And although the specialty cocktails are delicious, they're a bit overpriced for Morgan Hill since there are so many other options in town. Their downfall, they need to have bartenders/workers who want to be there (including the owner). Since they don't have table service, they really need to advertise that you "must" order at the bar, obtain a number to take to your table, and return to the bar to pay your tab. It's very dysfunctional and the bartenders are not happy repeating the process. Further, I understand they put a lot of work into their specialty drinks and that takes time, however if you're not seated at the bar you can easily feel that you've been forgotten. This is a top down problem and the owners or managers need to figure it out quickly or they will be the only persons in the bar during their very limited hours!! Saturday evening at 6:00 pm and all of Morgan Hill was jumping.....except Silo's. We were literally the only couple in the bar.

I'll mention that my guy friend and I are as white as they come and I was nervous going to this establishment as it's obviously geared towards the Hispanic community. However, there were no problems and we all got along just fine. I mention the race thing because unless you've been living under a rock, there's always a divide between Hispanics and whites and whatever and a lot of the community assumes it's too dangerous to be downtown at night because of that fact. I was born and raised in Gilroy I know how it goes . However I refuse to let that keep anybody from relaxing and having a good time..it's ridiculous to hate for no reason. There were no problems we had fun. Thank goodness there is an establishment open til 2am on most nights. We've been there twice so far. Second time was more crowded and it was a good time, no fights and no super drunk people Bring quarters for pool, there's only 2 tables. People were nice enough to let us play instead of claiming a table for the night. I would give 5 stars if they had shuffleboard and more pool tables. Maybe open earlier also like 12 for those that want to spend a day off practicing their pool game.

We were greeted by a very friendly waitress. She said we could sit wherever we wanted, asked if we've been in before, and told us about the specials. The interior is cozy, it kind of reminded me of dive bar vibes. They have a lot of drinks on tap and some frozen slushies. I opted for organic iced tea since I don't drink. When I went to the bathroom, I noticed one of the slushies was non-alcoholic so I might try that next time. We ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger with Chili Cheese Fries and the Supreme wood-fired pizza. The burger was fantastic! The BBQ sauce was delicious, the bacon and onion rings were crispy, and the fries were great. I enjoyed the chili, but I didn't think the cheese sauce or sour cream really stood out. I thought the crust on the pizza was perfect, I really enjoyed the wood-fired vibe and fresh toppings. This would probably be my favorite pizza if they used better mozzarella. For now, Bizza is holding the top spot for me since they use Butcher's Son mozzarella, and in my opinion, it's the best vegan mozzarella sub I've ever had from pizza spots so far.
