any flavor. The wait time was also frustrating. We received appetizers fairly quickly, but waited almost an hour and a half for our entrees. During that time, staff kept coming by offering extra bread and refills we didn't ask for, which honestly felt more like an attempt to make up for the long delay. Meanwhile, several larger parties that arrived after us were served their meals before we were, even though our group was only 5 people. What also made the experience uncomfortable was that once our food finally arrived, we felt rushed to leave. After waiting, staff were already trying to clear plates while some of us were still eating, which felt unfair considering the delay was completely out of our control. By the time the food finally arrived, the quality just did not justify the wait. Overall, it was a very disappointing Mother's Day experience, especially after driving so far. Sadly, we won't be returning.

The Good: * Great service by the young gentleman working on 3/1 around noon. * Private shared lot with plenty of spaces. * Beers on tap and for a VERY reasonable price. I mean, yeah, they're macro brews, but for $6?? Sheesh... * Carissa's salmon was cooked almost perfectly. She thought it might've been a touch dry, but nothing egregious. * My Crab Salad Sandwich was delicious and filled with fresh crab with very little to no filler. * If you like garlic, then I highly recommend the 50¢ upgrade for them. Just don't expect any kisses afterward. :( * Great prices, especially on the kids' meals that were less than $10. The Meh: * Be aware some of their portions might be gigantic. One of the kids wanted linguine, and the waiter recommended the "half order," and even that was plenty of pasta for at least two adults. The Ugly: * I got nothing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Conclusion: Family-friendly spot for both the ambiance and being easy on the wallet--and that's not to mention the food is pretty good, too! **Their other two locations are in DTSJ and Cupertino

The host who helped us was a young girl and she was very polite, nice, and helpful. :) Something I really love about this restaurant is that they have so many amazing different options to select from. It was honestly a bit tough to make a decision because everything sounded so great in the menu! lol. I really love how they play Italian old fashioned music, it really adds to the romantic dining experience. The indoor decor is very classic/traditional hardwood tables and chairs with lovely + colorful paintings on the wall that add a lot of character to the room. We were so excited to come to an authentic Italian restaurant. We decided to start with the Burrata con Prosciutto as an appetizer and it was lovely. The flavor is great and it is definitely pretty feeling and satisfying. For my main course, I ordered the Fettuccine al Pescatore it was delicious. The seafood was cooked perfectly and added a great taste to the pasta. The fettuccini pasta is definitely super filling it's so thick and hearty. (I wish they would also have thin noodles available for this dish as well because the thick noodles can be a bit much.) We also got another dish (can't remember the name sorry) but it was SO YUMMY and packed with tons of flavor. We especially loved the sauce omg! The taste of the sauce is unexplainable, but it paired amazingly with the bread + cheese from our Burrata con Prosciutto appetizer. Highly recommend. Overall I would definitely suggest Maurizios as a lovely romantic dinner spot, or a great quality authentic Italian meal for your family. The quality of food is great and the prices are pretty reasonable. I will say one thing that they could improve upon is, the host stand is right behind the door in the restaurant and its placement is very awkward/strange. While checking in with the hostess, the door almost got us! lol. This should definitely be moved/changed. Other than the host stand being too close to the door, I will say the restaurant is also very small so it may feel cramped when there's a lot of people dining in. (not something fixable but definitely worth noting.) Still highly recommend. :)
