The Silos space is amazing given its history. They've done a wonderful job creating a very " Chill" vibe. And although the specialty cocktails are delicious, they're a bit overpriced for Morgan Hill since there are so many other options in town. Their downfall, they need to have bartenders/workers who want to be there (including the owner). Since they don't have table service, they really need to advertise that you "must" order at the bar, obtain a number to take to your table, and return to the bar to pay your tab. It's very dysfunctional and the bartenders are not happy repeating the process. Further, I understand they put a lot of work into their specialty drinks and that takes time, however if you're not seated at the bar you can easily feel that you've been forgotten. This is a top down problem and the owners or managers need to figure it out quickly or they will be the only persons in the bar during their very limited hours!! Saturday evening at 6:00 pm and all of Morgan Hill was jumping.....except Silo's. We were literally the only couple in the bar. read more

Such a quaint and cute little place here in MH! The most delectable drinks and apps. I highly recommend the Clover Club (pink with a little raspberry on top... sorry I don't have a picture ) . We arrived here on a Friday night right before the evening rush. Kids were out so local parents night out it is! Parking can be a challenge because of the many establishments in the area but we were able to find a spot eventually. Silos is located in downtown Morgan Hill. It's a great new welcome addition to the area as it opened several months ago. The cocktail lounge and bar is built around four original silos by the train tracks during the old farming days of Morgan Hill. At first we weren't sure where Silos was located at because we did not see any signs. We eventually found the entrance as if the lounge was like a speakeasy. Once in, I noticed how amazing the rustic modern decor looks. The bartenders were friendly and inviting. There was a chill and intimate vibe going on. The lounge was packed that night but we were able to grab a table. I ordered a bourbon renewal cocktail that I enjoyed. The wifey ordered her trademark Chardonnay glass which she said was refreshing. Unfortunately there is no happy hour available. There is food offered on the menu though. We live in Morgan Hill so we will be back for sure. Hopefully we can check out the patio next time as well. read more

Cute place for fancy drinks, beer and wine. Parking was a bit so y on a Friday at 6pm. But they do have parking lots all over. And a nice shaded handicap spot tucked away near the entrance. It was pretty loud in there so we stuck close to the opposite end of the bar near the bathrooms. The drinks were yummy and the service was great. I was able to get my drink orders even though the bar was filling up. read more

Service was great! We got there right when it opened for a quick cocktail before heading to a 5pm event. Staff was nice and took time letting us know the specials. It was interesting watching them make inventive cocktails. Good music and the very large TV had the movie "The Craft" on. Fitting for the season. Disgusting bar, no soap in bathroom, extremely rude bartenders, waited 45min for two basic drinks and they didn't give a shit so we left.

I have been wanting to check this place out for a while and finally had a chance to go tonight. It almost had a speakeasy feel because it's not easy to find. Casual atmosphere and bartenders are friendly. Our drinks were great! I had the Oaxaca old-fashioned, and my husband had the regular old-fashioned. My one and only complaint is although the waitress was friendly, she never came back to take our order. I had to flag her down after 20 minutes or so- paying our tab was the same. This won't stop me from returning because ultimately the drinks were great. Could've just been an off night for the bartender. read more

My girlfriends and I popped in for a drink and light bites here last week. We each got a drink and shared the French dip and chicken baguette. I asked for a mocktail version of one of the drinks and the bartender asked if I was set on that because she had other recs for a mocktail. She ended up making me a drink that was not on the menu which was super fun and I really enjoyed My other friends got the Negroni and the Clover Club and liked both of those. The interior was beautifully designed and there was lots of seating to choose from. We enjoyed the round booth seating where we were at. Towards the end of our time there the music got really really loud and it became kind of hard to hear one another so that was when we decided to wrap up. I am so happy Morgan Hill now has a cocktail bar like this now. I can't wait for my next visit! read more

Silos is a winner in my book! Obviously Friday and Saturday are popular, but do yourself a favor and try a random weekday that they are open. Silos has an incredible staff of friendly people that make fabulous drinks, delectable food and curate a welcoming and relaxing vibe. It is a beautiful bar with a soothing amber glow, great variety of enjoyable music, and sometimes there is a blast from the past movie on the state of the art flat screen positioned perfectly to entertain all in attendance. Well first of all I don't write to many reviews. So we got there at 4 when they opened. The owner I think says we open at 4 yes it's 4. He goes o The drinks were ok. Very small to me like maybe less than the normal. we also got the chips and dip. We had numbers to tell where the food went they could not get it right not just us all the people. Get a clue. Service was really slow, it's hard to order food when it's busy, you have to go up to the bar and the bartenders seemed pretty slammed. Just ordered the little salad, it was tasty. It's pretty cramped in there, lots of tight spaces and tables/chairs are close together. I thought the setting was kind of cool being in the silos. My significant other used the bathroom and advised I not go in there because it was pretty gross. Had higher hopes for the new cool spot but was left mildly disappointed. Went to Silos for the first time! the ambiance was amazing as well as their service. I love the drink selections and how knowledgeable the staff are with the items on the menu. We had the best experience at Silos on Saturday, May 10th. The owners allowed us to hold a private event in the afternoon for our daughter's baby shower with about 50 people. From start to finish, everything went perfect. Staff was amazing-efficient and very friendly. The food was excellent and everyone raved about the chili with cornbread. When you first go inside the place you get a good vibe with the lighting esthetics ambiance, it's when you sit down and discover the ordering process, left to the bartenders for drinks and food. You are subjected to leaning over a patron sitting at the bar to order food. We did manage to order and sat back down. The bartender took the order and proceeded to renew thier conversation with the people sitting at the bar. 15 minutes later I had to go back to the bar and remind her that we had ordered two drinks.
