This buggah right here is the best! He's service was awesome! He makes sure you're good. I couldn't start my car that's why i had to call a towing. And he tried starting it and it worked! He doesn't scam you like everyone else. Blessed this guy's heart and his family. This world would be better if we have a lot of people like him. Hope your company will keep booming! Amazing service! Allstate Insurance dispatched Tip Tow to have my car transported to a repair shop. The driver was efficient and friendly. He also provided updates on his expected time of arrival. I had a similar positive experience when I used Tip Tow last year. Highly recommend!! read more

Geico sent Tip Tows and AJ helped me with an initial lock-out. He was kind enough to stay for a battery jump and tow to the dealership even though he had a call after me. He gave me a ride to the dealership too! I appreciated the help during what would've been a stressful time, AJ was calm and straightforward on his services. 10/10, definitely recommend for a quick tow. Have a blessed day! read more

I was contacted within 5 minutes of requesting a tow from Tip Tows. AJ was assigned to tow my car and I was SO thankful for that! He gave me an accurate ETA and checked in with me again once he was 10 minutes away. I couldn't get my car in neutral to move it for easy tow pick up. I live in a rural area in Haleiwa and up a dirt road. He was able to maneuver the gravel dirt driveway, turn my car around and get it loaded. He was kind, very professional and didn't complain about the challenging situation. I would definitely use Tip Tows again and will recommend it to others. Thank you AJ! read more

Still just one star for the reply on my first review for the ridiculous multiple revised reply with the audacity to tell me that I was the one who was frustrated as well and that I need the help...I'm appalled. Ma'ame, I have 4 different emails via yelp notifications letting me know that you revised your reply 4 different times. The first one already starting out rudely just to tell me to put up with such ridiculous customer service so that I can get the help I need and since I hung up because you accused me of being too arrogant to understand that your staff just want to "get sh*t done" is beyond me. Customer service is everything and if you continue to treat your customers like we are such a burden to hear the smile on the other end of the phone because you cannot wait to provide excellent customer service...well, that's up to you. While your last revision still sounds like "I need the help" it was pointless. read more

Today I am very Thankful "RJ" and Tip Tows!!! I knew that God already had the answer and being patient with a grateful attitude while doing my best to locate help was the answer. My ford fusion finally broke down on me! So I called USAA and they sent the message out to Tip Tows. It took around 45 minutes from notification until he got there. Adam, the tow driver, was lightning fast in hooking the car up and getting to the new destination. I asked him if we could get there fast and he agreed. We made it 30 minutes before the dealership closed and I was able to leave my car overnight. Excellent work, super friendly and great timing. read more

RJ is literally my hero!! I was stuck at a gas station. I have a broken ankle and locked my keys, wallet, AND CRUTCHES in the car so literally couldn't move anyway or do anything. I called AAA and had waited over an hour for a call saying someone would be on their way. At that point I got fed up, called back and they said it would be another HOUR. So I said hell no, called Pop a lock and another locksmith company, both an hour wait and was on hold for so long. When I called Tip Tows I got almost an immediate answer, and he told me 15-20 minutes. He literally arrived 7 MINUTES after I called and I had my keys in hand within 45 seconds. Definitely didn't mind paying the $100 to get speedy service! I had homework due online and was able to complete it on time AND make it to my plans afterwards without being late. Also had the greatest attitude and wanted to make sure I knew where my keys were and not to do it again so I wouldn't waste my money. Definitely my go to from now on. Oh, and 5% off for checking in on yelp!! Thank you again RJ. You are THE BEST! read more

My car decided to die on Piikoi, with a line of cars behind me. Called RJ, he got to me in less than 10 minutes. In that time he texted me twice with an ETA, which helped keep me calm. Hopefully I don't need his services again. But if I do, it will be with him! read more

No tow company wanted to help my brother in law down in Waianae except Tip Tows company. They keep you updated how much longer it'll take to reach destination. My brother in law said they were so helpful and even brought him a cold bottle water since it was so hot today, very impressive. We texted the tow driver the address of the auto repair shop gave him the key...we will be checking if it made it there safe. I'm sure it will be. The quality of service and professionalism that I received yesterday (25Jun24) was BEYOND a five star rating, more like a 10. To begin with, the driver had to do a lot of maneuvering to get my car out of it's parking space. My ultimate problem we believed was my key FOB. Although I had some physical restrictions, my driver ensured that I got into the truck safely. After getting another battery for the FOB, it worked for a minute and quite. It seemed everything was going downhill from there. But Garret (I hope this is his real name, because that is the name that came up on my phone) made the suggestion to just deliver me and the car to the car dealership and get the issue solved there. My mind was not thinking that clearly. When we got there he made sure that I exited his truck safely. The sales representative at the dealership even commented to me later how professional and concerning he was. Bottom line, Tip Tows' website has been sent to my family and friends whenever they may be in need of a tow. read more

I have used Tip Tows several times but this is my first review. I want to add that this review will reflect all the times I've used Tip Tows. Today was my most recent experience with this towing company and my driver was A.J. I hope that's right. He was very friendly, and professional. He kept me up to date on his ETA, and he took really good care of my vehicle as he was securing it to the two truck. He arrived on time, and was also very personable. He also asked me what was wrong with my car, and he informed me that he used to be a technician so he just likes to ask what's wrong with the customer's vehicles. I was very pleased with Tip Tows, and my driver was very compassionate and empathetic towards my situation. I recommend using Tip Tows for your towing needs. read more

I'm so grateful to Tip Tows for helping me when I got into an accident yesterday. RJ was able to get a tow truck out to me within 30 minutes but also took the time to talk story about my car's damages. I don't know a lot about cars and wasn't sure if it was totaled or not and he asked for pictures and videos and gave me some good options on whether my car was salvageable. Keoni was our driver and immediately called to give an ETA. He was super friendly and also took time to give his input on my car's situation as well. Keoni and RJ definitely didn't have to go out of their way to help me and I super appreciate their support. read more

My starter died and needed a tow, I called Allstate roadside service and the first tow truck guy wanted to charge me $90 for an out of area fee. He didn't take too long also, considering I had to wait for him to finish the job he was on. I'm so grateful that my first tow job fell through. Thanks again! read more

AJ was great and handled my tow very skillfully and professionally. My lifted Toyota Tundra broke down and was in a tight spot. He performed a maneuver that worked perfect to get it out and we were on the road. His work shows that he knows what he's doing and I'm grateful that I chose tip tow company as there were many to chose from in the area. Will be using them again and will be referring them to my friends and fam. He was definitely a life saver and now it's time to get to fixing my truck.
