Stopped by Tipsy Tavern after leaving another nearby bar hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately this visit was even more uncomfortable. Our group walked in and sat at the bar while two other guests sat nearby. The bartender immediately took the other guests' order first, then casually asked us "what do y'all want" while continuing to move around behind the bar. My friend paused because it genuinely wasn't clear if the bartender was listening to us, and the bartender responded with attitude saying, "I'm listening." [[HIGHLIGHT]]When my friend ordered a Hugo Spritz, the bartender responded with "what?" and then said she only knew an Aperol Spritz.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That's completely fine, not everyone knows every cocktail, but the interaction became unnecessarily rude from there. Instead of simply asking about the ingredients politely, she came back with an attitude asking us to look it up for her, and then became defensive saying "I don't know what the issue is" even though nobody had complained or created a problem. The entire interaction just felt dismissive and unwelcoming. We ended up leaving almost immediately because the energy was so uncomfortable. Hospitality and attitude matter just as much as the drinks, and unfortunately this experience missed the mark completely. read more

I can't haven't been to this neighborhood bar sooner--it's tucked away in the corner of a shopping center and such a great spot. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, a full bar, and really good food. It's kid and dog friendly, has several TVs for watching games, and even games to play while you're there. They also run daily specials, which you can find on their website. I stopped in on a weeknight and the place had a nice crowd.....clearly a local favorite. I ordered the truffle fries for a quick bite and they were delicious. Overall, it's a welcoming spot and I'll definitely be back. Love this neighborhood bar! read more

Stopped in after seeing a deal online for crawfish. Great price for this time of the season. The sides were also reasonable. The patty melt for me personally was the star of the show. I don't think I have ever devoured a burger so fast. The fries were perfect touch. The bartender honestly really impressed me. She was at a constant hustle mode. She was clearing tables, making drinks and overall rocking. It's been awhile since I thought that a bartender truly hustled that much. Overall it was a semi older crowd on a Friday evening. Folks even offered me to try theirs when I asked a question. read more

And here's the part that really makes that response hard to take seriously: multiple reviews before ours mention the exact same thing -- the bartender's coldness, her attitude, and the uncomfortable energy she brings to the bar. This isn't a one‑off. It's a pattern. So for the owner to double down and defend behavior that so many customers have already called out... I genuinely can't conceptualize it. From what I witnessed firsthand -- and from how the owner handled it afterward -- I can't recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and professionalism. Hospitality isn't complicated. Treat people with dignity. That didn't happen here, and I won't be returning. But, of course, due to not being a regular, I will not be treated with the same care and respect. read more

Went with friends on Wednesday steak night. Am not a huge steak lover, but found out that's all served on Wednesday. I ordered a filet and hubby ordered a skirt steak. We shared the two and they were awesome!!! The place got quite busy, but the two ladies did an amazing job keeping everyone happy. We'll certainly be there many more times in the future! read more

BRAVO Tipsy Tavern for an OUTSTANDING experience as our neighborhood bar as well as the site of my husband and my dual birthday party! Our customer experience since this past summer prompted us to reach out; the communication was clear, appropriate, and generous regarding our potential private event. It was a smooth process, and Kristin was flexible and transparent to work with on the event. The party was GORGEOUS with signage, festivity, quick and gracious service, and just a ton of fun. We had over 50 folks come out to celebrate. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Drinks are amazing and Tipsy has a great variety of cocktails, beer, and wine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The facilities are so clean, bathrooms always great (IYKYK), and the bartenders are so upbeat and socially aware.
