Outside in front
Pamela M.

I've been to this nail salon a handful of times, the last visit I made was the worst mani/pedi I've ever received given the lack of lasting results. It's a nice place. I don't want to write this review but just sharing the truth. It was less than 12 hrs since receiving my gel manicure. I already had a polish chipped nail. That's never happened to me before after all the years and gel manicures. Less than 12 hrs? Never. Less than 2 days I had 3 Polish chipped nails from my gel manicure. Less than a week, even my toenails, which were not gel, but they always last longer than anything even being regular polish, I also had a chipped toenail. This is truly unprecedented. Why didn't I go back? Answer, because I got my mani/pedi done the day before I was leaving to go out of town. I never would've thought within a week any nail would've chipped. I paid $100. I got worse results than if I did my nails at home on my own for free. In retrospect, as she was doing my fingernails, I especially noticed she was really quick on the shortness of the UV machine. She only cycled it through one time each hand and layer and quickly pulled the machine away sometimes before it was done. Was that the issue? I remember thinking is that long enough under the UV light to fully cure? I thought to myself of course because I'm not trying to question the "professionals", right. I just thought maybe this machine is quicker/more advanced/newer than mine at home so the nail tech would know! But as it always turns out, my intuition was correct. At least it seems because of what happened shortly after with the chipping. My biggest turn off with any nail salon, and it's happened many times, is when the person doing my nails seems like they're in a hurry. Anytime that happens the job just isn't well done. I've walked out of places after ordering a mani/pedi when only half the job was done because the worker seems like they want to close up and are in a rush. I'll just keep my money in that case and do my own nails at home. Because I'm not trying to pay all kinds of money for a less than stellar job. I don't know why so many nails chipped so fast other than it just seemed like the nail technician wasn't being thorough. Maybe rushing? After this experience, I just can't return because I can't trust the quality. And it's too expensive of a price tag for results that I have to fix myself the next day and the day after, etc. I'm paying this extra money to someone else so that I do not have to do this stuff myself every once in a while when I'm trying to pamper and treat myself. Something is wrong here with their process or that particular technician's process, but that's not my job to figure out. The salon needs to train correctly and adhere to the best practices for customers. I expect quality for my money. And gel nails should not be chipping in less than one day. Or a week. Toenails should not be chipping in a week. Something isn't right. I want my $100 back! But didn't return home from out of town until a week and a half later, so nothing I could do to say the job wasn't well done so long afterwards. Sadly, I just won't go back. Like I said it's a nice place, but quality is more important than anything. And there are way too many other options to go to instead.

Chipped dip manicure 16 days after appointment
Olivia S.

Dip manicure barely lasted 2 weeks before lifting on the sides & chipping at the ends. I've been getting dip for 4 years and have never had a set crack this early. I'm disappointed because the staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was decent.

This place rocks!! I've been coming here for two years and always leave so happy. Def come here if you want to have the best treatment around downtown.

1 week post gel manicure - perfect job

I've always been able to come in for a walk in! $40 for a gel manicure and a perfect job. I also like to get the spa pedicure and it's so relaxing. I'll probably make this spot my regular since it's so close. 10/10 would recommend.

Also had sns manicure with tips, turned out exactly how i wanted them and very beautiful. Byanba is amazing and did a great job. Will 100% be back :)

Staff was nice, Ily was super nice and thought she did a great job until I woke up on day 4 and half of my dip randomly fell off. Now day 6 and most of them all just fell off in whole. Very sad considering how much I paid :( I'm not from Denver so I cant go back either. Was there for 24h.

Not bad for 1 week old! Holding up nicely

I went to the wrong garage, so the salon couldn't validate to reduce the fee. For validation, park in the Writer's Square garage. They're tucked back into Writer's Square but not hard to find with a quick look around. Just allow time to park and find them the first time you visit. It was worth the effort for me. Buka did a great job and was fairly fast (less than an hour in and out), though she took enough time to give me a lovely leg and foot massage, using some nice pressure points I haven't experienced before in lots of pedis. The shop seems very clean, including the bathroom other than wear and tear from age. They have a reasonably large selection of polish colors, and the shop ambience is calm and peaceful. I didn't feel at all rushed on a weekday afternoon. I wish nail salons would post prices or Yelpers would share the information. I was charged $45 for a basic manicure in October 2026 and of course added a tip. I'd come again if in the area and needing nail care.

I got a dip manicure and a pedicure. 11 days later and my dip nails look terrrrrible. Dip is not cheap and I expect it to last at least two weeks, ideally 3. This owner is clearly unwell, who would do something like that. Tech did not spend 20-25 minutes. It was a 10 minute service. Even she said as I was checking out that I should just be billed for a polish change. The tech filed 2 nails for 30 seconds. I scheduled and came in for a polish change which they told me would take 10 minutes and it did. owner insisted afterwards that i pay for a mini manicure which i did not receive per the tech who confirmed verbally with the check out clerk. no massage. no filing and buffing. no lotion, no cutting of cuticles. $33 for a polish change seems excessive and greedy. make sure you get pricing up front from them. aesthetics and interior design very low end, looks cheap and sloppily put together. I tipped the tech $10 on venmo because I do not trust the owner to give the tip to the tech. When I asked them to call the owner back to confirm I was being charged for a service I didn't receive, the owner didn't pick up nor text her worker back. After waiting for 10 minutes I just paid so I could leave. Not a good way to run a business.

I came in with almond shape and just asked to have them shorter, but the same shape. Every time they did it, the shape was not almond, the nails were not even in length, and all around, they could not get them right. The gel application was also poor quality, once it was so thick it looked like plastic and I had to push them to redo it for free, another time it started to peal after 3 days. When you pay a lot of money for a gel manicure, I expect a great outcome. I'm sure they have technicians who know what they are doing, but I want to come in, relax, and get a great manicure.
