Bravo! Bravo! Absolutely outstanding Thai food at great prices and a great location close to me…read more Everything on go. I ordered the chicken pad see ew, beef red curry, chicken satay, and basil chicken. Tried to hit every meat group. Next time gotta try the fish The Chicken Pad See Ew was a standout. Wide rice noodles with that perfect chewy texture and beautiful wok hei char. The savory-sweet soy-based sauce coated everything perfectly, and the mix of tender chicken and juicy pieces made it incredibly satisfying. The Beef Red Curry was rich and aromatic with a luscious coconut milk base. The red curry paste had great depth. There was layers of lemongrass, galangal, and spices. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the bamboo shoots, bell peppers, and Thai basil were fresh and plentiful. I loved how it had a nice kick that built up without overpowering the dish. The Chicken Satay came out perfectly grilled with beautiful char marks. The chicken was juicy and marinated well, and the peanut sauce on the side was creamy, nutty, and addictive. Finally, the Basil Chicken delivered that classic Thai street-food flavor. Plenty of fragrant holy basil, lots of garlic, and just the right amount of chili heat. The chicken was tender with great texture, and it paired amazingly with jasmine rice. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The portions were very generous too -- we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. As my son would say "10 out of 10!" but since we are on yelp, we'll have to settle with a 5. Give this place a try.

We ordered a few dishes from the must try menu, and they did not disappoint! The crab meat fried rice really hit the spot. The pad Thai leaned more toward the sweet side, with a hint of ketchup. The green curry duck was delicious--would have been perfect with just a little more curry sauce. We ended the meal with the coconut pudding, which brought back a little taste of the streets of Chiang Mai. Will definitely be back!

The food was perfect between spicy and savory, the service was very fast and the restaurant and the whole installation was clean and well The place got really packed super fast, by 7 pm they were barely tables so consider that, so plan accordingly There is also a lot of delivery options which is pretty convenient! Lastly I would definitely suggest to check their Ice Thai tea because it was SPECTACULAR !!! Would definitely recommend to come back!

3.5 Stars for their lunch specials!…read more This was our first visit, and we only ordered a salad and two lunch specials. I would definitely come back to try other items from their regular menu. I found the entrees in the lunch special a little skimpy. These are the dishes we shared: -- Papaya Salad ($12): this is from their regular menu, and I thought it was excellent! Well balanced and so tasty! -- Drunken Noodles w.Beef (Lunch Special $14.95): this came with a Spring Roll and your choice of either Soup or Salad. We chose the Soup, which was a Tom Yum Soup. The Soup was very spicy but the Drunken Noodles were very mild; almost bland. It definitely needed more flavors and wok hei, but still ok. -- Massaman Curry w.Shrimp (Lunch Special $14.95): this came with a Spring Roll and your choice of either Soup or Salad. We chose the Salad, which came with a Peanut sauce. The Salad was actually pretty good; the peanut sauce was slightly sweet. The Massaman Curry w.Shrimp was very weak in flavor and only came with 3 little shrimps. I would suggest you order a different protein and skip the shrimp. Customer service was good; albeit there was nobody to greet us when we first arrived, so we just seated ourselves. But service got better. They didn't rush us to order and let us linger after we finished eating. But after a while, we were asked to leave since they close the restaurant in between the lunch and dinner service (between 3:30-4:30pm). Sorry, we were not aware of this! All in all, a decent first experience. Next time, I'd skip the lunch specials and just order off their regular menu.

I went with ny 2 young children so I wasn't able to snap great photos or started digging in but food was authentic. Crispy wings can be served with the sauce on the side and was extremely well seasoned and crispy. The sauce tasted homemade and was a great sweet and spicy accompaniment. Combination Pho was much larger in portion than expected. Once you fluff up the noodles, they expand. I do wish they gave bean sprouts, basil and lime on the side. Thr soup had the herbs finely chopped probably to appease American palettes but still broth was delicious. We also had the spring rolls, portion of 4 which were really good and the grilled pork chops over rice was really good with the expected classic taste. Definitely don't think this is authentic to true Vietnamese cuisine but it's tempered for American taste buds while keeping a lot of the core flavors. Definitely recommend.

This feels like false advertising to me; I certainly respect the right of restaurants to stick to their culture, but this is New York, there are a lot of people with dietary needs, religious commitments, and allergies who are in need of accurate information. The server was very concerned but oddly didn't seem to have encountered the request before. What I did end up getting was a mix of rolls, bok choy, and some fried rice served in a pineapple. None of it was bad, and clearly there is some quality in the presentation and preparation. This is a restaurant chain and I would not ask them to reinvent their entire operation for me personally, but just a little more information in the menu and some small adjustments would have resulted in a better experience for me.

When I think of hibachi, I think of Benihana, which I feel is not really authentic Japanese but Americanized food. Kind of like Panda Express for Chinese food. But I trust this friend so we went with them. My wife and my wedding anniversary was coming up so we told them and they prepared a special setting with rose petals and also a special dessert. So nice!! Omakase means to leave it up to the chef on what to eat and the chef's selections were amazing! Lobster, sweet shrimp, Uni, A5 wagyu, fatty tuna and other delicious selections. We also had a sake they recommended, which went so well with the food. The complimentary dessert was probably my favorite. All in all, a great meal. We just had omakase at Inatome recently and if i had to pick the best, I would probably say Inatome but it is very close. Sasa is much easier to get to so if you don't want to drive to Valley Stream, go to Sasa. TIP: make sure you make reservations in advance because they have to procure the seafood for the omakase.

The food is consistently delicious, and their cocktail menu is absolute top-tier. I usually go with the Lychee Coconut cocktail, which is wonderfully refreshing and smooth. You also cannot skip out on their "Quebec Famous" poutine, it is completely divine with crispy fries, mozzarella, and savory gravy. There are some pictures on the windows on what dishes are what. I got the shrimp pho and my husband and I both got this vermicelli type salad. Everything was DELICIOUS. We also got these rolls that were amazing as well. The service was great. I'm assuming it was the owner, was the one who was helping us, and was amazing. He said the soul was ready before the vermicelli 'salad' and asked if we wanted it out first. We said sure and both enjoyed the soup. I myself put too much Sriracha in it so it was too spicy but that was totally my fault, not the owners. I put a little in at first and it didn't see like it went through enough, and then I put a bit more and it was too much. There also was a bbq type sauce on the table as well. From what I'm assuming. My husband and I will one hundred percent be coming back to try more!!! I highly recommend this place
